USSR international cooperation in the field of armaments and publicity of military expenditures in the 1930s

Abstract

The article shows that the international military cooperation of the USSR in the 1930s, relied on the historical Russian experience; not limited to Germany; cooperation was often initiated by foreign partners, not the Soviet side. New technologies were offered to the Soviet Union and at the same time they requested advice from Soviet specialists on various issues, including aviation medicine The expansion of military contacts contributed to the development of military linguistics. The USSR provided support to foreign countries that allowed the careless handling of weapons, and also participated in the development of international agreements on the transparency of military spending.
