The role of this phenomenon for the economic development of territories, its progress and positioning in a highly competitive environment is considered. The types of region’s image are highlighted. The main properties of the region’s image are revealed. It has been determined that the image of a region is presented as a combination of group and individual ideas, including the subjective attitude of different population groups towards their region. The key aspects of the region’s image promotion are characterized, the algorithm of its creation process is formalized. It is emphasized that the considered construct consists of many components, in particular, elements of economy, science, media, culture, sports, regional policy, architecture, health care, public utilities and transportation, geographical features, historical heritage, the consideration of which in the construction of the image of the region provides the comprehensiveness and purposefulness of marketing actions. Specifically, the article will examine possible mechanisms and analyzes the prospects for peaceful resolution of national political con-tradictions in Sudan. The article offers a structured overview of the various mechanisms for achieving ethnopo-litical consensus in Sudan, and analyzes the prospects for achieving ethnopolitical consensus in Sudan in light of recent political developments. The article created a table showing the political perspectives of ethno-political conflict management in Sudan – a cross-regional analysis. Given the specificity of Sudanese ethno-political conflict, the strategy for consensus building in Sudan should include inclusive dialog and negotiation among different ethnic and political groups, reconciliation and military, political, governance and legal reform. Howev-er, despite the fact that the demands for social justice and regional equality are put forward by the majority of the opposing sides, the conditions for their fulfillment, determined by specific social groups, differ significantly. The aim of the work is to identify Russia’s role in the global transformations of the modern world, contributing to the growing importance of this union in overcoming inequality and establishing inclusive principles of sustainable development of the human community on the way to a multipolar and polycentric world. The paper provides a retrospective analysis of the conceptualization of sustainable development goals and Russia’s role in this process. It also reveals the coun-try’s decisive role in the formation of the BRICS organization. The commitment of the BRICS to inclusive princi-ples of interaction is outlined. The expansion of inclusive discourse in the BRICS interaction space is shown. Moreover, the perspectives of the association’s expansion in the vector of inclusive multilateralism are re-vealed. In this article, the authors try to consider the complexities of the production and economic activities of small businesses, which are still recovering from the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of the study is to analyze the current state of small business in Russia in the context of sanctions imposed by un-friendly countries. This article uses comparative, logical and statistical analysis, as well as an analysis of the theoretical basis. The authors consider the main problematic issues in the small business sector, incentive measures and government support in the face of sanctions. The research aims to identify and assess the impact of these factors on the dynamics of the tourism industry, as well as to develop and test new strategies for its support and development. Utilizing a combination of methods, including statistical data analysis, surveys of tourism operators, and expert interviews, the author thoroughly examines the reduction of international tourist flows and revenues, changes in the travel patterns of Russian citizens and foreign touris ts. The main findings highlight a significant rise in interest in domestic tourism as an adaptive response to the current challenges, strengthening of the tourism infrastructure, and development of key regions in ac-cordance with the tourism development strategy until 2035. Study consists of two parts. In the first part presented here are provided political scientific, sociological, as well as psychological and religious-philosophical justifications of existential democracy. One of the main innovations of existential democracy is a departure from only the pragmatic, utilitarian-functional understanding of democ-racy, directed at satisfying material needs alone and electing for this purpose an elite that satisfies these needs – a functioning state administration. Existential democracy addresses the goal of spiritual devel-opment and the achievement of the spiritual good of man – a goal that was originally postulated for the political process by Aristotle in “Politics”. This turns democracy to the problem of the development of the personality, the revelation of its true human, free and creative “I”, and not the “ego” embedded into the system. This corre-sponds to the interpretation of human not as just a bio-systemic organism, but as a spiritual transcendental be-ing striving for the meaning of his life, according to the humanistic psychology of Frankl, Fromm and others.
