Bahkan penerapan SPBE perlu terus dipantau dan dievaluasi berkala dalam rangka menjamin peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik pada instansi pemerintah. Hal tersebut didukung dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Permen PAN-RB) Nomor 59 Tahun 2020. Pemantauan dan evaluasi SPBE yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur sejauh mana tingkat kematangan penerapan SPBE di Pemerintah Kota Balikpapan tahun 2022 dengan mengacu pada pedoman yang ada dalam Permen PAN-RB Nomor 59 Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menetapkan beberapa tahapan dalam pelaksanaannya mulai dari studi literatur, pembuatan instrumen pemantauan dan evaluasi, pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara daring, perhitungan tingkat kematangan penerapan SPBE, hingga analisis hasil dan rekomendasi. Hasil akhir nilai indeks SPBE Pemerintah Kota Balikpapan tahun 2022 yakni sebesar 3,11, yang termasuk dalam predikat “Baik”. Untuk indikator yang ada pada domain Tata Kelola dan Layanan SPBE sebagian besar telah memenuhi kriteria yang ada pada Permen PAN-RB Nomor 59 Tahun 2020. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Regional Office X Makassar. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, multiple liner analysis, hypothesis tests, and R2 coefficient determination tests. Cyberbullying adalah tindakan negatif yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau kelompok tertentu dengan mengirimkan pesan teks, foto, gambar meme, dan video ke akun media sosial seseorang untuk menyindir, menghina, melecehkan, dan mendiskriminasi individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma Random Forest untuk memprediksi apakah teks komentar pada komentar video di Youtube adalah Bullying atau bukan Bullying. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai terbaik dari algoritma Random forest pada kombinasi tuning hyperparameter dengan parameter n_estimator = 100 dimana akurasi yang diperoleh sebesar 86% dan dihitung berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dari confusion matrix. Pendidikan manajemen keuangan di dalam keluarga dipengaruhi oleh status sosial ekonomi orangtua. Perbedaan status sosial ekonomi orangtua membawa perbedaan yang besar dalam mengasuh anak. Anak-anak dikondisikan oleh kelas sosial ekonomi yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan dan perilaku mereka. Pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi sangat berperan penting dalam proses pembentukan manajemen keuangan mahasiswa. Pembelajaran yang tepat dan terarah akan membantu mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan memahami, menilai, dan bertindak dalam kepentingan keuangan mereka. Tingkat pengetahuan keuangan yang tinggi berkorelasi positif terhadap tingkat penghasilan dan tabungan yang lebih tinggi. Dengan memiliki literasi keuangan, mahasiswa mampu membuat keputusan untuk kehidupannya dan menerima tanggung jawab atas tindakan mereka sendiri (Danes dalam Jorgensen, 2007). ,Literasi keuangan erat kaitannya dengan manajemen keuangan dimana semakin tinggi tingkat literasi keuangan seseorang maka semakin baik pula manajemen keuangannya. Manajemen keuangan pr,ibadi merupakan salah satu aplikasi dari konsep manajemen keuangan pada level individu. Manajemen keuangan yang meliputi aktivitas perencanaan, pengelolaan dan pengendalian keuangan, sangatlah penting untuk mencapai kesejahteraan keuangan. Aktivitas perencanaan meliputi kegiatan untuk merencanakan alokasi pendapatan yang diperoleh akan digunakan untuk apa saja. Status sosial ekonomi orangtua merupakan faktor salah satu eksternal yang mempengaruhi manajemen keuangan mahasiswa. Status sosial ekonomi orangtua meliputi tingkat pendidikan orangtua, pekerjaan orangtua, dan pendapatan orangtua. Manajemen keuangan yang dilakukan mahasiswa berupa pengelolaan dalam mengontrol pengeluaran keuangan pribadi yang dilakukan secara terus menerus. Ketika mahasiswa sulit mengontrol pengeluaran yang dilakukan secara terus menerus dan tak terbatas jumlahnya, maka menunjukkan bahwa siswa tersebut memiliki manajemen keuangan yang buruk. With WDS we can develop wireless networks without using cables. In this study, the number of consumer respondents taken was 100 respondents as the research population using a questionnaire data collection technique. The data quality test in this study uses the validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses (t test) and (f test) using SPSS software program version 25. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from lifestyle, product attributes and service quality variables have an effect 0.496 (49.6%). The results of multiple linear regression shows that Lifestyle has an effect 0,496 (49,6%) on purchasing decisions, and product attributes has the effect 0,3968 (39,7%) on purchasing decision, and the quality of service has an effect 0,2000 (20)% on purchasing decision.. From the t test and f test, it can be concluded that lifestyle, product attributes, and service quality has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. This type of research is associative, the research instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population used in this study were all consumers of yakul products in the city of Bima whose number is unknown (unknown population). The number of samples used in this study were 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques by carrying out validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests, and f tests.
