{"title":"Valine in Broiler Diets: A review","authors":"R. Abbas","doi":"10.59992/ijsr.2024.v3n4p1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.59992/ijsr.2024.v3n4p1","url":null,"abstract":"Valine (Val) is the 4th limiting amino acid in a corn and soybean meal–based diet for broiler chicken, after methionine, lysine, and threonine. Valine, isoleucine, and leucine represent the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) family. It was reported that the performance of broilers is adversely affected by an imbalance of BCAAs in the diet. So, a low crude protein diet must supplement with Val in a range of 0.01–0.20 % for optimal growth performance. The present review reflects on the studies undertaken to assess the effect of dietary levels of Val on growth performance, immunity, gut health, carcass traits, and bone mineralization in broilers. Several studies have revealed that supplementation of valine in higher levels than the present recommendation of NRC (0.72–0.73% in the finisher phase), improves weight gain, feed: gain ratio, intestinal morphology, carcass characteristics, immune response, and increased bone density and strength. According to the data from the literature discussed in this survey, the Val to-lysine ratio recommendation might require reaching 0.86 for high-yielding broilers from 0-15 days of age. It also suggests that the ratio of digestible valine to lysine is between 75 and 84% in growing and finishing. For best feed intake, weight gain, and FCR, studies indicate that 0.903% is the recommended digestible Val level for a better overall performance of 22 to 42 d broilers. The researcher used the historical method to identify the development of the Chinese state for different historical stages, and the descriptive method collects facts and information, analyzes and interprets the phenomenon through which it defines its characteristics and dimensions and describes the relationship between them in order to reach an integrated scientific description. The study concluded that one of the most important factors for China's development and economic success is its import of advanced Western technology, its attraction of international investments, and the presence of global markets to export its products, especially the American market, which forced it to avoid any confrontation or escalation with the United States of America in particular. The study sample consisted of students of the Diploma of Educational Qualification at A'Sharqiyah University, and the researchers used the descriptive approach (survey study) to answer the questions of this study, using the questionnaire as a tool for their study, and to verify the objectives of this research, a questionnaire was designed for the standards of teaching competencies for students of educational qualification at A'Sharqiyah University, where it included (36) teaching adequacy; (planning, implementation and evaluation), where they were selected in a random manner. The results of the study also showed that the degree of teaching competencies for students of educational rehabilitation at the Faculty of Education at A'Sharqiyah University (research sample) in the standards of teaching competencies came to a varying degree, as the degree of availability of standards of adequacy of planning, implementation and evaluation among students of the Diploma in Education at A'Sharqiyah University came to a very large degree in the total degree, and the axes ranged between (very large, and large), where the planning axis came in the first rank, the evaluation axis came in the second rank, and the implementation axis came in the third rank. Artificial intelligence and data protection are interconnected concepts since AI uses data sets to make decisions and perform activities. However, ethical questions about personal data use and potential bias in AI persist in the present AI environment. Therefore, while AI has led to digital transformation in sectors like transportation, healthcare, and finance, the technology has privacy implications that limit its usage by many organizations. In the country’s journey to reduce its oil dependency and become modernized, it is significant for Saudi Arabia to have a sufficient set of regulations and laws to deal with AI-related legal challenges. In this regard, the authorities have initiated programs to streamline the KSA’s data protection laws with European AI regulations and data safety laws after recognizing the need to preserve data sets. This paper examines the present laws and legal regulatory framework for AI and data protection in Saudi Arabia and the legal challenges to protecting data in AI. The paper also discusses legal issues related to AI data protection and the barriers that restrict data protection law reform in light of the available literature on AI data protection. The results found that the average rainfall rate was in the range of 4 mm, the average pressure rates were 968 Pascals, the average temperature rates were 10 degrees Celsius, the average radiation rates ranged between 2999MHz and 2900MHz, and the sunspots were between 10 and 39 sunspots, and from this it can be said Rainfall rates are not directly related to the increase or decrease in the number of sunspots, as there is no clear effect of that. However, in the year 2019, it was found that the increase in the number of sunspots directly affects the rates of rainfall during the spring and fall seasons as an exception, and this was confirmed through models.
