With the continuous development of digital technology, digital empowerment of manufacturing enterprises dual innovation and development is facing important challenges, mainly manifested in the technical application of the landing is not strong, the lack of policy uncertainty and support, the scarcity of digital composite talents, digital empowerment of the manufacturing industry feedback response delays and other aspects. This research aims to describe the differences and similarities between honorific patterns in the two groups of society. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation techniques, interviews, proficient free-involved listening techniques, as well as note-taking and recording techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out by applying an interactive model which consists of three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and interpretation, and withdrawal and verification. The findings of this research show that the Madurese and Banjarese have similarities and differences in honorific patterns as a form of their respect for ulama. Madurese show respect with an honorific pattern to ulama and all members of families, while Banjarese give honorific for the ulama only, while their family does not have a special tittle for honorifics. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that in general there are two patterns of honorific, both in South Kalimantan and Madura. Honorific in Banjarese have two points, (1) the word Tuan/Guru + regional name, (2) the word Tuan/Guru + a typical Banjarese nickname, namely adding the sound [i] before the name of the ulama. Meanwhile, Madurese also have two patterns, but they are slightly different. (1) The word kèyaè + regional name, (2) the word kèyaè + name of ulama. The findings of the research reveal that the cost of adjustment towards the required bank capitalization ratio is lower for commercial and non-commercial banks operating in Tanzania. The results are significant to the instantaneous adjustment process of a capitalization ratio measured in terms of the ratio of bank total equity to total assets. This finding is consistent with the dynamic trade-off theory of capitalization ratio using the coefficient value of the lagged response variable. The result reveals further that return on assets reduces the cost of the target bank capitalization ratio which means it eliminates the financial distress because return on assets is easier to be valued by investors. Therefore, it can be used as an indicator of the good performance of banks that can increase the easy availability of external capital from prospective and existing investors. The negative and significant sign of the bank size coefficient (-0.710) implies that the sample of banks in this study in terms of equity to assets ratio causes the capitalization ratio to deviate from the target level. This is consistent with the too-big to fail hypothesis. Abdulhamid et al. (2019) hold that an inverse association between bank size and capitalization ratio would happen because large banks have comparative advantages in non-traditional banking activities (interest) since they can operate with a fixed cost.
