This study investigates these critical success factors, focusing on their impact on organizational performance. Management-specific factors, including top management support, package selection, and organizational fit, provide strategic direction and resources, ensuring alignment with operational goals. The research employed a quantitative approach to gather data from employees of selected organizations that have implemented ERP systems. The survey targeted employees from selected organizations who use ERP systems. The responses were analyzed using statistical techniques such as frequency analysis, mean, standard deviation, Spearman’s rank correlation, and multiple regression to identify the relationships and impacts of various CSFs on ERP implementation success. The study reveals that effective project management significantly enhances package selection, while comprehensive training improves organizational fit. Communication emerges as a pivotal element, influencing all aspects of ERP implementation. These findings underscore the necessity for a balanced approach that integrates both management and operational strategies to achieve optimal ERP outcomes and organizational efficiency.

Most of Indian people are live in rural areas and are use traditional fuel for cooking. Traditional fuels are hazardous in nature but at low or zero cost, the availability of traditional fuels is a major cause of use by Indian households. This paper is an attempt to analyze the state-wise variation in LPG coverage, try to examine the effect of PMUY on LPG coverage in India and to find out growth from 2016 to 2021 related to LPG coverage in India. This study is descriptive and analytical in the nature and based on the secondary data which are published by government of India and other organization. Data Analysis results show that after implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Scheme, LPG coverage in India has sharply increased. In the year 2016, LPG connections were only 166 million, but after implementation of the PMUY scheme, the number of LPG connections has increased to 199 million in year 2017, 224 million in year 2018, 265 million in year 2019, 279 million in year 2020 and 289 million in year 2021. Another results show that in India, some states are rich in forest wood and agricultural waste, which have a low level of LPG coverage, and some states are poorest in forest wood and agricultural waste, which have higher levels of LPG coverage. It shows an inverse relationship between availability of traditional fuel and LPG usage.

It may also be referred to as indigenous knowledge, traditional knowledge, and local knowledge. Traditionally, indigenous knowledge has been transmitted orally from one generation to the next, since it was difficult or perhaps impossible to document throughout ancient times. It serves as the primary foundation or reference for indigenous farming methods, food preparation, and several other activities aimed at preserving and perpetuating the traditions of a certain culture or civilization. Cultural factors have a significant impact on the use of indigenous knowledge.\u0000The vast majority of indigenous knowledge has been eliminated as a result of the intrusion of advanced technological knowledge. To save traditional knowledge, it is necessary to chronicle and preserve the ancient and valuable literature. Recording indigenous knowledge is necessary to address Intellectual Property Rights concerns. Diagnosis is often multifocal or at an advanced stage with non-specific symptoms. Pathological examination by biopsy is crucial to confirm the diagnosis. The liver is the most frequent site of predilection, followed by the lungs and bones.\u0000The etiology of hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is poorly understood and is not linked to chronic liver disease, with a heterogeneous and unpredictable course depending on the individual. Given the rarity of this cancer, there are no established treatment standards for this type of tumor of intermediate malignancy. Surgical resection is performed in the case of unifocal disease, and orthotopic liver transplantation remains an option in the case of multifocal and/or unresectable disease, with high survival rates and disease free survival (DFS). Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) and chemotherapy/radiotherapy regimens are other treatment possibilities. However, surveillance may be proposed for asymptomatic patients with a slow progression.\u0000We report the case of a patient followed for a multifocal EHE with pulmonary metastases, discovered following pain in the right hypochondrium. Morphological and immunohistochemical examination confirmed the diagnosis of hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma. Given the moderate symptoms, surveillance was recommended for our patient with a good clinical course and radiological stability for 3 years.

Anthropogenic activities such as rampant industrialization, exploitation and over consumption of natural resources, population explosion are major contributors of air pollution. Regulations and legislations adopted are enumerated. The Clean Air Act envisaged guidelines for industries regarding emission. It has been seen and observed that in spite several rules and regulations, not much has been achieved in controlling air pollution particularly in countries like India. India needs to make tough legislations The present paper is an effort to discuss various aspects of air pollution and control legislation in India emphasizing on the history, present scenario, gaps and drawbacks. It also presents legislative controls with judicial response to certain landmark judgments related to air pollution. The down sides related to enforcement mechanism for the effective implementation of environmental laws for air pollution control have been highlighted.
