Therefore, targeting the offshore small yellow croaker drift gill net equipped with the improved sinking material to prevent the damage or loss of the fishing gear, this researcher figured out the development characteristics of the attachment according to the improvement of the sinking material and carried out marine tests to analyze and investigate that. According to the results of the tests other than the fifth and sixth tests conducted according to water depth over time, in the range(0 ≤ R² ≤ 0.4), the FS and SFL seem to influence the changing water depth over time insufficiently. It would be okay to attach the floor line to the offshore small yellow croaker drift gill net because the way of development is not different from the previous one. When R² comes closer to 1, the change of water depth influences the FS and SFL of the offshore small yellow croaker drift gill net equipped with the floor line significantly. And when it comes closer to zero, the floor line influences the FS and SFL of the offshore small yellow croaker drill gill net insignificantly. Also, Nets are divided into the offshore small yellow croaker drift gill nets equipped with the floor line with the width of 200 and the offshore small yellow croaker drift gill nets with the width of 300 previously used to figure out the replacement of the nets. Transplantation time was about 43-45 hours and optimal transportation condition of A. fimbria juvenile (TL 3-5 cm, BW 0.2-0.8 g) was 2.9-3.7℃, 31.3-33.4 mg/L (DO) and 28.7 psu. Juvenile sablefish (18.9±0.7 g) were randomly placed in nine experimental tanks, each containing 300 L of water, at 10 individuals/tank. Juveniles were assigned to three treatments (6, 9 and 12℃) in triplicates. After eight weeks, growth performance (weight gain and specific growth rate) of juveniles was increased water temperature-dependently among three treatments. In the rearing of juvenile in indoor tank, salbefish showed a rapid growth with total length (TL) with 49.1±3.0 cm and body weight (BW) with 1,073.2±262.4 g with water temperature 7.2-16.9℃ after 17 months of rearing. The relationship between BW and TL was BW=0.005TLSUP3.1177/SUP (r²=0.9971). Condition factor was 8.0±1.3. There results suggest that the range of optimum water temperature for juvenile growth was 12-16℃. The students in the exercise group participated in an exercise program that applied T-ball, sports dodgeball, and chuke ball three times a week and 60 minutes a day for 12 weeks. The following conclusions were obtained as a result of examining the effects of the exercise program on physical fitness and obesity factors. First, weight and BMI in body composition decreased after participating 12 weeks of after school new sports exercise program. Second, among physical fitness factors, flexibility, power, and muscle strength. Third, in the obesity factors, Leptin decreased and Adiponectin increased, and Ghrelin decreased in the exercise group, but increased in the control group. In the consideration of results of this study, new sport activities are found to improve body composition among obese elementary school girls and to have positive effects on physical fitness and obesity-related hormone factors.
