He is an agent of change responsible for transferring knowledge and internalizing values to students. Therefore, competencies are needed to support their duties properly so that educational goals can be achieved optimally. This paper aims to examine the competence of teachers from the perspective of Imam Bukhari in Kitaabul Ilmi Sahih Bukhari, considering that the book is an important reference book in Islamic studies. This research was conducted with a qualitative method with library research. The primary data source in this study was Kitaabul Ilmi Sahih Bukhari. Based on research data, teachers must possess spiritual, pedagogic, professional, personality, and social competencies. Of the five competencies, spiritual competence is the most important. This is because the formation of other characters can occur if accompanied by a noble character. The impact of the low Islamic personality of students will result in low morals and moral decadence. The destruction of the personality of the generation (students) is the base of the decline and destruction of a nation. Good morals are closely related to Islamic personality or it can be said that when someone has good morals, it can be said to have a good personality as well. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Islamic personality development program for students at the Ummul Quro Integrated Islamic Junior High School, Bogor. The research method applied in this research is in the form of qualitative methods (library research) and field studies (field research) by reviewing program documents, observing directly how the process of implementing the Islamic personal development program and its refinement through various observations and interviews. The results of the study show that the Islamic personal development program is an important part of shaping the character and positive culture of students. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach using field research methods. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of the assessment of Tahfidzul Qur'an learning outcomes for adults at the Griya Al Qur'an Foundation Surabaya is carried out 4 times a year, which includes odd mid-semester assessments (PTS), end-semester assessments (PAS), mid-semester assessments (PTS) even and year-end assessment (PAT). The form of assessment used is an oral test, while the assessment instrument uses questions and answers with the aim of confirming or checking the quality of each student's memorization. There are 2 forms of tests used in the assessment of tahfidz learning, namely: 1) Reading and listening tests. Students read in their entirety the last 2 juz of the entire memorization they have by listening to their study friends. 2) Test connecting verses. The examiner reads the verse, then the student being tested continues reading the verse that has been read by the examiner. The verse connecting question consists of 4 questions that are determined randomly. The mid-semester assessment questions (PTS) are taken from the last 2 juz that have been read before, while the end-of-semester assessment questions (PAS) and year-end assessments (PAT) are taken from all the memorization that students have. Some aspects of personality competencies possessed by school principals aim to improve the system and quality in the world of education. So the principal needs a model in leadership that reflects the personality of the perfect leader. Therefore, this study will examine the book Syakhsiyatu Al-Rasul by Nizar Abadzah which will describe how the personality of the Prophet Muhammad as a role model for humans in leading. So that it can be used as a guide for school principals in carrying out their leadership. The focus of the problem in this study is to formulate the Islamic personality competencies of school principals. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of library research (library research). The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data analysis used content analysis, namely by analyzing data on the personality competencies of school principals according to Nizar Abadzah in the book of Syakhsiyatun Rasul. Not a few among Muslims try to memorize the Qur'an. The success of memorizing the Qur'an is closely related to the etiquette that must be carried out by those who memorize it. In this study, the author explores the thoughts of a prominent cleric, Imam Al-Ajurri. Researchers tried to trace the curriculum of Qur'an memorization etiquette in the book Akhlak Hamalatil Qur'an. The method used in this research is library study. The results obtained in this study are things that must be considered by someone who wants to successfully memorize the Qur'an is that he must improve morals and pay attention to etiquette while memorizing the Qur'an. Among the etiquette that must be considered, namely, sincere for Allah, not saying dirty or dirty words, always fearing God, being devoted to both parents, not doing evil deeds, being polite to the teacher, and always paying attention to etiquette in assemblies.Abstrak                                  Al-Qur’an merupakan kitab pedoman umat Islam dalam menjalankan aktivitas kehidupannya. Tidak sedikit di antara umat Islam yang mencoba menghafalkan Al-Qur’an. Keberhasilan menghafal Al-Qur’an terkait erat dengan adab-adab yang harus dilaksanakan oleh yang menghafalkannya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggali pemikiran seorang ulama terkemuka, Imam Al-Ajurri. Peneliti mencoba menelusuri kurikulum adab penghafal Al-Qur’an dalam kitab Akhlak hamalatil Qur’an. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi Pustaka. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh seseorang yang ingin berhasil menghafal Al-Qur’an adalah ia harus memperbaiki akhlak dan memperhatikan adab selama menghafal Al-Qur’an. If the above problems are drawn into a point, it can be concluded that the source is religious (spiritual) maturity which has not been achieved properly. This study aims to formulate a special religious aspect guidance and counseling (B&K) program product for the elderly living in social institutions. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D), while the data collection uses the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. The results obtained from this research are a program of guidance and counseling (B&K) reiligius for elderly social institutions which is extracted from the main sources in Islam, namely Al-Qur`an, al-Hadith and interpretations of scholars in understanding the two main texts. which in the implementation of the program will be combined with the Andragogical method as a well-known adult guidance method. aspek dasar well being (kesejahteraan) pada lansia, yaitu: psychological well being yang indikatornya adalah: self acceptance, personal growth, purpose in life, environmental mastery, autonomy dan positive relation with others . According to Hamka, education is particularly oriented to the values of human and nation existences. Hamka’s thoughts about education is a process to emerge nam ely the steadfast resolution of soul and it’s consistency. Therefore, the origin education is the education that revelead a numeruos knowledge and sciences that are more profound and can provide treasure and pleasure (bashirah) of the human heart and soul. The knowledge itself has to leverage on the goodness of human personality to his intelligence. Hamka education approaches which adequate to transform a man through his spiritual values by education of soul. This study uses a qualitative library research method with a modern Sufism approach from Hamka’s perspective. The purpose of this study is to analyze modern Sufism as an approach used in education of soul. The achievement of happiness is the actual goal of education which is expected to be able to emphasize that the actual orientation of happiness is not about materialistic and humanistic values.
