This authority also provides opportunities for all village communities to participate in village planning and development. Integrated supervision between the prosecutor's office and the village government will bring various benefits. In addition, integrated supervision will also encourage transparency and community participation in the use of village funds. With a more effective supervision system in place, the community will feel more confident and involved in overseeing the use of village funds, thereby preventing and uncovering potential abuses. It is therefore important that we encourage and support the idea of a change in the supervision of the use of village funds that is integrated between the prosecutor's office and the village government. This can ensure transparent, accountable use of village funds, providing real benefits for the development and welfare of village communities. Then the Village Guard Information System (SI-JAGAD) was developed at the Bantaeng District Attorney's Office to optimise supervision of the use of the Village Fund. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire instrument with closed and open question models. Respondents were asked to provide answers according to the conditions experienced. To determine the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire, Cronbach's Alpha was used. Unemployment is someone who does not have a job, is looking for work, or is preparing for work. Generally, the cause of unemployment is the imbalance between population growth and employment, meaning that the number of workers is greater than the number of jobs. Based on the termination of employment recorded at the Sukabumi District Manpower and Transmigration Office by the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO) for 19,700 people from 2019 to 2022, in the 2018–2019 period, the Sukabumi Open Unemployment Rate was in the range of 7-9%. Whereas in 2020, the Sukabumi Regency Open Unemployment Rate increased to 9.60%, in addition to the Sukabumi Regency Open Unemployment Rate in 2021 of 9.51%. (BPS West Java, 2022). This research used qualitative research methods that were analyzed with a descriptive approach. Descriptive research is conducted to determine independent variables without making comparisons or connecting one variable to another. Data collection techniques used by researchers include observation, interviews, and documentation. This research is based on the fact that there are often parking arrangements that interfere with traffic flow so the functions and responsibilities of the government to overcome parking problems are questioned. The type of research in this study is descriptive qualitative, while the data is collected from interviews, observation, and documentation. The data was then analysed using the Nvivo 12 Plus application. The results showed that the implementation of public parking management policies in the braga area of Bandung City has not been fully implemented because there are still violations committed by parking officers in the field. In serving the public in and out of vehicles in the parking lot has not been implemented properly, and many people do not fully understand the parking machine because the parking limit that should be used is sometimes there and sometimes not. Arranging parked vehicles so as not to interfere with traffic flow, is still not implemented because officers in the field are still parking officers who arrange vehicles on the edge of public roads exceeding one shap / one shap, the parked community is well implemented. Law Number 23 of 2014 does not completely regulate the settlement of regional boundary disputes, but what regulates the determination and confirmation of territorial boundaries both on land and at sea is contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 45 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for Determining and Affirming Village Boundary. Territorial border conflicts are things that often occur in several districts, cities and even villages. The dynamics of border governance between Penyengat Village and Rawa Mekar Jaya Village is a conflict that arises because of different views regarding the agreed boundaries. There are five indicators of border governance. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with literature study, in-depth interviews and observation.
