The findings in the research have provided empirical support for the correlation between human resource management and employee performance in higher education institutions. The author asked for the opinions of several experts on the questionnaire. Then send the test questionnaire to 10 agencies in higher education institutions. The author has adjusted the questionnaire to make it easier to understand to get the most accurate and reliable answers. The problem in this research is how the legal problems in the implementation of the synergy of the Indonesian Police, the Indonesian National Armed Forces and the Community in the effort to tackle terrorism crime, how the current criminal law policy is applied in overcoming terrorism crime and how is the formulation of criminal law applied in tackling acts criminal terrorism in the future. This research method is empirical juridical, and data is collected from library studies, interviews, and observations. The conceptual framework in the study includes the concept of criminal law policies and the concept of criminal acts of terrorism. The results of this study indicate the efforts to tackle terrorism in Indonesia stem from differences in vision and mission between the Indonesian Police and the Indonesian National Army in the aim of synergizing to eradicate criminal acts of terrorism. As a project with a large and complex budget, its financial management must be carried out in an accountable manner, free from corrupt practices, and supported with a strict monitoring system so that it can run by prioritizing the principles of good governance. Therefore, IKN development policies and regulations must be in line with these principles and objectives. This study aims to describe the current condition of IKN development related to the potential for corruption, opportunities, and obstacles in preventing it. So, this study can produce policy recommendations that can be implemented in the implementation of IKN development. The legal research method used in writing this thesis is a normative juridical research method, with a statutory approach. The research uses qualitative analysis using primary and secondary legal data/material sources. Data/legal material processing activities begin with collection, analysis, and presentation, then formulated and presented systematically and descriptively according to the respective subject matter. The results of the study show the potential for corruption in the institutional aspects of the IKN Authority which are still weak in supervision, financing schemes that are vulnerable to conflicts of interest, and the implementation of IKN development where the procurement of goods still has the potential to give rise to bribery and conflicts of interest. This makes the development of IKN not in line with the principles of good governance. So, to prevent potential corruption in IKN development, better prevention optimization is needed in these three aspects, both in the preparation of clauses in regulations and the formation of institutions. This research aims to analyze the position of distribution of joint inheritance rights in the collection of PPh according to applicable laws and regulations, as well as to examine the reasons for the distribution of joint inheritance rights being subject to PPh. The research method is normative juridical. The type of data used is secondary data. The data collection method is literature study. The results of this research are: first, Article 4 paragraph (3) letter b of the Income Tax Law regulates that transfers due to inheritance are not objects of Income Tax. The PPh exemption must be based on the SKB PPh issued by the KPP Pratama where the object of inheritance is located. The application for issuing an Income Tax SKB can be accepted or rejected by KPP Pratama. When KPP Pratama refuses to issue an PPh SKB, the heirs must pay PPh of 2.5% on NPOP. PPh payments are made to obtain a Tax Payment Letter (SSP PPh), and will be used as the basis for fulfilling taxation when registering the transfer of land rights. Second, the reason the distribution of joint inheritance rights may be subject to Income Tax (PPh) is because the inherited assets have never been reported in the heir's Annual SPT. However, if the heir can prove that the heir has income below Non-Taxable Income even though the heir did not report the inherited assets in the heir's SPT, then the heir cannot be charged PPh, and KPP Pratama must grant the request for an Income Tax SKB submitted by the heir. This research aims to examine the position of the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace after the enactment of the UUPA, as well as to analyze the ownership status of the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace as a cultural heritage area. The research method is normative juridical. The type of data used is secondary data. Data analysis techniques using deductive reasoning presented descriptively. The results of this research are: first, the position of the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace after Indonesian Independence, based on: Law Number 10 of 1950 was designated as part of Central Java Province; and based on Law Number 18 of 1965, de jure Swaraja Surakarta was abolished. Then, after the UUPA came into force, the position of the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace should have shifted to the State. However, in reality, currently the Surakarta Palace Sultanate still has and exercises authority over the lands it owns and owns based on Presidential Decree Number 23 of 1988. Second, the ownership status of the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace as a cultural heritage area is stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Culture and Tourism Number PM.03/PW.007/MKP/2010 belongs to the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace as an indigenous community in accordance with Article 13 of the Cultural Heritage Law. The Surakarta Kasunanan Palace is a traditional community, because the King is the traditional leader who still has the same territorial area and lineage and has authority within and outside his traditional area. Objectives: The research aims to look at the factors that influence the formation of presenteeism in hospital medical personnel Methods: The use of the structural equation model method was applied in this research using all nursing staff as the analysis unit at the National Brain Hospital. Prof. Dr. Mahar Mardjono, Jakarta Indonesia. Data collection used a survey compiled from indicators of the variables studied Results: From the results of data processing, it was found that presenteeism is influenced by employee job satisfaction, affective commitment, and organizational support both directly and indirectly. Even organizational support mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and presenteeism. A study involving 28 education students at a private Higher Education Institution (HEI) assessed their readiness for teaching internships, leading to the development of a Student Teaching Internship Enhancement Program (STIEP). The results showed that students have a moderate level of need in nine out of ten items, with communication skills being the most needed. Other areas with moderate needs included classroom management, curriculum standards, questioning skills, concept readiness, lesson planning, teaching strategies, assessment, and ICT. This study points to test costs and Live Streaming Features on Shopee Customer Purchasing Decisions in Kediri City. Information collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires distributed to 110 Shopee customers in Kediri City with random sampling techniques and the analysis method used was multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS tools. The method used in this research is a survey method using purposive sampling as a sampling technique that will be used as respondents. The number of respondents in this research is 25 cooperative members. The research results show that the current ratio is very good because the cooperative is able to cover its short-term liabilities, the solvency ratio on DER and DAR is in good condition where the cooperative's ability to cover its debts does not affect the management of cooperative assets and capital, the profitability ratio on ROE and also ROA is not good because activity has not been maximized, NPM is not good because sales are high but cannot produce large profits, NPM is not good because sales are high but cannot produce large profits, total turnover of receivable assets is very good, meaning the utilization of the activity ratio in receivables turnover is quite good, meaning that the collection carried out on assets is optimal to generate sales.
