The data on the personnel needs of the economy and the training of higher and middle-level specialists in vocational education organizations are presented. Noted a reduction in the training of the most popular category, namely workers. A proposal was made to create a State Committee for the training of mid-level personnel in the country. The necessity of revision of the education system taking into account the changed external world is shown, the purpose of the education system should change - education and training of a person who is able to find his place in a new, rapidly changing world. It is proved that conflict readiness characterizes the cadet’s ability to solve professional tasks in conditions of social tension and conflict. The components of the cadet’s conflict readiness are revealed: 1) knowledge about conflict, skills of working in conflict conditions (cognitive subsystem of readiness); 2) skills of assessment, prevention, and resolution of service and labor conflicts (practical subsystem of readiness); 3) goals, needs, motivation to overcome the conflict (personal subsystem of readiness). Based on the analysis of the research data of the conducted interview (16 military experts, heads of military structural units of the National Guard of the Russian Federation were interviewed), the content of the design of the conflict readiness of cadets was clarified as a process of preliminary development of the basic sections of the project aimed at the formation of conflict potential, clarifying the main features of the joint interaction of teachers, managers, as well as cadets in order to form conflict readiness. Vishnyakova","doi":"10.20339/am.09-23.083","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20339/am.09-23.083","url":null,"abstract":"In the current conditions of heterogeneity and dynamics of the external environment, a person separately develops a certain degree of trust in it, which forms the strategy of his behavior. The degree of trust depends on institutional and non-institutional factors. The characteristics of these factors determine their significance in relation to the subjects of local or global interaction. In this article, we consider aspects of increasing the level of public confidence in financial institutions in the Russian Federation from the standpoint of the importance of non-institutional factors in developing the competitive advantages of financial institutions in the new reality. The study is based on the use of methods of structural and comparative analysis, rationale and interpretation, observation, formalization, expert assessments. In the course of the work, the analysis of scientific literature was carried out, the opinions of practitioners were studied, and the practical activities of individual financial institutions were studied. It was revealed that non-institutional factors of public confidence in financial institutions can be divided into general, presented in detail in the scientific literature (age, education, social status, type of activity, etc.), and specific, considered by researchers indirectly. Specific ones are presented by two groups of factors: considered in the scientific literature without regard to financial institutions (emotional intelligence, manipulative media content, etc.) and not considered by researchers, but designated by experts and taken into account by financial institutions (formation of an ecosystem, inclusive design, adherence to the principles of ESG, loyalty to the client environment, etc.). The results of the survey showed that students put the right meaning into the concept of ‘health’, confirming the generally accepted formulation of the term healthy lifestyle. 62±8.68% of the surveyed students called their own health good, but 5±3.89% are constantly taking medications. As the survey showed, these are more often chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system and gastrointestinal tract. 77±7.25% of medical students indicated the need to lead a healthy lifestyle, but lack of time and lack of necessary strong-willed qualities sometimes prevent them from leading a healthy lifestyle. The risk factors for their health include stressful situations, more often associated with academic activities and financial difficulties, a violation of the diet or diet. The majority of students surveyed answered that they do not smoke — 87±6.01%, and 93±4.56% of students have never tried narcotic or toxic substances. The interviewed students give a good assessment of the activities of the FGBOU VO KrasSMU n.a. The publication uses the results of sociological monitoring conducted by the group for the study of public opinion of the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In the course of sociological research, citizens expressed subjective assessments of their degree of protection from criminal encroachments. The materials of sociological research conducted from 2012 to 2021 form the basis of the study. Using the analysis of socio-demographic characteristics, the links between the gender, age and education of respondents and their attitude to the police, as well as a sense of security from criminal encroachments, were identified. The article shows the possibilities of using various methods in solving applied problems in chemistry as an independent work of students. With the systematic implementation of experiments in chemistry, students develop motivation and increase their cognitive activity. First of all, we are talking about the experiment, as an integral part of the process of teaching this subject. It has been determined that chemistry has broad educational connections with pre- and post-requisites, with practice, and therefore creates great opportunities for the formation of the necessary knowledge and skills in students. Azerbaijan schools have accumulated some experience in this direction, but reforms are required, both in the general organization of the educational process, and changes in the socio-economic conditions of the work of school teams, in the standard of living of families, in the general trends of the country’s social policy aimed at solving social problems, related to the reintegration of citizens-forced migrants in the country and other processes of modern development. Some work has been done in this direction: extensive curricula have been created for all classes studying chemistry, school premises are being renovated, the assortment of school chemical laboratories is being updated, interdisciplinary communications are expanding through the organization of various Olympiads, as well as participation in international competitions in chemistry. At the same time, the reliance on innovative approaches associated with modern information technologies is clearly insufficient. The article describes the theoretical justification and experimental approbation of pedagogical and organizational conditions for corporate training of employees in lean production methods and tools. The analysis of the factors that most affect the effectiveness of the development of the corporate training system is carried out. The experience of organizing targeted training of the company’s employees with a sufficient level of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of implementing lean production methods and tools for their pedagogical activities within the organization in order to effectively train all the company’s personnel is considered. The indicators of readiness of an employee of the company to carry out pedagogical activities, as well as indicators of the level of development of the educational program by trainees are presented. It has been revealed that today many different educational platforms have been developed and used, the functions and roles of learning activity management systems, learning management, content management, and other resources, which have different formats of organizational solutions, have been analyzed, and ways of their integration have been identified. An adaptive model for the integration of learning management and support systems in a mixed format, allowing students to interact with the learning environment in digital ways and self-regulate learning, was proposed. Scientific novelty is the theoretical justification and definition of the role of digital technology integration in academic, institutional and technological support of blended learning, development of structural and content model based on the integration of digital educational technologies and value-target, didactic, communicative and technological, institutional, evaluative-results and system-forming components of blended learning management system. The practical significance is the development of the platform as a unified adaptive environment, outlining the functions of management managers, teachers and students in the process of implementing blended learning in higher education. The main functions of blended learning technology, modern methods and tools for online learning are described, the features of mixing online and offline, synchronous and asynchronous learning are revealed. During the study, a survey of students, undergraduates and faculty was carried out, the educational platforms of higher education, the possibility of integrating digital learning resources in the implementation of blended learning. {"title":"Features of the social status of Russian nationalists (Based on publications by representatives of public associations of Russian nationalists)","authors":"Maxim S. The study is based on the relationship of social reality and ideology. The latter is not only a cover for or justification by certain social groups of their momentary interests (private ideology), but also a reflection of the social position that they occupy (total ideology). As a research method used a classical analysis of documents. The analysis was primarily carried out by publications of leaders of public associations, which, as it seems, are a marker of groups occupying counter-elite social and political positions. The social status and environment of representatives of Russian nationalist associations in the Russian Federation is determined. In particular, it was found that the only significant resource for nationalists is ideological, which they seek to convert into electoral support. In addition to the indicated, apparently, they have at their disposal a certain amount of educational and qualification resource. The economic resource available to Russian nationalists allows us not to think about “daily bread,” but it makes it possible to use it to increase our social status. It seems that nationalism is the lot of relatively closed social groups, mainly residents of large cities.
