Students who experience bullying victimization are treated badly by their friends, such as by being teased, ostracized, or kicked. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influencing factors of students being bullied among Indonesian students. The data used is secondary data from the 2022 Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) for Indonesia, with a sample comprised of 11,479 students from 403 schools. Data analysis uses a multilevel model with a binary response because the data is hierarchically structured, and the response variable is binary. The results show that male students, who have missed school, are late for school, repeat a grade, have low grade levels, low teacher support, low discipline, rural schools, and those with small class sizes will have a higher chance of experiencing bullying victimization more often. Overall, this study helps explain the influencing factors of students being bullied so that these factors can be given more attention to improving school policies.","PeriodicalId":503013,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific Research and Management (IJSRM)","volume":"32 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141813279","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Everyone is concerned about it because of the dramatic increase in the number of vehicles on the road in recent years, road safety has become even more crucial. According to a 2014 World Health Organization research, motorcycle riders account for more than half of all fatalities in traffic incidents. At 19%, pedestrians make up the second-highest percentage of road user fatalities, after four-wheeled vehicle drivers (14%), and their passengers (11%). If there are road safety services in place and followed to reduce the high risk of accidents on most Philippine highways and roads, then accidents may be prevented. Many traffic incidents that occur these days include trucks, buses, and motorcyclists. Even when they are not in the official motorcycle lanes, most motorbikes would overtake as often as possible to escape heavy traffic because these vehicles tend to travel through even the steepest parts of the road. This situation may result in a collision between a motorcycle and a high-wheeled vehicle.\u0000This study employed the descriptive developmental method of research using the questionnaire in gathering the respondents’ assessment on the road safety services of a transport safety provider. In response to the mandate of RA 10533 to expand Government Assistance to Students and Teachers in Private Education (E-GASTPE), the Department of Education (DepEd) introduced the Senior High School Voucher Program. This demonstrates that condensing the 12 years of education taught around the world into 10 years of education in the Philippines has been a struggle for students and teachers seeking to meet global standards; thus, the goal of the study is to uncover implementation issues, show best practices, and recommend appropriate interventions that can improve the execution of the Senior High School Voucher Program among Metro Manila private schools.\u0000The study utilized a descriptive method of research and descriptive correlational design. OTIS also evidenced the omissions before the hurricane, the abandonment during the hurricane and the inabilities after the hurricane of the authorities in charge of protecting society. The actions of the three levels of government were reprehensible before and after the impact of the hurricane. First, because there was no timely warning plan, the places of refuge were not made known, much less the level of destruction that the hurricane would cause. And after the hurricane, there was no response plan or protocols to respond to the most basic needs and protect citizens. This work was carried out under an inductive-deductive method in which a documentary review of national and international legislation was carried out, as well as literature related to the topic of research on natural disasters and human rights after Hurricane OTIS in Acapulco, Guerrero. , Mexico. The problems that subsequently prevailed and that affected the human rights of citizens were primarily the lack of prevention, safety and security, health, work, housing, public services, pollution and unequal access in the provision of aid. Definitely, aid in an emergency situation due to a natural disaster must be based on the perspective of human rights in order to provide relevant and effective assistance that fully meets all the basic needs of the victims for their prompt recovery and reconstruction.","PeriodicalId":503013,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific Research and Management (IJSRM)","volume":"2 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141815815","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Dans cette étude, nous avons examiné l'état nutritionnel des enfants âgés de 6 à 24 mois ayant consommé des aliments locaux, et déterminé les facteurs déterminants tels que le niveau d’instruction des mères et le type d’aliments consommés. Pour sa réalisation, nous avons utilisé la méthode analytique de type descriptive avec une étude de proportion. Cette étude menée dans la région de Labé a révélé une situation nutritionnelle préoccupante des enfants et une méconnaissance des produits locaux comme alimentation favorable à la bonne nutrition des enfants, ainsi que des lacunes dans leur prise en charge en cas de malnutrition. Les résultats obtenus ont montré que les enfants ayant consommé des aliments industriels étaient moins sujets à la malnutrition que ceux ayant consommé des aliments locaux (68,2% contre 72,3% respectivement). En revanche, le niveau d’instruction des mères a influencé l’état nutritionnel des enfants ; ainsi, nous avons observé que plus la mère est instruite, moins son enfant est exposé à un mauvais état nutritionnel (75% des enfants malnutris ont une mère sans instruction ou de niveau d’instruction primaire, contre 44,4% des enfants de mères ayant un niveau professionnel). Cette situation semble être aggravée par de mauvaises pratiques alimentaires telles que l'hygiène déficiente, le manque d'enrichissement en nutriments locaux et les techniques culinaires inadéquates.","PeriodicalId":503013,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific Research and Management (IJSRM)","volume":"14 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141816336","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Whereas language delay occurs when the child has difficulty in understanding what others are saying or difficulty in conveying information and thoughts. Speech delay and language delay allow children to experience several adverse effects such as developmental delays, decreased cognitive, social and emotional abilities, and risk of having poor health status. The literature search used two databases, Scopus and Scholar. Only studies describing influencing factors and interventions on speech and language delay were included. The results of this systematic review suggest that factors influencing the occurrence of speech and language delay in children, generally occur due to the influence of family factors with a history of speech delay and language delay, and gender factors. As well as, interventions that parents and prospective parents can do to avoid the occurrence of speech and language delays in children include, among others, conducting early examinations or early stage early identification to assess child growth, increasing maternal knowledge related to child development education, involving children in reading and activities together, and it is advisable for mothers to conduct routine examinations during pregnancy.
