Technology of production and primary processing of milk in farm conditions 农场条件下牛奶的生产和初级加工技术

Such a situation in the dairy business requires the search for solutions for commodity farms regarding possible ways to improve milk safety indicators as soon as possible in order to avoid a further reduction in the number of dairy cattle in Ukraine. The purpose of the research was to study the technology of obtaining and individual elements of the primary processing of milk for the number of somatic cells and the level of microbial contamination of milk raw materials. The work used general scientific methods, arbitration method, and the method of variational statistics. For this, combined samples of milk from 3 farms that used different approaches to keeping animals and technologies for obtaining milk from them, and a number of personal farms of the population were examined quarterly for one year to study the dynamics and relationships between indicators of raw material safety. A significant influence of paratypic factors on the number of somatic cells in milk was revealed, such as: milk production technology, seasonality of production, and the level of morbidity of animals for hidden forms of mastitis. At the same time, a direct correlation was established between indicators of the number of somatic cells and microbial contamination of milk at the level of 0.91 (P<0.001), which suggests that measures aimed at improving one of them will automatically improve the other. Violations of the requirements of the primary processing of milk caused a significant increase in the microbial load. Therefore, ensuring the effective functioning of the market for agricultural machinery is a key factor in restoring the material and technical base of agricultural enterprises. The research aims to investigate the current state of the agricultural machinery market and the impact of military operations on it and to identify effective ways of its development. The following methods were used in the study: dialectical method of scientific knowledge, monographic, statistical, and economic, economic and mathematical, expert evaluation, and graphical. The general trend towards a decrease in the share of households with certain types of machinery in 2015-2022 is determined. Disproportions between large and small forms of management in the provision of machinery, as well as restrictions on access to financial resources for small agricultural enterprises, have been identified. The study identified a general decline in the size of the Ukrainian machinery market due to the loss of production capacity in the east and south of the country. Imports of agricultural machinery – tractors by 57.0%, combine harvesters by 30.0%, seeders by 33.8%, disc harrows by 45.1%, and cultivators by 38.9% – also decreased significantly in quantitative terms. The analysis of state support for agricultural machinery and agricultural enterprises is carried out. A forecast of the development of the agricultural machinery market for crop production under positive and negative scenarios, including risks and challenges that may arise during and after military operations, is made. The research aims to determine the limits of the variability of genotypes of different origins, especially those with wide ecological and genetic variability, and to show the interaction between the variety and the mutagen. Winter wheat grains of several varieties (Balaton, Borovytsia, Zelenyi Hai, Zoloto Ukrainy, Kalancha, Niva Odeska, Polianka, Pochayna) were treated with dimethyl sulphate at concentrations of 0.0125%, 0.025%, 0.05%, and exposure was 24 hours. The cytogenetic activity was studied by the frequency and spectrum of chromosomal rearrangements in the corresponding phases of cell division, depending on the variety and concentration of the mutagen as the main factors affecting these parameters, as well as the main features of the spectrum, such as the overall rate of chromosomal rearrangements, the number of fragments and double fragments, bridges, micronuclei, and lagging chromosomes. The studied concentrations of the supermutagen were found to have a significant effect on all analysed parameters and can be classified as optimal and high concentration levels in terms of the effect on cytological activity and mitotic problems for the factor, despite previous studies. The variety factor has a much greater impact on the nature and frequency of certain types of aberrations than an increase in the mutagen concentration, it was characterised by a much greater site-specific effect than other chemical agents, and various variants in mutagenic effects were identified according to the subject’s genotype. It was generalised that the features that reproduced the effect of the mutagen, according to the discriminant analysis, were the total frequency, the frequency of fragments and double fragments, and bridges. This issue leads to a high level of stillbirths, causing substantial losses in the swine industry and requiring immediate attention. The purpose of this study is to evaluate farrowing order, the total number of piglets born, the year and season of farrowing, the breed of the boar, and the average piglet weight in the litter at birth as risk factors for stillbirths in sows of the Ukrainian Meat breed. Experimental data obtained from 262 sows of the Ukrainian Meat breed in the main herd of LLC “Tavriyski Svyni” (Skadovsk district, Kherson region, Ukraine) were used for the study. The proportion of litters containing at least one stillborn piglet, the number and proportion of stillborn piglets in the litter were investigated over 11 years. At least one stillborn piglet was observed in 56.9% of litters, with an average number and proportion of stillborn piglets in the litter of 1.2 and 10.5%, respectively. The results indicate a highly significant impact of the farrowing year on the proportion of litters containing at least one stillborn piglet, the number, and proportion of stillborn piglets in the litter (in all cases: P<0.001). There was a decrease in estimates of stillbirths during 2007-2013, with a gradual increase until 2017. The farrowing season had a certain (P<0.05) influence on estimates of stillbirth rates, since the proportion of stillbirth piglets in litters born in summer was 9.5%, and in litters born in autumn – 12.0%. The proportion of stillborn piglets in litters sired by Duroc boars (15.0%) was significantly higher (P<0.001) than in litters sired by Ukrainian Meat breed, Large White, or Landrace boars (10.1-10.0%). From the first to the 10th farrowing, stillbirth rates gradually increased (in all cases: P<0.001). The number and proportion of stillborn piglets in the litter tended to increase among sows with larger litter sizes at birth (in both cases: P<0.001). According to the world’s scientists, one of the best options for ensuring this change is the concept of a “green” economy. The relevance of the topic of green economy development is based on its potential to solve urgent environmental problems and promote sustainable development that meets the needs of society and the international community. The purpose of the article is to assess the prospects of the agricultural sector of Ukraine’s economy within the framework of the transformation strategy based on the principles of the green economy. This takes into account a whole range of factors in which agricultural enterprises exist and develop, as well as the conditions that have developed in connection with military aggression in the country. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: system-structural analysis, method of analysis, synthesis, method of generalization, methods of deduction and induction, and methodology of modified, improved SWOT analysis. A number of factors influencing the investment and innovation processes at agricultural enterprises are identified, including external threats and opportunities and internal strengths and weaknesses. The study also summarizes the aspects of the transition from the concepts of “sustainable” development to the concept of “greening” the economy, taking into account international experience, and the inclusion of Ukraine in the list of countries that ensure the fight against climate change and harmful emissions. The conclusions obtained about the prospects of investment projects in the agricultural sector, namely investment and innovation projects of agricultural enterprises characterized by a high level of attractiveness for investors in terms of the directional vector of development, confirm the relevance of implementing the concept of a green economy in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. To obtain high yields and increase production efficiency, reasonable and balanced decisions based on highly specialised knowledge and practical experience are necessary. The purpose of the study is to identify the role of consulting in the system of agricultural management paradigm. The study uses general scientific methods of cognition: logical and structural analysis, comparison, theoretical modelling, abstraction, induction and deduction, and statistical methods, concretisation, generalisation, formalisation, and tabular and graphical interpretation of theoretical information. In the course of the study, the current state of agricultural production in the sector of farms, infrastructure, and information support for agricultural producers are examined. It is determined that effective consulting in the field of agro-industrial complex is a basic prerequisite for intensifying the productivity and competitiveness of farm production. Priority vectors of agricultural consulting activities are highlighted. The specific features of the process of managing the productivity of farms with the involvement of agricultural consulting opportunities are examined, and further prospects for its development are outlined. The main measures to optimise the situation in the industry under study are proposed. It can be minimised by improving the effectiveness of fire risk forecasting and mitigation strategies. The aim of this paper was to investigate the accuracy of forest fire forecasts in Albania produced by the FWI (Fire Weather Index) system. During the summer of 2022, observations and data were collected on expected and actual fires in the prefectures of Albania, which were previously divided into four categories according to the level of fire risk: high, moderate, low, and zero. It was determined that, in the summer of 2022, Albania happened a grand total of 620 wildfires. The data were analysed using two indicators: the probability of fire occurrence for a particular prefecture and the number of fires per prefecture. The analysis revealed varying degrees of accuracy in fire predictions across different prefectures, with higher precision observed in high-risk regions but diminishing as the risk level decreased. The most dependable indicator of forecast accuracy, reaching 75%, was observed in high-risk areas during the month of August. Predicting fire localization within moderate-risk zones consistently achieved results above 50% but fell short of the 60% threshold. Overall, the results confirm the effectiveness of using data to predict the probability of fires for prefectures with a high and increased level of the relevant threat. Therefore, the research aims to determine biochemical markers in acute technological stress caused by factors of various etiologies. In this study, serum biochemical parameters were evaluated for the effects of stimuli in egg-laying chickens. The study was conducted on several Hy-Line W-36 cross chickens in the conditions of a production line. Four groups of chickens (101 heads each) aged 52 weeks were formed to conduct the study. The control group was formed from 10 representatives of each of the groups. Further, each group was exposed to a corresponding technological stimulus. Birds of group 2 were not fed for 24 hours, those of group 3 were kept in a darkened place, and 60 additional birds were placed in a cage with the chickens of group 4. The highest effect on the dynamics of biochemical parameters was an increase in their concentration by 1 m2 cage space. The studies identified a substantial increase in the concentration of glucose and creatinine in the blood serum of chickens during over-compaction – by 24-28% (p<0.05) compared to the control group, regardless of the cause of the stressful situation, all birds exposed to acute stress had an increase in these indicators in the blood serum. The main part of the examined enzymes, such as aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, and lactate dehydrogenase, tended to increase their activity depending on the strength of the influence of the technological factor on the body of birds. Neospora caninum, a protozoan parasite of the Apicomplexa class, is the causative agent of neosporosis, a disease that leads to abortions or the birth of weak offspring in cows. Therefore, addressing this issue is crucial. The purpose of this study is to describe the pathological changes in aborted fetuses and placental tissue in cows with neosporosis. Macroscopic examination of fetal and placental parts was performed through pathological dissection. The gestation age (days) was determined using the formula: 68 + 2.25×CRL (cm) and/or from historical data. DNA of N. caninum was detected by polymerase chain reaction in all fetuses and/or fetal parts of placentas described in the study. It was found that the majority of abortions occurred at 4-5 months of gestation. External examination revealed isolated instances of skin hyperemia and haemorrhages throughout the body. Some fetuses were mummified. Autolysis of the fetus and placental parts was observed in most cases. Placentitis and oedema of the placental tissue were also noted in some cases. Internal examination of fetuses revealed changes in the brain, skeletal muscles, heart, lungs, liver, spleen, and kidneys, in addition to characteristic autolysis. These changes, including grey foci in the brain with a light grey centre, white foci, and multiple white streaks in skeletal muscles and the tongue, can be attributed to typical pathological changes in aborted fetuses with neosporosis. The research aims to expand the genetic diversity of sea buckthorn, which combines high productivity and quality for further breeding. Phenology, morphological studies, and evaluation of breeding material for economically valuable traits were carried out according to the methodology for the examination of plant varieties, and molecular genetic studies – according to the polymerase chain reaction method, which is based on multiple copies of a specific DNA region. The formative process in sea buckthorn breeding for adaptability, productivity and quality was expanded by using the gene pool of related forms, which is one of the ways to solve the problems of creating source material for further breeding and is the basis of the research, which established a wide range of formative process by morphological traits and biological properties as a result of the hybridisation of biotypes, which allowed to select valuable hybrids for a set of breeding and, in particular, new forms of Soborna and Adaptyvna Improved were identified, characterised by high winter and drought resistance, productivity and fruit quality, absence of thorns and dry fruit separation, and submitted to the State Variety Testing. The obtained genotypes of sea buckthorn plants combine resistance to high and low environmental temperatures with a complex of other economic traits: disease resistance, low or no thorniness, fruit quality and their suitability for processing and production of products for healthy nutrition. The practical value of the study is based on the fact that the results of the research expand the information on the use of sea buckthorn adaptability, productivity, and quality in breeding, selected and studied in the natural and fallow ecosystems of Polissia and Forest-Steppe of Ukraine.
