The study finds that human centricity (HC) has only a minor direct impact on healthcare sustainability, whereas intelligent automation (IA) and innovation (INN) play important roles that are regulated by external factors.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Practical implications</h3>\u0000<p>Utilizing IA inside healthcare organizations can result in significant industrial advancements. However, these organizations must recognize the importance of moderating factors and attempt to find a balance between INN and thesev restraints.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Originality/value</h3>\u0000<p>This study makes a substantial contribution to the field by investigating the potential of Industry 5.0, healthcare, sustainability and the metaverse. Then, the selected articles published between 2012 and 2023 are analyzed using descriptive and thematic analysis methods to unearth research gaps and offer new research directions.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>Descriptive and thematic analysis reveals the overall development of literature on the role of AI for supply chain resilience (SCR). Based on the findings of the thematic analysis, the motivation, application, capability and outcome (MACO) framework has been developed and propositions have been proposed. Several future research directions have also been suggested in terms of theory, context and methodology (TCM).</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Practical implications</h3>\u0000<p>The study provides a fresh perspective on the integration of AI technology within the realm of SCR. These success factors will pave the way for the successful completion of projects for the manufacturing sector. CSFs play a vital role in the timely conclusion of projects in any organization. For the projects to be successful certain essential factors must be taken into account. These essential factors are identified through this research.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Design/methodology/approach</h3>\u0000<p>During this study an adaptive survey of the literature was conducted, after a detailed literature review certain success factors were identified for project management in the manufacturing sector. The number of success factors was reduced to 40 factors based on the level of incidence in the literature. The length of the questionnaire was also given due importance to make the survey more interesting and effective. After that Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) was employed to screen the most essential factors. In the end, the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchical Process (FAHP) was used to rank these factors in order of importance.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>Project Manager Leadership Skills, Economic Environment, Top Management Support, Project Planning, Clear and realistic Goals, and Financial Support have come out to be the most important CSFs for successful project management in the manufacturing sector.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Originality/value</h3>\u0000<p>This is novel research to identify CSFs for project management in the manufacturing sector. Data are collected from a major Australian financial services organisation (FSO) and many international experts.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>The study presents a framework, the continuous transformation model (CTM), to describe digital transformation within an FSO context, emphasising nimbleness and resilience as its foundational pillars. This framework facilitates the identification of the critical role of organisational capabilities in managing continuous digital transformation, supported by dynamic IT capabilities. More importantly, the findings underscore how these capabilities enable managers to effectively balance the coexistence of nimbleness and resilience.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Research limitations/implications</h3>\u0000<p>The CTM contributes to the enterprise information systems literature by offering a coherent understanding of balancing resilience and nimbleness to succeed in digital transformation. It further considers how this mediating effect of analytics capability can be enhanced by internal and external integration.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Design/methodology/approach</h3>\u0000<p>Building on the logic of organizational information processing theory, a mediated moderation model is developed and tested using structural equation modeling and partial least squares regression based on survey responses from 247 working professionals.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>The results indicate that IS innovativeness improves a firm’s supply chain resilience through enhanced analytics capability, with higher levels of internal and external integration further strengthening the effects of this mediating relationship.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Originality/value</h3>\u0000<p>This study is among the first to empirically test the effects of IS innovativeness and analytics capability on supply chain resilience and to examine the impacts of internal and external integration as key factors affecting the strength of these relationships. This paper aims to compliment this research topic by investigating how SMEs activate their organization resilience to adapt to changes generated by a crisis, with specific focus on how digitalization is used as an opportunity on this road. COVID-19 pandemic provided the context to investigate this situation.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Design/methodology/approach</h3>\u0000<p>The research approach combines literature review, quantitative data survey and data analysis and modeling using PLS-SEM. The quantitative data survey provided the database for building the structural equation model, exploring the structural relationships between the constructs and testing the hypotheses. Expert discussions contributed to the validation and interpretation of the results.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>The model reveals that while organizational resilience has no direct effect on digitalization, combined with available resources, it realizes its indirect impact. Resilient companies require less external financial support to achieve their digitalization goals. The results also confirm that an uncertain environment encourages SMEs to go digital.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Originality/value</h3>\u0000<p>Several research studies highlighted the importance of SMEs in recovery from crises. Knowing more about how they can be supported and what capabilities they should develop is essential. The data were evaluated using SMART-PLS, a structural equation modeling (SEM) tool.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>The study revealed a significant impact of EL on the PS, the study also found the significant mediation role of KIC, KBDC and BDAC on the EL and PS relationship.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Originality/value</h3>\u0000<p>The research gives valuable insight into the effective role of EL as a contemporary leadership style in project-based firms. Also, this research is one of the first to examine knowledge-oriented dynamic capabilities (DC) as a knowledge fulcrum in project execution. The data analysis was conducted using partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM).</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>The findings reported a substantial impact of seven core dimensions (i.e. technology, data, basic resources, technological skills, managerial skills, organizational learning and data-driven culture) in building BDAC among hotels. Moreover, BDAC was also revealed to significantly influence innovation capabilities, positively impacting all three sorts of sustainability performance.
