Indonesia dengan indeks inovasi globalnya berada pada peringkat 87 dari 132 negara, membutuhkan lompatan yang tajam agar kinerja inovasi mampu meningkatkan daya saingnya. Termasuk di dalamnya adalah Bank Indonesia yang merupakan bagian dari sektor publik, melahirkan berbagai inovasi dalam sistem pembayaran ritel, salah satunya adalah BI FAST dan QRIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tipologi inovasi sektor publik dari inovasi Bank Indonesia berupa BI FAST dan QRIS. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji persepsi pengguna terhadap BI FAST dan QRIS dari aspek perolehan informasi, manfaat, masalah yang dihadapi dan tingkat kepuasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan informan berasal dari Bank Indonesia dan para pengguna BI FAST dan QRIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan konsep tipologi inovasi yang dikemukakan oleh Chen dkk, maka inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Bank Indonesia melalui BI FAST dan QRIS termasuk dalam tipologi inovasi kebijakan. Metode penelitian kualitatif menjadi pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan kebijakan alokasi dana desa di desa Pabuaran kecamatan Rangkasbitung memiliki kemanfaatan untuk Desa dari Desa dan masyarakat sekitar. Keterlibatan masyarakat menjadi aspek yang diperlukan untuk dapat mengendalikan secara  lokalitas dalam mewujudkan lingkungan yang berkualitas. Pelibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan, dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai dengan pemanfaatan. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif. dimulai dari metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, metode analisis data deskriptif dengan empat macam sifat, yaitu analisis induktif, proses pengumpulan data, proses interaktif, dan proses siklus. Adapun hasil penelitian dalam kinerja Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Lahat dalam menanggulangi kebakaran daerah Pasar Bawah Lahat tahun 2020 kurang baik Karena dengan sistem pelayanan dari Badan penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Lahat mengenai pengaduan bencana terhadap masyarakat dan dengan keterbatasan anggaran masih tidak ada kejelasan dalam membuat Rancangan Anggaran Biaya untuk pelatihan dan sosialisasi serta dengan ketidak transparan terhadap anggaran Rekontruksi kebakaran Pasar Bawah Lahat tahun 2020 dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Lahat. Kemunculan permukiman kumuh di berbagai kota disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya ketidakseimbangan antara tingkat urbanisasi dengan ketersediaan lahan perumahan. Disamping itu kurangnya sinergi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan permukiman yang layak huni, pengelolaan tata ruang yang tidak teratur, kurangnya kepedulian masyarakat dalam mendirikan bangunan sesuai standar berlaku, serta lemahnya pengawasan pengawasan dalam izin mendirikan bangunan berdampak terhadap rendahnya kualitas hidup masyarakat miskin perkotaan di Indonesia. Salah satu intervensi kebijakan dalam mengatasi kampung kumuh dilaksanakan melalui Program Kotaku yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial yang bersifat kompleks, berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriftif yang menganalisis pertumbuhan permukiman kumuh perkotaan Indonesia dengan menggunakan pemetaan data infografis berdasarkan Wilayah dan Provinsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan permukiman kumuh di perkotaan Indonesia masih terus meningkat berdasarkan data tahun 2017-2019 terjadi peningkatan mencapai 13.86%. Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif deskritif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah para aktor yang terlibat diantaranya yaitu, para aparatur desa yang di dalamnya  yaitu ketua RT, ketua RW, dan Lurah, serta perwakilan dari instansi pemerintah yang terlibat dalam mengatasi masalah lingkungan ini, seperti Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Tangerang yang berkolaborasi untuk kerja sama dalam mengatasi masalah lingkungan ini. The method in this study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation related to the research. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out qualitatively. This study uses five dimensions of policy implementation from Van Meter Van Horn. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers regarding the Implementation of Licensing and Non-licensing Implementation Policies for housing development for low-income communities in Sukabumi City as a whole it has been going well and optimally, but there are some things that are still not going well. Social and economic conditions have a good effect on the community, especially people with low incomes, previously they did not have a home and now have a home. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. With data analysis techniques through observation (observation), in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), documentation (documentation), and literature studies which include the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus in improving public services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Supiori Regency. Analysis of the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Supiori Regency shows that the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registration Service has not been good and optimal and really needs to be improved, especially on indicators of timeliness, quality and quantity of services. On the indicator of timeliness which is the focus of the problem in the performance of the employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office in Supiori Regency, the level of discipline of employees is still low in completing their duties. In terms of service quality, it needs to be improved because there is still a lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure, especially existing device technology and there are still public complaints in terms of inadequate service places, in terms of service quantity measured by the level of community satisfaction receiving services is still low and needs to be improved, In addition, the leadership of the Population and Civil Registration Service employees needs to be improved in order to improve the performance of the existing ASN. Factors that affect the performance of ASN in the Population and Civil Registration Service in the Supiori Regency in public services are the productivity of services carried out by employees is very influential on employee performance and it needs to be improved. significant in accordance with applicable regulations. The research problem is how responsive the handling of public complaints is. This study aims to determine the responsiveness in handling complaints in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. The approach used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological type, data obtained from informants namely the head and assistants of the RI Ombudsman Representative for South Sulawesi, Makassar Police Chief and staff, and the reporting community. Collecting data through interviews, observation and document review. The Miles and Huberman model interactive data analysis through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and inference/verification. The results of the study found three aspects of service responsiveness, namely input responsiveness, process responsiveness, and output responsiveness. All three have been carried out well based on work patterns that refer to applicable regulations. In the aspect of input responsiveness, the reporting community still complains because it is constrained by administrative and substantive requirements so that the report is not processed to the case register stage. Settlement of public complaints regarding maladministration of Makassar Polrestabes services is resolved with recommendations for clarification, mediation or conciliation, by providing understanding to the public on the service process.
