Prof. Dr. Mahar Mardjono, Jakarta Indonesia. Data collection used a survey compiled from indicators of the variables studied Results: From the results of data processing, it was found that presenteeism is influenced by employee job satisfaction, affective commitment, and organizational support both directly and indirectly. Even organizational support mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and presenteeism.
