However, in this case the state represented by the government to exercise power for the realization of people's welfare, sometimes has an apathetic attitude and action towards guaranteeing human rights, in the form of fulfilling the right to clean water for its people. This is especially felt by the people in Kutai Kartanegara district, East Kalimantan province, where local people receive water supply from the government that is not of poor quality because the water that flows to their homes is not clear but has a murky color and sometimes contains mud. Meanwhile, this research was carried out using a normative juridical research method, with a statutory and philosophical approach, through collecting primary and secondary legal sources, and then analyzing it using a qualitative descriptive method . The conclusion in this study is that the guarantee of human rights in the form of fulfilling clean water cannot be felt optimally and comprehensively by the people in Kutai Kartanegara district, East Kalimantan province, clean water is a human right that needs to be guaranteed by the state for community needs, both for household needs and industrial needs. and other needs that cannot be separated from clean water. This study aims to find out the influence of the health team's performance on the quality of emergency services at the Public Safety Center (PSC) 119 Takalar. This study used quantitative research with a Cross Sectional Study design. The population was the entire PSC 119 health team in Takalar. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling. The results of this study reported that punctuality had a direct significant and positive influence on service quality , effectiveness demonstrated a direct significant and positive influence on service quality, independence illustrated a direct significant and positive influence on service quality and work commitment showed a direct significant and positive influence on service quality. Addressing a significant national problem requires appropriate policies to accelerate problem-solving efforts. This study aims to determine the implementation of the stunting prevention program policy in Cikawao sub-district, Lengkong district, Bandung city. The research method used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses Milles et.al (2014) which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. Based on the research results and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Stunting Prevention Program Policy in Cikawao sub-district, Lengkong district, Bandung city using the G. Edward III theory has been running quite well. However, some aspects need improvement, such as communication, which includes transmission factors, clarity, and consistency between implementers and the community, the resources, which include staff, information, facilities, and authority, also need to be improved. This study uses qualitative research methods, the data used are primary data obtained from interviews with UPTD employees of West Sulawesi Province instructors, assessors/competence test examiners through professional certification institutions/LSP Makassar and training participants in vocational fashion and vocational computer/ICT , secondary data obtained from agencies related to research in this case the UPTD Vocational Training Center of West Sulawesi Province, observation and documentation methods, data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the role of the UPTD BLK in West Sulawesi Province in improving the skills and human resources of the community in West Sulawesi has not been maximally effective in reducing unemployment. This can be seen from the analysis of the data in table 2.4 and the explanation of the results of the research. It turns out that in 2020-2022 the number of participants UPTD BLK training in West Sulawesi Province has not been fully absorbed in the world of work. This study aims to identify, analyze and examine Visionary Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Lecturer Competence on Affective Commitment and Job Satisfaction and Their Implications for Lecturer Performance at Private Universities in North Sumatra. This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis and verification analysis approach. In this study, the sample was the lecturers who received the fixed income with a sample of 212 lecturers. The method of analysis in this study uses path analysis (path analysis). The results of the study concluded that: 1). There is a significant influence from Visionary Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Lecturer Competence on Affective Commitment, with a magnitude of influence of 73.18 percent 2). With data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data used is the triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model. The results of the study show that the performance of the Partnership-Based Innovation Laboratory (Labinov Beken) has been able to improve the quality of Makassar City Government well, but still needs improvement in supporting its implementation. This is reflected in the input indicators owned by the Partnership-Based Innovation Laboratory (Labinov Beken) which have been good in terms of Human Resources, Financial, and existing regulations that have supported the implementation of this Labinov Beken. When viewed in terms of output indicators, Labinov Beken has given birth to various regional innovations, but there are still Regional Innovation Programs that have not run optimally. In terms of outcome indicators (outcomes), Labinov Beken has been able to provide service satisfaction to the community and accelerate the economy and increase development in the Makassar City Region. Besides that, from the indicators of benefits (benefits), Labinov Beken has provided benefits as a vehicle for stimulating the atmosphere for the birth of innovations that can overcome obstacles to the implementation of programs and activities.
