It further considers how this mediating effect of analytics capability can be enhanced by internal and external integration.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Design/methodology/approach</h3>\u0000<p>Building on the logic of organizational information processing theory, a mediated moderation model is developed and tested using structural equation modeling and partial least squares regression based on survey responses from 247 working professionals.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>The results indicate that IS innovativeness improves a firm’s supply chain resilience through enhanced analytics capability, with higher levels of internal and external integration further strengthening the effects of this mediating relationship.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Originality/value</h3>\u0000<p>This study is among the first to empirically test the effects of IS innovativeness and analytics capability on supply chain resilience and to examine the impacts of internal and external integration as key factors affecting the strength of these relationships. COVID-19 pandemic provided the context to investigate this situation.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Design/methodology/approach</h3>\u0000<p>The research approach combines literature review, quantitative data survey and data analysis and modeling using PLS-SEM. The quantitative data survey provided the database for building the structural equation model, exploring the structural relationships between the constructs and testing the hypotheses. Expert discussions contributed to the validation and interpretation of the results.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>The model reveals that while organizational resilience has no direct effect on digitalization, combined with available resources, it realizes its indirect impact. Resilient companies require less external financial support to achieve their digitalization goals. The results also confirm that an uncertain environment encourages SMEs to go digital.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Originality/value</h3>\u0000<p>Several research studies highlighted the importance of SMEs in recovery from crises. Knowing more about how they can be supported and what capabilities they should develop is essential. Additionally, we elaborate a research agenda that proposes (1) an investigation of the role of an EA practice in successful strategic change, (2) an examination of how to manage EA practice value generation and (3) longitudinal research to gain insight into the evolution of value creation by EA practices.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Originality/value</h3>\u0000<p>This study presents a model of EA artifact-enabled EA value, thereby contributing to our understanding of the mechanisms, inhibitors and success factors associated with EA value. The data were evaluated using SMART-PLS, a structural equation modeling (SEM) tool.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>The study revealed a significant impact of EL on the PS, the study also found the significant mediation role of KIC, KBDC and BDAC on the EL and PS relationship.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Originality/value</h3>\u0000<p>The research gives valuable insight into the effective role of EL as a contemporary leadership style in project-based firms. Also, this research is one of the first to examine knowledge-oriented dynamic capabilities (DC) as a knowledge fulcrum in project execution. The data analysis was conducted using partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM).</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>The findings reported a substantial impact of seven core dimensions (i.e. technology, data, basic resources, technological skills, managerial skills, organizational learning and data-driven culture) in building BDAC among hotels. Moreover, BDAC was also revealed to significantly influence innovation capabilities, positively impacting all three sorts of sustainability performance. Ensuring blood availability can only be achieved through efficient management of the blood supply chain (BSC). A key component of the BSC is bloodmobiles, which are responsible for a significant portion of blood donation collections. The most crucial factor affecting the efficacy of bloodmobiles is their location selection. Therefore, detailed decision analyses are essential for the location selection of bloodmobiles. This study proposes a comprehensive approach to bloodmobile location selection for resilient BSCs.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Design/methodology/approach</h3>\u0000<p>This study provides a novel integration of the spherical fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (SF-AHP) and spherical fuzzy complex proportional assessment (SF-COPRAS) methodologies. In this framework, the criteria are weighted using SF-AHP. The alternatives are then evaluated using SF-COPRAS, employing criteria weights obtained from SF-AHP without defuzzification.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>The results show that supply conditions and resilience are the most important criteria for a bloodmobile location selection. Additionally, the validation analyses confirm the stability of the solution.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Practical implications</h3>\u0000<p>This study presents several managerial implications that can aid mid-level managers in the BSC during the decision-making process for bloodmobile location selection. The critical factors revealed, along with their importance in choosing bloodmobile locations, serve as a comprehensive guide. Additionally, the framework proposed in this study offers decision-makers (DMs) an effective method for ranking potential bloodmobile locations.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Originality/value</h3>\u0000<p>This study presents the first application of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) for bloodmobile location selection. Prior to delving into foundational assumptions, such as homoscedasticity and normality, a nonresponse bias analysis was executed. The integrity of the data, in terms of reliability and construct validity, was gauged using confirmatory factor analysis. Subsequent regression outputs corroborated all the proposed assumptions, fortifying the extant scholarly literature.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>The empirical findings of this research underscore a positive correlation between Information system flexibility, dynamic capabilities and a net zero supply chain, especially in the context of environmental dynamism. Data sourced from the cement manufacturing sector support these observations. We also found that environmental dynamism moderates the relationship between data analytics capability and sustainable supply chain flexibility but does not moderate the relationship between Resource flexibility and sustainable supply chain flexibility. By examining the moderating effect of open innovation breadth, we assess how the relationship between differentiation intent and outcome is contingent upon the involvement of external stakeholders.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>Our findings reveal that the relationship between differentiation intent and outcome is contingent upon the moderating effect of open innovation breadth. Whilst this type of technology is seen as a step forward in terms of traceability, transparency and immutability to increase digital resilience, we argue that it should be approached with trepidation.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Design/methodology/approach</h3>\u0000<p>In developing this paper, the authors conduct a systematic literature search using the Scopus database. Through this, we identified 931 relevant articles, of which 30 were used as the focus of this article. Thematic analysis was used as the analytical approach to develop themes and meaning from the data.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Findings</h3>\u0000<p>In this paper, there is an emphasis on the importance of understanding the potential risks associated with SC implementation, as well as identifying appropriate strategies for mitigating any negative impact. In our findings, we puts forward three key themes, namely legality, security and human error, which we argue are key smart contract challenges that impact SME digital resilience.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\u0000<h3>Originality/value</h3>\u0000<p>In this paper, we propose the notion of “centralised control in decentralised solutions”. This comes from the research highlighting SC weaknesses in digital resilience for SMEs.
