This study adopts a qualitative research approach encompassing post-positivism and constructivism, employing data analysis methodologies like triangulation techniques and utilizing NVivo tools such as Coding. The research seeks to elucidate and scrutinize the enforcement of transfer pricing audit policies, pinpoint factors affecting their execution, and devise strategies for managing transfer pricing audits. Findings reveal that the enforcement of TP audit policies can be examined from the contextual policy aspect, encompassing influential interests, decision-making locus, and resource utilization, alongside considerations of policy content, including actor strategies and regulatory characteristics. External factors such as perceptions of the Indonesian tax system and internal factors such as human resource preparedness impact policy execution. The results of data analysis show that Management of the implementation of the education assistance program in the regional apparatus organizations of Paser Regency and BAZNAS of Paser Regency is under applicable laws and government regulations and ministerial regulations, implementation instructions, and following Standard Operating Procedures. The impact of educational assistance on educational equality in Paser Regency has been evenly distributed thanks to educational funding assistance. Very few children drop out of school in Paser Regency. The impact of educational assistance on the quality of basic education is that with educational financial assistance from regional apparatus organizations in the Paser Regency, the quality of education can increase. Using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method, this research analyzes data collected through an online survey from various stakeholders in the banking industry, including marketing division managers and head office personnel with a minimum tenure of one period. The findings reveal that a collaborative culture has a significant positive influence on IMC implementation, while a control culture has a less significant impact. Moreover, effective IMC implementation enhances message consistency, interactivity, organizational alignment, and stakeholder-focused strategic focus, all of which contribute to improved market performance. In 2022, data synchronization issues arose due to the SIAK system migration, making SINTREN inaccessible. It was relaunched on April 2, 2023, with improvements. This study evaluates SINTREN's digital service innovation and identifies implementation challenges. Using a qualitative approach with interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation, the analysis is based on Rogers' (2003) five indicators: Relative Advantage, Suitability, Complexity, Likelihood of Trying, and Observability. Results show that while SINTREN facilitates population document management, its use remains suboptimal due to poor community reception. Challenges include technological illiteracy, hesitance to input personal data, network issues, the need for physical visits to obtain ID cards, and inadequate socialization efforts. Despite these benefits, SINTREN faces complexity, suitability, and Observation issues. Sudarma","doi":"10.46799/ajesh.v3i6.330","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.46799/ajesh.v3i6.330","url":null,"abstract":"One-lung ventilation (OLV) is a crucial technique used in thoracic surgery, such as lobectomy or pneumonectomy, to isolate one lung and provide optimal surgical exposure while maintaining ventilation. Contrary to the misconception that OLV using Fogarty catheters is not applied in children, this technique is widely used in pediatric anesthesia, particularly during thoracic surgeries. A three-year-old child weighing 15.3 kg presented with a one-week history of coughing and a one-day history of shortness of breath at Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital, Denpasar. A chest tube was installed to alleviate tightness, and a thoracic CT scan revealed multiple cavities with consolidation in both inferior lung lobes. The surgeons opted for a bullectomy using the Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS) technique. In this case, OLV was achieved using a single-lumen endotracheal tube (ETT) and a Fogarty embolectomy catheter as a bronchial blocker (BB) to replace the fiberoptic bronchoscope (FOB) device. The ballooning-based BB method proved to be an effective alternative for lung isolation. These buildings are often constructed without official permission from local governments, leading to issues such as insecurity, environmental damage, and discomfort for the surrounding community. This study aims to evaluate the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in regulating these buildings and identify the factors influencing the success of their efforts. The research employs a normative juridical method, examining the norms and rules related to the issue, combined with a sociological approach through direct observation and interviews. The findings indicate that while the Civil Service Police Unit has made efforts to regulate illegal buildings in Cirebon City, their efforts have not been optimal. Challenges include a lack of personnel, inadequate infrastructure, limited budget, and low public awareness of local regulations. However, supporting factors such as the quality of human resources and effective internal and external coordination and communication exist. The aim of this research is to identify the causes and various forms of domestic violence in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. and Factors influencing the occurrence of domestic violence in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research uses empirical methodology, with data sourced from literature reviews and field investigations. The research was conducted in Central Sulawesi Province, in Banggai Regency. collecting information in the field through field work, interviews and observations. After that, qualitative descriptive analysis was used to test the data. Research findings show that in Banggai district, Central Sulawesi Province, there are very frequent cases of domestic violence where the victims are generally women. In addition, a number of laws and regulations have been enacted to protect women who are victims of domestic violence. Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence is one of the legal regulations that specifically regulates domestic violence. However, the many laws and regulations governing women's safety do not adequately consider women's needs to protect them from crimes involving domestic violence. Economic problems, social media, adultery and drug use are key variables that influence the incidence of domestic violence.
