Rusdi, Peri Pedinal","doi":"10.30983/humanisme.v3i1.1061","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30983/humanisme.v3i1.1061","url":null,"abstract":"Bagi siswa, untuk memahmi suatu konsep dalam pembelajaran matematika bukanlah suatu hal yang mudah karena pemahaman terhadap suatu konsep matematika dilakukan secara individual dan tidak tebang pilih antara laki-laki dan perempuan (gender). Oleh karena tu, pembelajaran di kelas-kelas matematika harus dikelola dengan baik oleh guru. Pengelolan pembelajaran yang baik di kelas-kelas matematika, akan memantapkan siswa laki-laki ataupun siswa perempuan dalam memahami konsep-konsep matematika. Dengan demikian penerapkan pembelajaran yang tepat oleh guru, dapat memaksimalkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa dan akhirnya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa ditinjau berdasarkan gender setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: pemahaman konsep matematika empat orang siswa laki-laki berkriteria sangat baik, empat orang siswa berkriteria baik dan dua orang siswa berkriteria pemahaman konsep matematika cukup baik. Sedangkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa perempuan adalah dua siswa mendapatkan kriteria sangat baik, lima orang siswaberkriteria baik dan lima orang berkriteria cukup baik. Dengan menggunakan uji – t pada selang kepercayaan 95% diperoleh thitung = 1.770 dan ttabel = 1.72. Sasaran dari pengabdian ini merupakan kelompok dari PEKKA miskin tersebut dengan melakukan program pemberdayaan untuk mengatasi masalah ekonomi yang dihadapinya. Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ekonominya adalah dengan membentuk kelompok usaha mikro berbasis pasar. Dimana PEKKA di kelompokan berbdasarkan jenis-jenis usaha yang dilakukannya dan mendampinginya supaya bisa menguasai pasar untuk kepentingan kemajuan usaha-usaha ekonomi kelompok yang lakukan itu. Diantara jenis usaha kelompok mikro yang dilakukan adalah, membuat asesoris, makanan ringan dan usaha jualan harian. Diantara program pendampingan untuk kepentingan kemajuan usaha itu adalah telah dilakukan terhadap PEKKA ini dampingan komunkasi usaha, motivasi untuk berusaha, membantu informasi pemasaran. Dalam upaya mendorong pelibatan perempuan dalam proses politik, kecenderungan politik klen telah mendegradasi semangat peningkatan partisipasi politik perempuan. Partisipasi politik perempuan dalam lembaga sosial politik pada masyarakat lokal akan didasarkan pada faktor genealogik. Pada masyarakat Kaili di Lembah Palu misalnya, meningkatnya partisipasi politik perempuan terbentuk karena perempuan berasal dari klen dominan dan masih terikat dalam satu ikatan persaudaraan dengan fungsionaris parpol dan lembaga politik lainnya sehingga mudah terlibat pada proses politik. Hubungan genealogik antara perempuan anggota klen dominan dengan pemimpin dan tokoh sentral klen dominan memberi ruang partisipasi perempuan dalam politik Klen dominan secara genealogik terkait hubungan kekerabatan dengan golongan bangsawan yang pernah memiliki kekuasaan adat pada masa pemerintahan kerajaan. Distribusi peran perempuan klen dominan pada posisi strategik di lembaga sosial politik diarahkan untuk memporkokoh jangkauan kepentingan klen dalam kekuasaan politik. Implikasi peranan klen dalam partisipasi politik perempuan meningkatkan rekruitmen perempuan anggota klen dominan secara jumlah namun peran dalam kegiatan lembaga justeru tereduksi dan melemah. This condition is caused by many factors including gender differences, male and female students have many differences especially in the allocation of time to finish a thesis. This research aimed to find out the factors that influence the time needed to finish a thesis and the classification of these factors based on their gender. The factors observed were GPA, gender and competence of the supervisor, types of research used, source of the data and technique of the data collection. The statistical analysis used was the CHAID method. The result of this study showed that out of 387 male students who have graduated in period I to VI, it was found that the factors which influence them to finish their thesis were GPA. While for female students, out of 1150 data, three factors that influence them were major, sources of data and expertise areas of the main supervisors. Students have low mathematical problem solving abilities caused by difficulties in solving mathematical problems that require logic. The research is aimed to determine the effect of the Alqurun Teaching Model on mathematical and gender problem solving abilities. This research is quantitative research. The population were 264 in eighth grade students of SMPN 17 Bandar Lampung. Sampling technique used by sample random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used the normality test with Liliefors test and homogeneity test with Barlett test. Hypothesis testing using the two-way cell ANAVA test is not the same. The results showed that there was an influence of the Alqurun Teaching Model (ATM) learning model on mathematical and gender problem solving abilities. This study used a qualitative methodology with a literature approach. The results showed that (1) the male clone tendency in the women's movement had actually been predicted by various parties, including by the female activists. Because of the obsession to equalize the active role of women as equal to men, the women's movement was trapped in standardizing themselves with male masculinity figures. On one hand, they rejected male domination on women, but on the other hand the ambitions of their movements are directed towards seizing the dominant patriarchal system and violating it under the authority of women. Even though Islam places women in the frame of proportionally optimistic rational roles. That is, Islam does not make women fully pretend to be 'backward' entities so that it does not allow them to gain enlightenment and Islam rejects thoughts that are too optimistic to position 'front' women as the sole determinant of their lives and must be above men. Both of these views have reduced women to fall into the destruction or glorification of human quality by ignoring the greatness and power of Sunnatullah over the surrounding conditions; (2) Acording to the values of humanism of Islamic Psychology, the ideology of the gender movement should depart from the needs and be based on a) Women’s self-actualization rather than self-exploitation; b) Women’s Active participation rather than their mobilization and domestication. They take care of small children, family members who are disabled, old and frail. They perform their role within the private family sphere without much complaints. However when many women enter labour force outside their family many of them can no longer become family care giver. The seperation between nuclear familes and extended families due to rural urban migration makes older women like mothers and mothers in-law can no longer available to provide help. As an alternative, many urban families opt for domestic help to look after their young children, disabled family members and the elderly. Domestic helpers continue their domestic chores as instructed by the lady of the house an at the same time perform caregiving role. The important issue related to having domestic maid to perform care giving role especially in Muslim family is regarding physical contact. Most of the activities in caregiving roles involves physical contact especially during cleaning patients body, changing their clothes, prepare their bed, feeding them, holding their hands and body for therapy. However Islamic paractice do not allow physical contact like touching between two people who are not close family relations or mahram. Since most of domestic maid who also perform the role as caregiver are women, therefore the issue of empowering men to become caregiver is very important because the needs of male caregivers to care for male patients is increasing. Based onwhat is stated in the Quran and hadith and related documents, this paper will outline the need for informal care in families and communities that need to be addressed, particularly those who are Syariah-compliant. Cases from research in the relevant field will be presented to highlight the issues why men should be encourage to consider role as informal caregivers.Dalam banyak masyarakat tradisional, perempuan memainkan peran penting sebagai pengasuh informal. Mereka merawat anak-anak kecil, anggota keluarga yang cacat, tua dan lemah. Mereka melakukan peran mereka dalam ruang keluarga pribadi tanpa banyak keluhan. Namun ketika banyak perempuan memasuki angkatan kerja di luar keluarga mereka, banyak dari mereka tidak bisa lagi menjadi pemberi perawatan keluarga. Pemisahan antara keluarga inti nuklir dan keluarga besar karena migrasi perkotaan pedesaan membuat perempuan yang lebih tua seperti ibu dan ibu mertua tidak lagi dapat menyediakan bantuan. Sebagai alternatif, banyak keluarga perkotaan memilih bantuan rumah tangga untuk menjaga anak-anak mereka, anggota keluarga yang cacat dan orang tua. Pembantu rumah tangga melanjutkan pekerjaan rumah tangga mereka seperti yang diperintahkan oleh nyonya rumah dan pada saat yang sama melakukan peran pengasuhan. It is assumed that teachers in primary schools are important to have gender knowledge. This is because primary schools is the basic education for pupils in building their character and constructing their mindset, especially mindset with gender awareness and gender sensitivity attitude. Thus teachers without gender bias and lack of gender knowledge plays an important role for widely spread the gender sensitivity and gender awareness in order to fight the bias gender and discrimination against women. The research takes qualitative method by using in-depth interview and distribute questioner toward 20 teachers in 2 primary schools. The result showed that most teacher in these two primary schools have lack of knowledge about gender concept and kind of difficult to make different among the definition of sex and gender concept. This lack of knowledge to some extent affected the learning process with several gender biases in facing their pupils in the school activities. It is recommended in increasing the socialization process of gender knowledge around primary school’s teachers.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kurangnya pengetahuan gender dari 20 guru di dua sekolah dasar di Padang. Diasumsikan bahwa guru di sekolah dasar penting untuk memiliki pengetahuan gender. Ini karena sekolah dasar adalah pendidikan dasar bagi siswa dalam membangun karakter mereka dan membangun pola pikir mereka, terutama pola pikir dengan kesadaran gender dan sikap sensitivitas gender. Jadi guru tanpa bias gender dan kurangnya pengetahuan gender memainkan peran penting untuk menyebarkan kepekaan gender dan kesadaran gender secara luas untuk melawan bias gender dan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada 20 guru di 2 sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru di kedua sekolah dasar ini kurang memiliki pengetahuan tentang konsep gender dan agak sulit untuk membedakan antara definisi jenis kelamin dan konsep gender. Kurangnya pengetahuan sampai batas tertentu mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran dengan beberapa bias gender dalam menghadapi murid-murid mereka dalam kegiatan sekolah. Does gender affect the way and what knowledge will be obtained by someone. If we follow the thesis of historical materialism of Marxism, then the answer is \"yes,\" because a person's position in the relations of production determines the way he knows, and what content he will acquire, and women, in patriarchal society, the disadvantaged position. Then, whether to provide a critical assessment of the way and content of gender-affected knowledge requires a certain universal rationality assessment criterion. If so, how to make that rationality no longer a new force of oppressors, as claimed by postmodern thinkers.
