To combat terrorism and radicalism, a multifaceted approach is essential. This study examines the effectiveness of a deradicalization program that integrates Pancasila education and promotes moderate values through religious moderation education. The research posits that moderate Islamic education can prevent students from adopting radical behaviors and thoughts. Consequently, the graduates of Islamic educational institutions are better equipped to embrace religious diversity and respect differing beliefs. This qualitative study employs contextual and textual analysis of relevant articles to explore this topic. The findings reveal that the internalization of Pancasila values involves a three-step process: transformation, transaction, and internalization. These steps are crucial for harmonizing religious understanding and promoting tolerance. Methodologically, the study employs a rigorous approach, combining qualitative analysis of judicial decisions with theoretical insights from legal studies. Metode deskriptif-analitis digunakan untuk menyajikan data secara komprehensif dan mengembangkan wawasan untuk menganalisis landasan teologis pendidikan multikultural. Pengumpulan data melibatkan sumber primer dan sekunder: buku, kitab suci, dan jurnal yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa ayat Al-Qur'an dan praktik Nabi Muhammad sebagai dasar teologis untuk pengembangan pendidikan multikultural. Prinsip-prinsip utama meliputi kesetaraan , keadilan, kasih sayang, dan toleransi. Misalnya, QS. Al-Hujurat: 13 menekankan kesetaraan manusia dan niat ilahi di balik keberagaman. QS. An-Nahl: 90 menyoroti keadilan dan kebaikan tanpa diskriminasi. QS. Ali-Imran: 159 menekankan pentingnya kelembutan dan pengampunan. QS. Al-Kafirun: 1-6 menekankan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan agama. Praktik Nabi di Madinah, seperti pembuatan Piagam Madinah, juga mengilustrasikan penerapan prinsip-prinsip ini dalam masyarakat yang beragam, mempromosikan kerjasama dan keberadaan damai di antara kelompok-kelompok yang berbeda. Employing a descriptive-qualitative method and categorized as library research, this study gathers data by meticulously examining various relevant references. These include Al-Maturidi’s work, al-Ta’wilat al-Maturidiyah fi Bayani Usl Ahl al-Sunnah wa Usul al-Tauhid, alongside books, articles, and other supporting documents. The data analysis is conducted using content analysis methods. The findings suggest that Al-Maturidi allocates substantial discussion to this topic. This focus is understandable, given that this exegetical work emerged within the context of theological contestations among Sunni, Mu’tazila, and other kalam (theological) schools. Interpretations from this era often exhibit subjectivity, aiming to undermine opposing schools of thought while legitimizing their own. Despite this, a review of various other commentaries highlights the critical role of the family in educating children from sociological, psychological, and religious perspectives. However, many families struggle to fulfill this role, resulting in issues such as juvenile delinquency and deficiencies in educational and communicative abilities. To enhance the effectiveness of family education, efforts must be made to foster family harmony, expand educational awareness, strengthen families’ problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities, and effectively convey educational messages to children","PeriodicalId":485066,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Raushan Fikr","volume":" 23","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141670432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Employing a quantitative approach grounded in positivism, the research examines companies listed on the Sharia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. A systematic methodology is used, involving variable identification, data collection, and statistical analysis using Econometric Views (Eviews) 9 through a multiple regression model. The sample comprises 30 companies from the JII index, selected via purposive sampling, and uses balanced panel data. The results indicate that managerial (p = 0.5551), institutional (p = 0.0922), foreign (p = 0.8073), and domestic ownership (p = 0.0651) do not significantly influence firm value when mediated by profitability. Consequently, the hypotheses are rejected, demonstrating that ownership structures alone do not enhance firm value through profitability in Sharia-based companies. Brilink represents a collaboration between Bank BRI and its customers. Within its system, once a partnership is established and officially incorporated into a single corporation, it facilitates ease of transactions both within the same bank and across different banks. This service benefits customers and other parties wishing to conduct transactions without the cumbersome process of visiting a bank directly. This paper aims to elaborate on fund transfers via Brilink and analyze transactions in the context of the wakalah bil ujrah contract. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the study’s findings indicate that fund transfer transactions through Brilink do not constitute riba or usury from an Islamic perspective. This is primarily because the contract is based on mutual consent, involves no coercion, and is mutually beneficial. It also ensures transparency, wherein the customer pays a fee to the agent for the transactional services provided.
