Records remove before screening are 1983, so we get 475 articles fos screening. After we screened based on record exclude, we compiled a total of 10 papers. Multiple different types of free flaps are utilized for varying needs based on the individual patient and the defect that requires coverage. active smokers who underwent a nonelective traumatic reconstruction with a perforator-based fasciocutaneous flap (anterolateral thigh [ALT] flap) will have a higher incidence of smoking-related complications compared to the use of a muscle-only flap. \u0000The aim: The aim of this study to show about smoking and flap survival. \u0000Methods: By the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2020, this study was able to show that it met all of the requirements. This search approach, publications that came out between 2014 and 2024 were taken into account. Several different online reference sources, like Pubmed, SagePub, and Google Scholar were used to do this. It was decided not to take into account review pieces, works that had already been published, or works that were only half done. \u0000Result: In the PubMed database, the results of our search get 9 articles, whereas the results of our search on SagePub get 441 articles, on Google Scholar 4830 articles. Records remove before screening are 2771, so we get 2509 articles fos screening. After we screened based on record exclude, we compiled a total of 10 papers. We included five research that met the criteria. \u0000Conclusion: Smoking decreases the alveolar oxygen pressure and subcutaneous wound tissue oxygen, and nicotine causes vasoconstriction, smokers are more likely to experience flap loss, hematoma, or fat necrosis than non-smokers. So, the experts were able to make sure that the study was as up-to-date as it was possible to be. For this search approach, publications that came out between 2014 and 2024 were taken into account. Several different online reference sources, like Pubmed, ScienceDirect and SagePub, were used to do this. It was decided not to take into account review pieces, works that had already been published, or works that were only half done. \u0000Result: In the PubMed database, the results of our search brought up 240 articles, whereas the results of our search on SAGEPUB brought up 1.683 articles, our search on SCIENCE DIRECT brought up 1.647 articles. The results of the search conducted for the last year of 2014 yielded a total 124 articles for PubMed, 610 articles for SAGEPUB and 429 articles for SCIENCE DIRECT. In the end, we compiled a total of 7 papers, 4 of which came from PubMed, 1 of which came from SAGEPUB and 2 of which came from SCIENCE DIRECT. This search approach, publications that came out between 2014 and 2024 were taken into account. Records remove before screening are 5317, so we get 1989 articles fos screening. After we screened based on record exclude, we compiled a total of 12 papers. We included five research that met the criteria. \u0000Conclusion: Multiple evaluative techniques including the addition of diagnostic ultrasound imaging and continuous shear wave elastography (cSWE) to standard clinical tests and measures were used to assess patient-reported symptoms, tendon structure, and tendon functional performance. As treatment recommendations and strategies evolve, decisional conflict may arise when patients with Achilles tendon ruptures are faced with the need to choose a management option. These two antiviral agents have shown similar short to intermediateterm efficacy, including virologic, biochemical, serologic, and histologic responses. Glucocorticoids are utilized in a variety of disorders, as long- and short-term, treatment such as topical ocular steroid usage, allergic rhinitis and inflammatory bowel disease as a result, the chance of cataract may increase and put a significant burden in countries. \u0000The aim: This study aims to show about oral corticosteroids and the long-term risk of cataract. \u0000Methods: By comparing itself to the standards set by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2020, this study was able to show that it met all of the requirements. So, the experts were able to make sure that the study was as up-to-date as it was possible to be. For this search approach, publications that came out between 2014 and 2024 were taken into account. Several different online reference sources, like Pubmed and SagePub, were used to do this. It was decided not to take into account review pieces, works that had already been published, or works that were only half done. \u0000Result: In the PubMed database, the results of our search brought up 79 articles, whereas the results of our search on SagePub brought up 208 articles, on Google Scholar brought up 26.000 articles. The results of the search conducted for the last year of 2014 yielded a total 25 articles for PubMed, 73 articles for SagePub, and 18.000 articles for Google Scholar. The result based on title screening, a total 2 articles for PubMed, 36 articles for SagePub, and 397 for Google Scholar. In the end, we get a total of 10 papers. Pregnant HIV-infected women are recommended to start antiretroviral therapy (ART) during pregnancy, regardless of CD4 cell count. Research suggests that HIV infection may reduce the risk of pre-eclampsia (PE). Despite PE being the cause of 42,000 maternal fatalities annually, pregnant women living with HIV are less likely to develop pregnancy hypertensive problems. \u0000The aim: This study aims to determine the effect of HIV and antiretroviral therapy on the risk of PE. \u0000Methods: This work demonstrated compliance with all standards by means of a comparison with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2020 guidelines. Consequently, experts were able to guarantee that the study was as current as feasible. Publications released in the years 2014–2024 were considered for this search strategy. To do this, a variety of internet reference sites were used, including ScienceDirect and PubMed. Review articles, previously published works, and partially completed works were all selected not to be considered. \u0000Results: When we searched the PubMed database, we found 33 papers, but when we searched ScienceDirect, we found 92 publications. Title screening produced a total of 14 articles for PubMed and 23 articles for ScienceDirect in the search results. Eight papers from PubMed and ten from ScienceDirect made up the total of the papers we compiled. Four reviews, four duplicates, and one with insufficient results were all excluded. Nine studies that satisfied the requirements were finally included. \u0000Conclusion: This systematic review found that maternal HIV infection and not using antiretroviral therapy reduced the risk of PE. Just one reveals how hospital managers view their mission statements. According to study, the hospital's purpose, vision, and values stimulate employee dedication and improve staff performance and operational efficiency. \u0000 The aim: This study demonstrated the effect of vision and mission statement on performance of Hospital in Asia.\u0000 Methods: Comparing itself to PRISMA 2020 standards showed that this study met all requirements. Therefore, the specialists were able to keep the study current. This search method considered 2010–2024 publications. This was done using Google Schoolar and other web sources. Review pieces, previously published works, and unfinished works were excluded.\u0000 Result: In the Google Schoolar database, the results of our search brought up 512 articles. The results of the search conducted for the last year of 2010 yielded a total 162 articles. In the end, we compiled a total of 3 papers.\u0000 Conclusion: There will be a connection between the organizational culture and the vision and mission of a health service providing agency.
