So, in the first step, after presenting theoretical studies and research background, the econometric model of the research is introduced. Accordingly, the true net direct investment variable is considered as a function of the real exchange rate, inflation rate as well as the ratio of net exports to the actual GDP, and we estimate by the fixed effect method. The estimated results show that the real exchange rate variables and ratio of net exports to gross domestic product have a positive and significant effect on the true net direct investment variable. On the other hand, in this research, the negative and significant impact of the inflation rate on the net direct investment has also been achieved. Results indicate Information sharing within integrated supply chains has not a positive relationship with product performance; Product co-development within SCI has not a positive relationship with product performance. Organizational coordination within SCI has a positive relationship with product performance. Information sharing within SCI has a positive relationship with product modularity. The research mrthod is descriptive-survey and in terms of purpose it is an applied research. The statistical population of the study is managers of small and medium enterprises of West Azarbaijan province those number is 1126 people. The sample size was 286 using Cochran formula, which was selected by stratified random sampling. In order to collect information, a questionnaire was used. In order to measure government tax policies, the standard questionnaire of Levin et al. (2002) was used to measure the performance of small and medium enterprises from Drinney et al. (2015) and to measure entrepreneurship trends the Wood et al. (2010) questionnaire was used.The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisor and one of the management professors. Reliability of the questionnaires by Cronbach's alpha test was 0.85 for the government's tax policy questionnaire was 0.89 for the organizational performance questionnaire and 0.87 for the entrepreneurial orientation questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, the structural equation method was used with the help of LISREL software. In this study, using an estimate from the entrepreneurship and innovative ecosystems and comparing it with the ecosystem of other countries with similar conditions to Iran, we will come up with a professional structure, including the common aspects of their models and criteria, and by examining the factors that play the vital role of innovation and entrepreneurship of Iranians, we will make the feasibility and design of the innovation ecosystem feasible in ICT industry as a strategic planning for the creation of an entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in SMEs of ICT industry. This research is considered as an applied descriptive-correlational study. The population of the study included the entire 320 employees of the departments of Sports and Youths located in the north-west of Iran. Among the population, 200 individuals were selected as the sample of study through the application of the stratified random sampling method. The required research data have been also collected through the application of three standard questionnaires of Organizational Trust (Alonen et al., 2008), Job Performance (Paterson, 1970), and Psychological Capital (Luthanz, 2007). It is worthy of mentioning that the validities of the questionnaires were approved by sport management professors and reliability of questionnaires with Cronbach's alpha for the questionnaires of organizational trust, JP, and PC were 0.81, 0.74, and 0.79. For the purpose of analysis of the collected data technics related to descriptive statistics such as abundance tables and diagrams have been used SEM (structural equations modeling), t-tests, and one-way ANOVA were also used in the environments of the SPSS and LISREL software for testing the hypotheses. Results show that OT and JP and OT are related to PC in a positive and statistically significant manner. In addition it was uncovered that OT has influences on the JP of the employees of the departments of Sports and Youths through psychological capital. The research statistical population comprises the companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange. This research is an applied study in terms of purpose and the hypotheses have been analyzed using Eviews software. This study is a descriptive-survey study and its population is comprised of sports managers and entrepreneurs in addition to the tourism scholars of the province of Hamadan. Through the application of the cluster sampling method, 120 individuals from the entire mentioned fields were selected as the study of the sample. Additionally, methods such as document mining, meta-analysis, exploration and future studying in addition to a researcher-made questionnaire were used for the purpose of data collection. In order to describe the data descriptive statistics were made use of while for the purpose of prioritization of the barriers and contexts of development, the exploratory factor analysis test was prescribed. Nonetheless, the parametric test of independent-t and the nonparametric test of Mann-Whitney were respectively used to test the normally, and abnormally distributed hypotheses. Nevertheless, the sufficiency of sample size was investigated through the KMO test. The results of the Freedman test revealed that there exists a statistically significant difference between average scores of the indices effective on the development of entrepreneurship and employment. According to the prioritization of factors, the lowest average scores were respectively associated with the behavioral (2.73) and the environmental (2.95) indices. Therefore it is concluded that the corresponding managers can initiate joint programs with banks in order to provide the entrepreneur athletes with financial support and an improved state of social security among the owners of sports-related businesses (insurance, bankruptcy and, unemployment).
