Regional economic studies tend to focus only on the independence of a region so that it does not consider the spatial effects that occur between one region and another. This study focuses on looking at spatial autocorrelation which will produce spatial patterns and spatial linkages between regions of the gross regional domestic product and the human development index, with the findings of seeing spatial interactions and patterns of similarities or differences in the formation of the two variables between regions. The research area focuses on 60 districts and cities in 5 provinces of Southern Sumatera with the 2015-2019 research year, the analysis method uses Geographic Information Systems with Geoda software, the results of the calculations will produce Moran’s I, LISA Significance and Clustered maps. The outcomes show that there has been a spatial relationship as certain autocorrelation of GRDP and HDI, the formation of the economy and human capital has a spatial relationship, results of Moran'I show that the positive value of the two variables has a group pattern and has a level of formation of GRDP and HDI with the same characteristics, moran scatterplot shows the similarity with the resulting region divided into 4 quadrants. City parks in Jakarta have not been able to do so. The research will evaluate the city parks performance based on sustainable landscape design to see how well city parks have the functions as contained in the 2019 Green Open Spaces Guidelines for Sustainable Development and Development. Previous research has measured the city parks performance as their functions related to ecological, health/quality of life, economic, aesthetic, socio-cultural aspects. This study will add the aspect of mitigation as one of the measurement variables and at the same time as an update of the research. The evaluation instrument uses a questionnaire that contains an evaluation variable for city parks performance that combines all the function aspects of city parks with sustainable landscape design and observation principles. The purpose of this research is to provide evaluation results and recommendations. Performance evaluation based on city parks sustainable landscape design, there is no city parks function applied in good category and observationally, the condition of city parks is poorly maintained and gloomy. Kebun kelapa sawit yang luas tersebut melibatkan konversi lahan yang diikuti dengan penyusutan kerapatan vegetasi. Kondisi ini tidak mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan yang nantinya akan berpengaruh pada penurunan dan perubahan jasa lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menilai bagaimana ekspansi kebun kelapa sawit di Provinsi Riau berpengaruh terhadap kondisi jasa lingkungan. Pendekatan terhadap jasa lingkungan menggunakan metode interpretasi citra Landsat 5 multi-temporal tahun 1990, tahun 2000, tahun 2010, dan citra Landsat 8 tahun 2018. Jasa lingkungan yang dianalisis adalah kesediaan cadangan karbon dan perubahan suhu permukaan tanah. Perubahan lahan menjadi kebun kelapa sawit dan cadangan karbon diukur dengan analisis tutupan lahan. Kerapatan vegetasi menggunakan teknik NDVI, dan nilai suhu permukaan menggunakan analisis band thermal. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan adanya kenaikan luas kebun kelapa sawit yang cukup besar yaitu 2,15 juta hektar (24,12%) dari luas wilayah Provinsi Riau. Jumlah karbon yang hilang pada lahan hutan mencapai 238,37 juta ton, pada lahan semak belukar mencapai 3,99 juta ton, dan karbon yang hilang pada ladang mencapai 24,97 juta ton. Kenaikan suhu permukaan sebesar 3oC - 4oC. The development of tourism potential and agricultural land resources is a major part of the Gowa Regency spatial plan (RTRW 2012-2032). Therefore, this research investigates the potential of agricultural commodities and the carrying capacity of their land so that they can be used as a reference to become an agricultural-based tourism area. The agricultural potential was analyzed using the location quotient (LQ) and dynamic location quotient (DLQ) methods, while the carrying capacity of agricultural land was analyzed using land suitability analysis. From the LQ and DLQ analysis, robusta coffee, cocoa, cashew, candlenut, and arabica coffee are the leading agricultural commodities. Based on the land suitability analysis, the carrying capacity of the land for superior agricultural commodities is categorized into themoderate suitable level (S2) with an area of 2968.22 ha for Robusta coffee, 1202.30 ha of cocholate, 2227.22 ha of cashew nuts, 2253.47 ha of candlenut, 3235.91 ha of Arabica coffee ha, and sweet potatoes covering an area of 952.78 ha.
