National policies have put forward clear requirements for higher vocational education, especially to promote the digital transformation and teaching reform of vocational education. The policy documents issued by the Ministry of Education and relevant departments emphasize the use of modern information technology to improve teaching methods, adapt to the new forms of \"Internet plus\" and \"smart plus\" education, and enhance the quality of vocational education. Against this backdrop, sales promotion and business negotiation, as core courses in the marketing major, are crucial for students' future career competitiveness. However, the current \"Sales Promotion and Business Negotiation\" course lags behind in terms of teaching content and teaching methods, and needs to keep pace with the times. First of all, the intangible cultural heritage carries rich cultural connotations, has the functions of moral guidance, value inheritance and moral education shaping, and can provide students with unique cultural experience and value guidance. Secondly, the intangible cultural heritage integrated into the aesthetic education of colleges and universities is faced with difficulties such as insufficient recognition and inheritance dilemma, which needs to be solved by innovating teaching methods and improving the level of teachers. Statistical analysis methods include independent sample t-tests and paired sample t-tests for difference analysis, comparing the significance of the observed subjects' Torrance Creative Thinking Test scores before and after the test to understand whether the observed young children's creative thinking has improved. To make the experiment more rigorous, the post-measurement of creative thinking is conducted for two classes Transform data Conduct an independent sample t-test to observe whether there is a significant difference in the creative thinking of the two classes of children after the start of the course. Before each round of activities, a pre-test is conducted on a total of 20 observation subjects in the two classes, and a post-test is conducted after the activities. The survey, with a sample size of 316 participants, predominantly young male students between the ages of 18 and 25, evaluated the cultural importance of badminton across many dimensions. The results revealed consistently elevated appraisals across all aspects, underscoring the sport's extensive influence on cultural and personal growth. Perceptions did not vary much based on gender or age, indicating the sport has a universal appeal. Nevertheless, the diversity in opinions, influenced by academic majors, suggests that students' cultural evaluations of the sport are highly impacted by their educational backgrounds. The study suggests implementing a complete Badminton Cultural Enrichment Program (BCEP) to maximize the various advantages of badminton. This program includes Cultural Exchange Tournaments, Wellness and Fitness Clinics, Character Building Workshops, and Community Engagement Initiatives. This program aims to encourage physical and mental well-being, cultivate cultural understanding, and improve students' entire educational journey.
