For this purpose, the most important and most widely used modeling methods of natural gas demands were used as modeling options and four different candidate families were analyzed based on 234 months of historical data of actual consumption and model parameters were estimated using appropriate methods. Then, by using the precision indicators such as average absolute error, average absolute percentage error, waste diffraction model and inequality coefficient of Thiel time series, predicted for a period SARIMA (1,1,2) (1,1,0)12 accepted as the most appropriate fitness function were Identified and of the next 6 months. Há um forte incentivo do governo para que estas instituições melhorem seus processos, agregando mais valor para o discente. O objetivo deste trabalho é propor a priorização e melhoria dos processos de negócios dos Institutos Federais, utilizando BPM e gestão da qualidade. Foi utilizado o Instituto Federal Fluminense como estudo de caso. A metodologia baseou-se em aplicação de questionário, pesquisas documentais e em entrevistas com stakeholders envolvidos no processo, possibilitando ter como resultados o mapeamento, modelagem atual e futura de processos, detecção de problemas através do Ishikawa e a busca de soluções com o 5W1H, além de proposição de indicadores de desempenho. First, four main factors of \"system management\", \"characteristics and specifications\", \"implementing company\" and \"environmental conditions\" were evaluated using questionnaire method among 63 managers and experts, consultant, and contractor of the Iranian Boston Project. Then, factors and criteria were analyzed using descriptive statistics and various tests such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov's Normality Test, Binomial Ratio Test, and Friedman Ranking Test using SPSS software. Organizations are introducing internet based technology to make their business convenient for the existing as well as potential customers and through their feedback also manage their performance. The research was conducted in the banking sector of Pakistan and data was collected from over 500 employees and customers including the top five banks of the country. The findings showed that only service quality and loyalty were the significant predictors of E_CRM system effectiveness. It is anticipated that results of this study will not only expand the scope of study for researchers at the academic level, but also may make policy makers and managers to realize the significance of E-CRM. To this end, 106 industrial lubricants buyer organizations in Tehran, Iran were selected as the population of the research. The sample size was equal to the population due to the accessible and limited number of the organizations. The data were collected using a questionnaire comprising 58 items rated on a 5-point Likert scale. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined and confirmed using Cronbach Alpha and confirmatory factor analysis, respectively. In total, 74 usable questionnaires were received for data analysis. The results indicated the significant effects of brand and price on buying choice. Further, the effect of perceived quality on buying choice was significant, but far less significant compared to that of price or brand. This research is an applied one in terms of purpose and an exploratory-survey one in terms of approach. The statistical population of the research was selected among a group of experts in human resource composed of executive directors specializing in human resources who were interviewed in-depth. This selection and conduct of the interview continued until the theoretical saturation, and then stopped. In this study, the snowball sampling method was used. In this way, the first expert was selected according to initial investigations and surveys of the honorable supervisor. After completing the interview with the first person, he was asked to introduce other expert or experts who may be experts in the field of employees' laziness and contribute to the richness of the research model. This process continued until the researcher theoretical saturation. Eventually, 16 experts were interviewed. In this research, since the grounded theory method was used, the main tools for data collection were in-depth and unstructured interviews with human resources experts. The research was descriptive and the method was web metrics. The research community is 13 portals of Iran Ministries. The required data was collected using a checklist designed based on a web-based quality evaluation method. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-21 software. After evaluating the main criteria using the Web quality evaluation method and considering the average scores obtained for four main indices, it is concluded that the portals examined had more weaknesses in terms of functionality and usability, which required a closer look. In the case of two indices of reliability and performance, almost all sites had a very good and high score. The sample size using Cochran formula was estimated 128 individuals, where sampling was performed in random. The instrument used in this study includes a questionnaire that its validity was confirmed by Panel of Experts. Reliability of questionnaire was confirmed by calculating Cronbach’s alpha coefficient.
