The challenge of balancing the legislative power of delegation and the legislation of functions under the dual-power legislation, the imprecise definition of the practical application of the legislative authority of the special economic zones, and the significant tendency toward departmentalism in the laws about special economic zones are the primary issues facing the legislative power of the zones. Future improvements to particular economic zones legislation’s procedural framework are desperately needed. These improvements should focus on bolstering the legislature’s guiding role, enhancing the normative character of draft legislation with authority, and enhancing the system for reviewing draft regulations. Construct a path for resolving conflicts between internal regulations, including clarifying the purpose and scope of authorized legislation, strengthening legislative supervision systems such as filing and review, and improving overall legislative planning and methods.","PeriodicalId":486045,"journal":{"name":"Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication Studies","volume":"1 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140697664","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of those land-lost farmers live in urban areas. This paper uses data from the 2018 China Family Panel Study to explore the factors that impact the happiness of land-lost farmers. After controlling for eight variables from three aspects - demographic variables, socioeconomic variables, and social helping variables - it is clear that the experience of land loss hurts farmers’ happiness. This is because the experience of land loss contributes to the loss of social status and psychological health issues caused by the imbalance of low fees paid for land expropriation. The government should consider slowing down the pace of urbanization since it brings less happiness for farmers on average.","PeriodicalId":486045,"journal":{"name":"Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication Studies","volume":"323 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140698241","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Women, frequently occupying roles susceptible to AI-driven automation, face a disproportionate risk of job displacement. This paper explores AI’s nuanced impact on the employment landscape, where it both exacerbates and mitigates gender disparities. As technology outmoded roles traditionally filled by women, such as those requiring lower technical skills, it also unearthed opportunities for empowerment through remote occupations and increased demand for human-centric expertise. This analysis extends to the cultural and educational underpinnings contributing to the gendered differentiation in technical professions, emphasizing the stereotypes that pigeonhole women as less suited for technical roles. Investigating the imbalances wrought by capitalist values, the study exposes the undervaluation of ‘feminine’ attributes in favor of ‘masculine’ norms of economic productivity. It suggests women’s empowerment in the evolving job market hinges on a systemic shift towards equitable recognition of all work forms, transcending traditional gender roles.\u0000In conclusion, redefining work value and leveraging inclusive AI applications emerge as pivotal to counteracting historical biases and ensuring women’s equitable participation alongside men. This comprehensive approach involves reorienting policy, corporate culture, and academic vectors to facilitate a society where diversity is celebrated, and gender parity is achieved. AI, while a disruptor, thus becomes a potential equalizer in the quest for gender-inclusive growth.","PeriodicalId":486045,"journal":{"name":"Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication Studies","volume":"87 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140695725","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper delves into the environmental impact, economic implications, and strategic planning solutions associated with the proliferation of electric buses. We initiate this process by using bus data from Qingdao, China. Subsequently, using the fuel life cycle method, we carefully examined CO and the pollutant emission characteristics of Qingdao bus fleet before and after electrification. The research results reveal that CO, nitrogen oxides, and VOC emissions have all increased. An economic analysis of electric vehicle adoption in public transportation was conducted in response to the second question. Considering government subsidies, a cost-saving model for electric vehicles per 100 kilometers was constructed.\u0000Furthermore, the study found that as the electrification rate increases, the operating costs of electric buses in Qingdao gradually decrease. We developed a comprehensive linear integer programming model to address the third question. The model, aimed at achieving the lowest comprehensive cost while considering various constraints, was solved through the branch and bound method. We applied this model to analyze the optimal plans for completing the conversion of electric buses in Qingdao, Zhengzhou, and Xi’an within a 10-year timeframe. For the fourth question, we have put forward policy recommendations.","PeriodicalId":486045,"journal":{"name":"Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication Studies","volume":"48 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140698660","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
