Morphological profile of the ovaries of high-yielding cows on day 0 of the induced sexual cycle 诱导性周期第0天高产奶牛卵巢的形态学特征

The purpose of the study was to investigate the features of gonadal morphogenesis in high-yielding cows in the conditions of industrial keeping technology on day 0 of the sexual cycle in vivo in real time. Structural, comparative, and statistical methods were used, as well as biotechnical methods of palpation cyclic examination of ovaries with differential diagnosis of morphophysiological or pathomorphological indicators. The results of diagnostics of the ovaries of dairy cows (n=128) on day 0 of the induced cycle detected by step activity sensors showed a significant structural polymorphism of these organs of the reproductive system. It was found: from 66.67% to 30.77% of cows with a physiological course of the follicular phase of the cycle, i.e., on day 0, a preovulatory follicle or the beginning of ovulation on the ovaries (subject to a decrease in the number of cows suitable for insemination with increasing lactation duration from 50-75 days to 211-306 days (P<0.001). Hypogonadism was diagnosed in 19.45% of cows, and in 61.11% – ovarian dysfunctions with the manifestation of cystic follicular degeneration; 19.44% of cows at the time of the study had irreversible chronic adhesive processes of the genital tract tissues in the “ovary+oviduct” area (ovophoritis and ovosalpingitis in latent form), which allowed for pregnancy to occur, with a pronounced tendency to increase this gonadopathy with an increase in lactation (respectively: 50-75 days – 0.00%; 76-160 days – 22.22%; 161-210 days – 22.22%; 211 and more – 33.33%; p<0.05). The trend of influence of subclinical disorders in the metabolism of cows of the experimental herd on the indicators of the biochemical composition of blood serum and the symptom of ovarian dysfunctions was investigated. Thus, the in vivo morphological and pathological profile of the ovaries of high-yielding cows on day 0 of the sexual cycle was established, which allowed optimising the artificial insemination regime and reduce economically nonprofitless sperm consumption. The adaptive potential of cannabis varieties can be implemented by optimising their cultivation technologies. The purpose of this study was to substantiate the features of forming the productivity of cannabis varieties adapted to organic cultivation technologies. Field studies were conducted during 2019-2021 on leached chernozems. Research methods: field, laboratory, statistical and comparative calculation. The regularities of yield formation of hemp straws, fibre, and seeds depending on the genetic potential of varieties and cultivation technology were investigated. The suitability of five hemp varieties for organic cultivation was evaluated. It was established that the introduction of organic cultivation technology has a positive effect on crop productivity. With organic cultivation of Hliana and Hloba varieties, the increase in the yield of straw (0.07-0.11 t/ha) was statistically insignificant compared to inorganic technology. Cultivation of Zolotoniski 15 and Sula varieties using organic technologies increased the yield of hemp straw by 0.14 t/ha. The Lara variety showed an insignificant decrease in the straw yield. This confirmed the theory that the introduction of organic cultivation of hemp will not lead to a decrease in yields. Organic technologies for growing hemp contributed to an increase in their yield compared to the traditional one, provided that varieties were selected correctly. The best suitability for organic cultivation in terms of fibre yield was recorded in the Lara variety. With the help of information and digital technologies, the growth rate of cultivated crops is controlled, yields are increased, and the use of water and resources is more efficient than with traditional cultivation methods. Based on the research work carried out in the period 2020-2022. according to the technology of growing chard sowing in closed greenhouses in Almaty, the Republic of Kazakhstan, an assessment of agrobiological properties, productivity, and adaptability was made. The purpose of the article is to study the range of chard varieties and assess the influence of soil properties, temperature, and illumination on productivity, biochemical composition, and biological activity. The following methods were used in the studies: laboratory – including monitoring and evaluation of the biochemical composition of plant material; biometrics – assessment of the parameters of a comprehensive analysis of the environment and the qualitative characteristics of the crop; phenology – observation of the phases of development; statistics – analysis of information to assess the adaptive capabilities of chard. A wide range of tolerance to growing conditions was observed in the Mercury and Buru varieties, a moderate one in the Bull’s Blood and Bride varieties, and a narrower one in the Rubin variety. Under greenhouse conditions, the duration of vegetation in the spring turnover was 45-56 days: variety Mercury v 55 days, Buru – 50 days, Bull’s blood – 45 days, variety Bride – 53 days and Rubin – 55 days, respectively. For three years of cultivation, the average yield of chard was Mercury – 5.27 kg/m2 , Buru – 4.51 kg/m2 , Rubin – 4.86 kg/m2 , Bride – 5.09 kg/m2 , Bull’s blood – 5.54 kg/m2 . In the conditions of 2022, active accumulation of photosynthetic material took place in the leaves of most chard varieties. The pH of the soil was regulated by applying aluminium sulphate and limestone in the amount of 200 and 900 g per three square metres, respectively. Synthetic preparations with different macro- and microelements, as well as organic compost, were used to test the effect of fertilisers. The growth characteristics of the growing season, including flowering and fruiting indicators, were evaluated. The results showed that a decrease in soil pH has a positive effect on the efficiency of growing the plants under study. The use of fertilisers with a high potassium content increased the growth rate of the growing season, and preparations rich in phosphorus had a positive effect on the characteristics of the flowering period. The use of compost provided an increase in the productivity of strawberries, comparable to the use of synthetic fertilisers. Mulching has been shown to reduce the risk of fungal infections in plants and to increase growth indicators. The use of the herbicide was significantly effective in suppressing the growth of pest plants and improving the growth characteristics of strawberries. However, the effectiveness of fertilisers may depend on their shape, soil conditions, and climate. The purpose of the study is to examine the effectiveness of using various forms of mineral fertilisers on the formation of productivity of winter wheat on grey-meadow soils of Kyrgyzstan. In 2019-2021, field experiment was conducted in the Educational-experimental Farm of the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University, named after K.I. Skryabin to achieve this goal. As a result of the study, it was identified that the formation of high yields of winter wheat is closely related to the use of nitrogen-containing fertilisers in crop rotation, which contributes to the accumulation of nitrate nitrogen in the soil. The substantial effect of ammonium nitrate and granulated superphosphate on the nitrogen regime of the soil was also noted. The concentration of carbon-ammonium-soluble phosphates is determined by the actions of ammonium sulphate, ammonium nitrate, and all forms of phosphorus fertilisers, but no special changes in the phosphate regime of the soil under the influence of forms of phosphorus fertilisers were identified. However, when using complex fertilisers, a slight accumulation of mobile phosphorus in the soil was noted. The introduction of ammonium nitrate ensures the yield of winter wheat grain at the level of 56 centner/ha, ammonium sulphate – 53.1 centner/ha. granulated superphosphate provided the highest level of winter wheat yield – 55.5 centner/ha and the highest increase in yield against the background of nitrogen-potassium nutrition – 8.7 centner/ha. Therefore, for winter wheat, after rowed precursors, it is preferable to apply ammonium nitrate from nitrogen forms of fertilisers. As an alternative to it – ammonium sulphate or urea, from phosphorus forms of fertilisers – granular superphosphate. Kolesnikov, Tetyana Gerasko","doi":"10.48077/scihor6.2023.58","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.48077/scihor6.2023.58","url":null,"abstract":"The climate of the southern steppe zone of Ukraine in recent years has been characterized by substantial warming, with a low, uneven amount of precipitation during the growing season of plants, which leads to a decrease in the reserves of productive moisture in the soil, and hydrothermal stress occurs in plants. Opportunities to increase the adaptation of plants to adverse factors are the use of plant growth regulators and the use of various methods of tillage aimed at preserving moisture. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the plant growth regulator AKM+Ca on the operation of the photosynthetic apparatus of sunflower hybrids against the background of various methods of basic tillage in the conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine. The following methods were used during the study: field, chemical (to determine qualitative indicators), and statistical (to assess the reliability of data). Field studies were conducted during 2017-2019 on southern heavy loamy chernozems. In the experiment, modified plant growth regulator AKM+Са was used for pre-sowing seed treatment and foliar spraying of sunflower plants (beginning budding phase) of Talento and Colombi hybrids against the background of deep loosening or ploughing. It was found that the use of deep loosening, in contrast to ploughing, helps increase the dry matter content in sunflower plants and the net productivity of photosynthesis due to better preservation of moisture in the soil. The use of plant growth regulator AKM+Са, regardless of the method of soil cultivation, contributes to the increase in the leaf surface area up to 31.2%, increases the photosynthetic potential of plants to 21.6% and the net productivity of photosynthesis to 15.9% during the growing season, and also increases the content of dry matter, compared to the control. The proportion of influence of the plant growth regulator AKM+Ca on the formation of the leaf surface area is 54.2%. The maximum positive effect was obtained with the combined use of AKM+Ca for pre-sowing treatment and spraying of sunflower plants during the growing season against the background of deep loosening of the soil. Shaposhnikova","doi":"10.48077/scihor6.2023.121","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.48077/scihor6.2023.121","url":null,"abstract":"This study offers an additional toolkit that will allow substantiating the formation of a strategy for future development considering the potential growth or reduction of activity, which is relevant for producers of organic products, since considering the potential trajectory of development will provide an opportunity to protect the enterprise from unfounded decisions in the event of a reduction in activity and will help activate existing reserves in case of future growth, which is relevant and quite in demand. The purpose of this study was to prove or refute the hypothesis about the influence of several factors on the development of organic products, as well as to determine the further strategy of the enterprise. For this, data from 75 Ukrainian enterprises that grew organic products were analysed. The division of enterprises into groups depending on the volume and growth rate and identification of factors affecting the future development of organic producers was carried out using cluster and discriminant analysis. The factors that substantially affect the future development and allowed dividing the enterprises under study into groups were the diversification of production, the replacement of crops, changes in the volume of organic production, and changes in production efficiency. Whereas the factors “percentage of new (or withdrawn from production or not certified) crops in the new year to the total volume of production last year” and “change in the area of organic soil” did not show sufficient influence on the distributive capacity of the model, and were excluded from further analysis. It is proposed to develop a strategy for enterprises producing organic products based on a differentiated approach for three different groups of enterprises, namely: those that potentially have high potential, speed of development and expansion of activities; those that are potentially expected to reduce and decrease the production of organic products; those that develop at moderate rates. For Kazakhstan, one of the world’s largest grain exporters, with its previously predominantly arid climate, developed mining industry, metallurgy and mainly coalfired heat and electricity generation, slowing down warming is becoming an urgent task. The purpose of this study is to summarise various aspects of the impact of greenhouse gas emissions on climate change in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the possibilities of reducing greenhouse gas emissions through Kazakhstan’s transition to a new economic model based on the use of renewable energy sources. During the study, various methods of analysis were used – analytical selection based on a given or identified feature, comparative analysis of similar characteristics of various objects, statistical analysis of dynamic series, synthesis, representing the primary theoretical generalisation of empirical data. As a result of the study, a noticeable dependence of changes in average annual temperature and precipitation on total greenhouse gas emissions was identified. Moreover, the identified similarity of the dynamics of the main climatic indicators with the dynamics of individual greenhouse gases in Kazakhstan requires further research. It is also concluded that individual innovations in the form of individual renewable energy power plants or a Quota trading system determined by the highest values will not lead to a noticeable reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. Only the transition to a green economy, which should become a state priority, and its principles and main characteristics should be the reference when making any government decisions. An important role in this case is played by indicators of the water regime of the vegetative mass. The purpose of this study was to get acquainted with the results of determining the water-holding capacity, the intensity of transpiration of grape microclones in vitro and to establish the share of their influence on the adaptation potential in vivo. Biotechnological, laboratory, vegetation, and mathematical and statistical research methods were used in this study. The obtained results showed that to optimize the physiological processes in the tissues of the leaves and shoots of grape microclones, to increase their viability under in vivo conditions, it is advisable to cultivate them in vitro on structured nutrient media (MS + agroperlite, MS + vermiculite, MS + agroperlite + vermiculite) with the content of phytohormones IAA – 0.2 mg/l, and 6-BAP – 0.3 mg/l. Structured nutrient media contributed to an increase in water retention capacity and a decrease in the intensity of transpiration of tissues of leaves and shoots of microclones of both technical and rootstock varieties. During 60 minutes of research, from 0.006 g to 0.034 g of water evaporated from microclones of technical varieties, from 0.003 g to 0.053 g from microclones of rootstock varieties, respectively. Transpiration intensity (after 10 min) decreased by 1.7-1.8 times. On the control Murashige and Skoog nutrient medium, plants evaporated a larger amount of water during the corresponding period of time: from 0.006 g to 0.079 g (technical varieties) and from 0.008 g to 0.086 g (rootstock varieties); the intensity of transpiration was higher. After cultivation of grape microclones on structured nutrient media, they were characterized by a higher content of dry matter in the tissues of leaves and shoots (14.6-15.0%) and better survival rates in vivo (76.3-98.5%, at 58.5-65.2% in control). The reliability of the results obtained is confirmed by the results of multivariate analysis of variance. The purpose of this study was to establish the best cereal components, their ratio and methods of placement with white lupine when sowing in joint crops under different fertilizer systems to produce grass fodder in the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. The following methods were used: field, laboratory, mathematical-statistical, calculation-comparative. It was established that the highest productivity on the background without fertilizers (4.21-4.86 t∙ha–1 of dry matter) was provided by single-species crops of maize and white lupine, as well as their combined crops, which were formed by continuous row and strip methods, which by 2.60-3.17 t∙ha–1 of dry matter or 1.8-2.6 times more compared to crops of oats and its mixture with white lupine and by 1.13-1.58 t·ha-1 or 1.4-1.5 times more compared to crops of Sudanese sorghum and its mixture with white lupine. Through the accumulation and use of symbiotic nitrogen fixation, the productivity of lupine-oat mixtures increased from 1.90 to 2.70-3.21 t∙ha–1 of dry mass or 1.4-1.7 times, and that of lupine-sorghum – from 3.17 to 3.43-3.47 or 1.1 times. The most effective ratio of each cereal component to legume in binary intercropping was 25:75% of the sowing rate in single-species agrocenoses when dry biomass productivity was the greatest. Compared to the variant without fertilizers, the most significant (by 1.3-2.0 times) increase in the productivity of all fodder agrocenoses under study was ensured by the application of N45Р30K50, while the application of P30K50 or humigran organic fertilizer at a dose of 250 kg·ha–1 – only by 1.2-1.3 times.
