The first section discusses the deadlines for summary proceeding, highlighting the dates for considering summary petition claims and its termination dates for issuing judgments in summary cases, also revealing objection deadlines by relying on both civil procedure and commercial courts of law in summary petition. Moreover, the research has examined cases of lapse of summary judgments, mentioning the reasons for the invalidation of the summary request, such as delay in submitting the original request, abandonment of the claim, and considering the judgment as if it did not exist. The researchers also discuss the reasons that entitle the interested party to request the cancellation of the summary judgment, which are determined through various cases, including the dismissal of the claim, the cessation of the urgent situation, and the suspension of the case’s proceedings. Ultimately, the research highlights a judicial ruling stating that if the plaintiff is absent from the court session, the fate of the judgment issued by the judge is the rejection of the claim. It is aiming is for understanding the long-term sustainability of remote work practices and their effect on organizational flexibility and employee satisfaction. The research is employing a qualitative approach, integrating interviews, surveys, and empirical data analysis. It is focusing on the demographic and technological factors that influence work adaptability and the overall experience of remote work. The key findings of this research indicate that while remote work has increased productivity and reduced costs for many organizations but some challenges such as maintaining employee engagement and managing remote communication persist. Despite these challenges, the research is suggesting that remote work can be a sustainable practice if organizations tailor their strategies to address individual and organizational needs effectively. The study aimed to find out what is most likely in judging the narrators about whom the sayings of the imams differed, “Abd al-Haqq al-Ishbili, Ibn al-Qattan al-Fasi, and his student Ibn al-Mawwaq,” in terms of distortion and modification. I followed the method of induction and analysis in explaining the ranks of words, comparing with the critics’ sayings in judging the narrators, studying the extent of agreement and disagreement in them, and stating the most correct of them. I concluded that Al-Ishbili, then Ibn Al-Qattan, and Ibn Al-Mawaq are among the most famous figures of the Hadith school in Morocco, as they represent an extension of to its greatest scholars; This is due to their progress, extensive knowledge, and knowledge of the conditions of the narrators and the rulings of the critics, and their sources for their sayings from the approved books of the Sunnah. I recommend that the circle of interest be expanded in the knowledge of the sayings of the imams regarding the narrators, whether distorted or modified, and that they be studied in a critical and comparative study until one can reach a judgment on the narrator and know his class, for they are buried treasures that require a skilled diver. The research was conducted on a sample of 450 male and female teenagers, to investigate the differences in the levels of psychological flow and electronic violence based on the following variables, family status (living with both parents, living with one parent, living with relatives), and age (12-21 years old). Descriptive cross sectional study was conducted using a self-structured questionnaire consisted from 27 questions about psychological flow and 8 questions about electronic violence, answered on a Likert scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. results: There was no significant relationship between the psychological flow scale and the electronic violence scale among adolescent gamers in Saudi Arabia. This will be achieved by monitoring their motivations for engagement and comparing them with their attitudes toward traditional employment and online work. The study belongs to descriptive research and employs a media survey methodology. The study sample was represented in Saudi youth, totaling 400 individuals, including both males and females. Out of this sample, 312 individuals were selected based on their exposure to influencer pages on the internet. Data was collected using a questionnaire as the survey instrument. The study reached a set of results, among the most notable of which are as follows: Snapchat emerged as the top social media platform preferred for following influencers, with a percentage of 67.1%. TikTok came in second place with a percentage of 52.9%. The motivations of entertainment and leisure, along with staying informed about news in general, shared the top position among the reasons why the participants in the study followed influencer pages on social media. In the second position, the motivation was to gain new ideas for work. Saudi youth selected the page of Ahmed Al Shugairi as the most followed influencer page for them, followed by Faiz Al-Maliki in the second position, and Najla Al Wadaani in the third position. Additionally, the statement \"Combining traditional work and online work is possible\" ranked at the forefront of the study sample's attitudes towards work, with a tendency towards agreement. During the 1960s, forensic odontology experienced renewed interest, extending its relevance beyond dentistry to law enforcement agencies. This resurgence coincided with the emergence of forensic anthropology, vital in employing skeletal analysis to reconstruct the biological profiles of unidentified individuals. Collaborative efforts of forensic dentistry and anthropology have notably enhanced the accuracy and scope of forensic investigations, especially in cases involving incomplete or decomposed remains. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, despite cultural challenges, the significance of multidisciplinary collaboration to assist the law enforcement agencies cannot be overstated. As forensic science advances, the integration of dental and skeletal analyses remains crucial for effective case resolution. Forensic odontology and anthropology jointly contribute to identifying individuals in mass disasters and criminal cases through dental record and skeletal remains analysis. Both disciplines boast rich historical backgrounds, dating back to ancient civilizations. Limited practices and training in Saudi Arabia pose obstacles for forensic investigations, although there is evident public acceptance regarding the importance of maintaining dental records and recognizing skeletal analysis significance. It is a well-established fact that applying a severe orthodontic force for an extended period can cause irreversible pulpitis and necrosis in the pulp by accelerating the inflammation process. In contrast, utilizing moderate and intermittent forces allows for ample tooth movement, limits pulp damage, and facilitates pulp healing. Materials and methods: A comprehensive search of published studies was conducted in several electronic databases such as MEDLINE, PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, Web of Science, CINAHL, and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, as well as Google Scholar. The search was conducted without limitations to find published studies. The results showed that orthodontic forces can lead to a decrease in pulpal blood flow, which causes a reduction in tooth sensitivity. This reduction is indicated by an increase in response thresholds and more negative responses to tooth sensitivity tests. Conclusion: applying a severe orthodontic force over a prolonged period of time can lead to irreversible pulpitis and necrosis in the pulp due to an increase in the inflammation process. However, using moderate and intermittent forces can facilitate sufficient tooth movement while minimizing damage to the pulp.
