At first, international relations focused more on the study of war and peace in nation-state relations. However, beginning in the 1970s and 1980s the study of international relations expanded to a wider range of studies. International relations develop on non-political issues, such as economics, security, law, culture, technology, and so on. Any perspective in an approach that views international relations as not only state-oriented would say that other entities such as International Organizations also have an important role. One of the International Organizations at the Regional Level is The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). ASEAN has 3 pillars, namely Political-Security, Economic and Socio-Cultural.2 International Relations are inseparable from globalization. Globalization encourages countries indirectly to cooperate with each other in order to meet their national interests and respond to the phenomena that exist along with globalization. One form of cooperation is international cooperation. International organizations have several forms, one of which is in the Regional scope. Appropriate use of technology, provides positive influences that create opportunities and innovations that can be exploited for the advancement of various sectors, especially the economy of the trade sector. One of the forms of implementation created due to the development of technology and information in the world is online commerce is the level of awareness of the public to prefer products of technological processing with good quality. This behavior is called Technology Oriented in Customers. The use of technology in the world of trade, where trade is one of the activities that affects economic growth, should be increased in order to support the magnitude of the economic growth of the trade sector. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the results of Technology Oriented Practice on Customers which has more or less begun to be adopted by the East Java community as a form of technology implementation in the trade sector, mainly the sales level can affect the amount of numbers that can increase the value gain of the trade sector for East Java Province. By processing secondary data using multiple linear regression analysis methods. This study found that the influence of the Internet for sales did not have a significant effect on the trade sector because the number of sales made through the Internet is still lacking. The people of East Java tend to play the role of consumers. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research using descriptive methods and verification methods using the analysis method Multiple Linear Regression, T Test, F Test, Determination Coefficient Test, and Classical Assumption Test using Stata 15 software. Based on the research results, the results the analysis explains that ROE does not have a partial effect, but DER and NPM have a partial influence on the JII Stock Price. The results of the analysis also explain that the data is not infected with multicollinearity problems and does not contain heteroscedasticity, and simultaneously ROE, DER, and NPM have no influence on the JII Share Price with the ability to explain the JII Stock Price variance of 57.58%. Performance-based training will also help companies understand what factors need to be considered when conducting training and how to provide appropriate training to their employees to achieve the output performance of an organization/company so that it continues to improve. The statistical test used is the path analysis test. The population in this study amounted to 358 high school teachers in Bandung Regency, the sampling technique in this study used Proportional Straified Random Sampling, as many as 79 teachers. The results showed that (1) Organizational Climate has a significant effect on the Performance of Senior High School Teachers (SMA) in Bandung Regency. Organizational climate individually has a significant influence on teacher performance, the contribution of organizational climate to the performance of high school teachers (SMA) in Bandung Regency is 68.8%. (2) Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers (SMA) in Bandung Regency. Individual work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance, the contribution of work motivation to the performance of high school teachers (SMA) in Bandung Regency is 79.5% (3) Organizational Climate and Work Motivation have a significant effect on the Performance of Senior High School Teachers (SMA) in Bandung Regency.
