Fuzzy Electre method is applied to achieving the aim. Data are taken by giving questionnaires and doing interviews to the right person at the Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) of Surakarta Regency. By implementing the aforementioned fuzzy Electre method, distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews, 4 criteria - that is: location is safe and close to the disaster areas; location is at an altitude; location is in unaffected Kelurahan; and location is at the highest number of victims - and 16 location alternatives are obtained. From data processing, Jototakan Ground located in Kelurahan Serengan is chosen as the best alternative for the location of relief distribution center for flood in Surakarta regency. 摘要

本研究的目的在于选择印尼泗水市水灾后的赈灾中心。采用模糊电子法实现了这一目标。数据是通过问卷调查和对泗水摄政局(BPBD)的适当人员进行采访获得的。通过实施上述模糊Electre法,发放问卷和进行访谈,得出4个标准,即:地点安全且靠近灾区;位置是在一个高度;地点在未受影响的克鲁拉罕;地点是受害者人数最多的地方,有16个地点可供选择。从数据处理来看,位于Kelurahan Serengan的Jototakan Ground被选为泗水县洪水救援分发中心的最佳地点。本研究结果可望为未来数年泗水市灾后救灾中心选址提供参考。
