A secondary comparative qualitative analysis was conducted. Discourses in online patient information showed differences in governmentality techniques across the countries: Norway used a paternalist approach, Denmark an educative approach, and Sweden an individualistic approach and expected the patients to make the \"right\" decisions. Online information for patients with cancer in Denmark and Norway showed high professional and health care system involvement, whereas in Sweden, there was high patient involvement. It offers a perspective for understanding the directional trajectories across the life course affected by daily context and individual characteristics, in order to identify influential components. The aim of this article is to describe differential susceptibility theory, critically evaluate research findings in which the theory is tested, and consider implications of differential susceptibility theory as a theoretical framework for nursing science. We analyzed the theory within the context of stigma-related health inequities faced by transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) people. The theory of ENP provides a theoretical framework to incorporate social justice in nursing practice, research, education, and policy. We also determined the theory bridges the gap in understanding the role of nurses in advancing social justice through embodied actions and social activism. Nurse practitioners may be aware of the significance adverse childhood experience (ACE) exposure has on adult health and well-being; however, they may not be prepared to identify, interpret, and subsequently act on that information. This article presents the development of a conceptual model to guide patient-to-provider communication of adverse childhood experiences in primary care (the PPC-ACE model). The teacher functions as a guide bringing the learner as a participant into a reciprocal, dynamic process that addresses issues learners are working on, acknowledging and directing learning activity to personal and clinical goals. Outcomes of this process are competencies in health-related functions. The process proceeds with understanding of the learner's internal working model (IWM) of self, other, and relationships. Seven leaders reflected on the current status of research mentoring in nursing, provided exemplars/cases from their own experiences, and their reviews of the literature. There is a lack of tools measuring nurse-patient relationship dynamics from a unitary-transformative paradigm to evaluate the patient's experience of what works to enhance their well-becoming. The 35-item scale was completed by 311 adults with chronic illness. The Cronbach α for the 35-item scale was 0.965 suggesting good internal consistency. Principal components analyses yielded a 17-item, 2-component solution explaining 60.17% of the total variance. Most recently, these laws target transgender and gender diverse (TGD) youth and people seeking abortion. In this article, we examine the ethics of such laws through professional ethical codes. Furthermore, through a biopolitical lens, we critically analyze examples of nurses' participation in complying with laws that harm patients.
