The diets were added with graded levels of PBSF powder by 0, 2 and 4% (designated as Con, PBSF2 and PBSF4 respectively). triplicate group of Young eel were hand-fed with one of the diets one times daily for 28 days. The survival of young eel exposed to anaerobic in a stress test was significantly higher in eel group fed PBSF2 and PBSF4 than that of eel fed the control diet. Growth performance of the eel were higher with the dietary PBSF2 than Control and PBSF4. Results indicated that dietary PBSF powder could be used as a functional supplement for improvements in stress resistance in young eel. The suggested dietary inclusion level of PBSF is approximately 2% for the eel.","PeriodicalId":496496,"journal":{"name":"Su'san haeyang gyoyug yeon'gu","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135929856","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An onsite survey in Mirissa beach is inevitable for foreign visitors and tourists to watch sea whale in Mirissa which is a popular hotspot known around the world. The count data models including zero truncated Poisson regression (ZTPR) model and zero truncated negative binomial regression (ZTNBR) model are applied to estimate the consumer surplus (CS) with a sample size of 207. The econometric estimations show that CS estimates per trip per visitor per year in ZTNBR, which avoids the over-dispersion problem that occurs with ZTPR, is $3,634, and for the aggregation of the national level the annual total economic value of foreign visitors for whale-watching in this site in the ZTNBR is estimated to be $556,884,376.","PeriodicalId":496496,"journal":{"name":"Su'san haeyang gyoyug yeon'gu","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135928717","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This microbial analysis was performed using the methods in Korean food code. The range of total viable bacteria was 2.50-4.55 (3.13±0.28) log CFU/g for frozen sea squirt and 2.60-4.80 (3.22±0.30) log CFU/g for raw sea squirt. Less than 1-2 log CFU/g of coliforms was detected in frozen and raw samples. E. coli was not detected in all samples (ND: 10 CFU/g). S. aureus was detected at 1.48-1.99 log CFU/g in most samples. All nine pathogenic bacteria were qualitatively detected as negative. The microbial contamination levels determined in the current study may be potentially used as the basic data to execute microbial risk assessments of sea squirt.","PeriodicalId":496496,"journal":{"name":"Su'san haeyang gyoyug yeon'gu","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135928876","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study aims to propose policies that enhance safety training effectiveness for coastal and offshore fishers by analyzing the current training and supervision system. This analysis is intended to reduce marine accidents among coastal and offshore fishers. Problems of the training system identified from the findings are that of the application scope of those subject to the basic safety training (ratings) in [Table 5-5] of Enforcement Rule of the Seafarers Act and that of exemption from basic safety training pursuant to Remarks No. 4. Also, a problem of supervisory system was identified that domestic and foreign ratings in coastal and offshore fishing vessels failed to complete basic safety training due to the provision of official exemption. Hence, as methods for improvement thereof, this study proposed that the scope of those subject to basic safety training (fishing vessel ratings) be expanded to fishing vessels with gross tonnage of 20 tons or higher as in the Seafarers Act, and that the provision of exemption from basic safety training (ratings) in [Table 5-5] Remarks 4 of Enforcement Rule of the Seafarers Act be deleted. And as a method for the improvement of supervisory system, this study proposed that the provision of exemption from official approval of seafarers’ list for the ratings of coastal and offshore fishing vessels should be deleted as a way to secure executive power for basic safety training for domestic and foreign ratings of coastal and offshore fishing vessels.","PeriodicalId":496496,"journal":{"name":"Su'san haeyang gyoyug yeon'gu","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135929089","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, the relationship between self-leadership and self-regulated learning was examined, and then the relationship between self-leadership and social support was analyzed. To achieve the purpose of this study, a total of 795 questionnaires were analyzed with ROTC cadets from across the country as a population. The research results are as follows. First, self-leadership showed a positive relationship with self-regulated learning. Second, social support had a positive effect on self-regulated learning. Third, the positive relationship between self-leadership and social support was noted. However, the natural reward strategy had no effect on friends support and family support, but showed an effect only on instructors support. Finally, social support showed a mediating effect between self-leadership and self-regulated learning. In the relationship between natural reward and self-regulated learning, only instructors support showed a mediating effect. The results of this study expanded the scope of research by revealing that self-leadership has a direct influence on ROTC cadets\" self-regulated learning. In particular, the importance of the role of the instructors was proved by identifying the relationship between the social support of military instructors, self-leadership and self-regulated learning. Through this, the direction of leadership education for ROTC cadets and the plan to improve the learning ability of junior officers were presented.","PeriodicalId":496496,"journal":{"name":"Su'san haeyang gyoyug yeon'gu","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135929566","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Three questions need to be explored, 1. What are the differences in ICT use between students in Korea and Hong Kong? 2. What is the relationship between ICT use and reading literacy in Korea and Hong Kong? 3. What is the impact of ICT use on reading literacy in Korea and Hong Kong? In this paper, independent sample t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used as the research methods. (1) The means of most variables were greater in Hong Kong than in Korea, and only ICT application in the classroom (ICTCLASS) was greater in Korea than in Hong Kong; except for ICT availability at home (ICTHOME), all 10 variables were significantly different between the two regions. (2) In the correlation analysis, students in both regions performed well on the variables related to ICT interest and perception, and all three variables, INTICT, COMPICT, and AUTICT, were positively and significantly related to reading literacy. (3) In the multiple regression analysis, both Korean and Hong Kong students showed negative effects on the variables of ICT use in school, social ICT use, and ICT availability in school, and positive effects on the other variables, but Hong Kong students also showed negative effects on the variable of ICT availability at home. Through this analysis, this paper concludes that the focus of improving reading literacy is not on investing more budget to increase ICT applications, but on the need to increase young people\"s interest and perception of ICT, and that teachers and parents are essential in guiding ICT applications.","PeriodicalId":496496,"journal":{"name":"Su'san haeyang gyoyug yeon'gu","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136154441","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, for the first time in Korea, we classified the facility of permitted or registered recreational fishing place (fishing place), investigated the disease management status of each facility, and prepare the control plan to prevent disease occurrence and reduce damage when it occurs. Among the 780 fishing places permitted and registered in Korea, Gyeonggi (32.8%) had the largest number of fishing places, followed by Chungbuk (14.7%), Gyeongnam (14.5%), and Chungnam (11.9%). Regarding the type of facilities in fishing places, the small scale of freshwater was the highest ratio with 46.0%, followed by seawater outdoor (18.3%), freshwater medium scale (11.0%), freshwater indoor (11.0%), freshwater large scale (9.7%) and seawater indoors (4.0%). Compared with other areas, the number of seawater outdoor fishing places in Gyeongnam was relatively high. In freshwater small and indoor fishing places, the density of fish was higher than those in large and medium scales and there is a high possibility of disease outbreak caused by live bait such as earthworm and handling stress when fish are released again after catching it. In order to reduce the possibility of introduction of pathogens into fishing places, it is necessary to release healthy fish confirmed by disease identification, and investigate risk analysis on disease transmission by live bait and bird. Therefore, these results may provide important information for preparing measures to prevent occurrence and spread of diseases in fishing places at the national level.","PeriodicalId":496496,"journal":{"name":"Su'san haeyang gyoyug yeon'gu","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136155466","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
