Personalized recommendation, as one of the core functions of the TikTok platform, has a significant impact on consumers’ purchasing decisions. This study investigates how TikTok’s personalized recommendation mechanism affects users’ purchasing desires and actual buying behavior by matching content filtering with user preferences, based on surveys and in-depth interviews with the college student group. The research finds that personalized recommendations play a positive role in improving purchase conversion rates but may also exacerbate users’ tendencies towards impulsive buying. The paper further analyzes key factors affecting the effectiveness of the recommendations, including the relevance of recommended content, user engagement, and trust. On this basis, suggestions for optimizing personalized recommendation strategies and balancing user experience with commercial interests are proposed. This demonstrates the importance of strengthening electoral accountability in maintaining democracy, combating corruption, and improving political systems. Research has found that the disclosure of corrupt practices significantly impacts voter behavior, as it may lead to a decrease in support for current political parties and politicians affected by corruption. In addition, exposing dereliction of duty is an important tool in combating political corruption, making the election process more transparent and accountable. Therefore, this review emphasizes the crucial role of exposing corrupt behavior in shaping voter behavior, holding politicians accountable, and maintaining the integrity of democratic systems under electoral accountability systems. This proves that strengthening electoral accountability plays an important role in maintaining democratic integrity and promoting responsive political models and provides an important foundation for future research in this field. With the constant growth of the economy and the growth in the standard of living, it has become increasingly prominent as a key link to ensure food safety and enhance the added value of agricultural products. Although the acceleration of urbanization and the trend of consumption upgrading have facilitated the rapid growth of the market needs for cold-chain logistics of agricultural goods, the government has accordingly entered a series of support policies to stimulate the application of modern information technology in cold-chain logistics of farm products, compared to developed nations, a significant disparity exists in terms of infrastructure, technical level, and management system in China. Therefore, it has become urgent to enhance the cold-chain logistics of farm produce in China to strengthen infrastructure construction, enhance the degree of data technology utilization, and facilitate the application of new technologies and models. The data visualization and analysis in this report are based on the 4*200m Freestyle Relay data from 1984 to 2020. Firstly, the overall situation of this Olympic event is presented. The data and charts show that a few teams in the world own the medals for the 4*200m, and in these teams, the USA and Australia are especially prominent, so one could almost say they are dominant. In comparison between these two teams, the USA was more dominant in the early years, but in recent years, the gap between Australia and the USA has narrowed. From the aspect of different sexes, male athletes in Team USA are more competitive, while female athletes in Team Australia are more competitive. In addition, teams with better performances in the 200m Freestyle are more likely to be brilliant in the 4*200m Freestyle Relay. The conclusions of this research bring some inspiration. For national teams, it is necessary to bring up enough athletes who are excellent in the 200m Freestyle if they want a brilliant performance in the 4*200m Freestyle Relay.
