This study aims to determine the strategies for coping with destructive gishing in Makassar City waters. This type of research is using a qualitative descriptive approach and a quantitative approach. A qualitative approach was carried out to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the Makassar City Fisheries Service. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study show that there are five powers that are owned by the territorial waters of Makassar City in preventing destructive fishing, namely the laws and regulations that are standard, have supervisors who go directly to the community to carry out socialization, supported by adequate infrastructure, take a persuasive approach to former perpetrators not to carry out destructive fishing, provide infrastructure and facilities for environmentally friendly fishing. The research objective is to identify the key factors that contribute to the success of public entrepreneurship in Indonesia's public organizations. A qualitative research method, including interviews and case studies, was employed to gather data and analyze the experiences of successful public entrepreneurs. The findings reveal that factors such as leadership support, a conducive innovation ecosystem, collaboration with stakeholders, and a culture of risk-taking and experimentation are vital for the success of public entrepreneurship in Indonesian public organizations. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive exploratory approach, with the research output being the stages of talent management-based training planning. The objective of this research is to design the stages of talent management-based training planning along with its supporting instruments, in order to produce high-performing human resources. The implementation of talent management in human resources training is one of the strategies that companies can use to obtain human resources with excellent performance quality, as well as to assess, train, and optimize the human resources owned by the company, where talent management can address retention or employees' desire to leave the organization. This study aims to identify the aspects of an organization’s environment, to analyze, and formulate strategies for e-government optimization. Evaluation tools use the design-reality gap analysis through seven dimensions of ITPOSMO to assess the level of eGovernment implementation success and identified the critical success and failure factors. Strategy formulation techniques are using three stages of the strategy formulation analytical framework. Results from this study, by measuring the design-reality gap across seven dimensions show eGovernment project is likely to partially fail unless action is taken to correct the gap. Using three stages of the strategy formulation analytical framework defines four strategy recommendations: forward integration, related diversification, backward integration, and product development. The key informants in this study were the Chairperson of the Makassar City Ombudsman (OKM), the Mayor of Makassar as the leader of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of the Makassar City Government, related OPDs who directly carry out public services directly to the community, the Community as service recipients and information providers to OKM, Members DPRD Makassar Commission A. Therefore, this study aimed to describe what teachers need in the implementation of environmental-based learning in the learning process in elementary schools. This study used a quantitative and qualitative design that involved 16 teachers from four elementary schools as research participants. The research data, in the form of nominal data, was collected through a questionnaire, document analysis, and checklist, while verbal data about the problem in implementing environmental-based learning by interview. Nominal data were analyzed by simple statistical analysis techniques, while verbal data was analyzed by following the steps: reduction, classification, categorization, presentation, interpretation, and conclusion. The findings showed that in implementing environmental-based learning, teachers faced many problems caused by internal and external factors, which include the lack of teachers' experience, unavailable sources of information and examples as references, media and facilities available in schools, and policy factors. Teachers needed technical guidelines, workshops/training, and learning media of the learning model to improve their learning. These findings are significant as a basis for policy-making in increasing the learning quality. This article aims to strengthen and complement previous research on health accessibility policies for people in border areas. This research is a literature review that uses the Publish or Perish (PoP) software to search for relevant articles, as well as the Vos viewer to visualize the relevance of previous research. A total of 19 relevant previous studies were used in this study. The results of the research show that people in border areas, both in Indonesia and other developing countries, face significant health access problems. In the implementation of local democracy through simultaneous village head elections, there are many practices of money politics carried out by village head candidates, success teams, and the community itself. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors causing the practice of money politics in the simultaneous village election. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by describing the facts that occur in the field to be explained more deeply through primary data sources, namely interviews, and secondary data, namely books and journals. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique is carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the public service responsiveness strategy of Bone Regency in collecting retribution is considered to be less responsive based on each of the 3 indicators of the two responsive strategies, there is one indicator on the Know Your Customers strategy which is considered not good, namely approach, while two other indicators are considered good, namely (surveys, observations, interviews) and know customers. The indicators on the three Citizen Charter strategies (Service Contracts) are considered to be still not good, namely service users as the centre of attention, service contracts, and system determination. Of course, there are still shortcomings that need attention, namely paying more attention to the needs of traders, following up on merchant complaints quickly, and providing services according to existing regional regulations.
