One form of verbal sexual harassment is known as Cat Calling, which means harassment in a public space by giving obscene words related to sexuality where many of the victims are women. The increase in online internet-based technology and information has made cat calling sexual harassment common in the form of comments, photos and videos circulating on online social media. Criminal law in Indonesia which contains acts that can be categorized as sexual harassment is generally regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) with the addition of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Transactions Electronically (UU ITE) when done online. Most recently, sexual harassment or sexual violence or sexual violence is regulated in Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Crimes of Sexual Violence. In addition, every HEI must report student management, including students’ achievements through SIMKATMAWA. Bear in mind, the importance of student management and students’ achievement, the aim of this study is to investigate the relationship of factors affecting students’ achievement such as new students’ state university admission, students’ achievement motivation, students’ services, reward system, and students’ achievement. The researcher used a non-experimental quantitative approach i.e., correlational research. The sample of this study was 78 students of Brawijaya University (UB) who have high achievements. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was chosen as an analytical technique. This study showed a positive relationship between new students’ admission, students’ service, reward system, and students’ achievement. Those variables had a direct relationship. In addition, there was no significant positive relationship between new students’ admission for students’ achievement motivation, as well as students’ service for students’ achievement motivation. In fact, it is not uncommon for a crime or crime to be committed against children. In fact, in some cases where there are criminal acts of violence both physically and psychologically, it is carried out by the closest environment in the child's life, namely his own family. This study discusses the causes of a child becoming a victim of violence in the family by using victimology in its approach. This is necessary so that in the future the state within the existing legal system can protect the rights of children who are victims of criminal acts of physical and psychological violence in their family. This type of legal research is a type of normative legal research, which aims to review the provisions of positive law in this case criminal law as a source of law. The problem approach in legal research uses the statutory approach, carried out by reviewing existing laws and regulations relating to the legal issues being discussed. In this discussion provides conclusions and suggestions that uniformity is needed regarding the regulation of legislation regarding the age limits of a person can be qualified as children, so as not to cause confusion and difficulties in its implementation. The number of cases of illegal logging (Illegal Logging) causes damage to forest ecosystems which can be detrimental to the state. Law Number 18 of 2013 Concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction has regulated criminal sanctions against anyone who commits Illegal Logging, the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia who holds the function of pre-prosecution and prosecution of criminal acts in Indonesia must continue to be fully involved in enforcing criminal law in Illegal logging. This research is a normative form of legal research using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach in order to achieve a prescriptive result and can be applied regarding Illegal Logging cases. One thing that distinguishes the science of law and the social sciences is that law is not included in the number of behavioral sciences. The conclusion is regulations regarding Illegal Logging need to be addressed. In general, it must be emphasized regarding the elements and intent of Illegal Logging itself. There are changes in systems and operations of business, reforms in economic and financial policies all over the world and so in India. After the local pitch in support of local business by honourable Prime Minister of India, ‘go vocal for local’, as a step towards atmanirbhar economy, on one hand there are consumers who are prepared to buy only domestic brands while on the other hand some are unwilling to give up global brands completely or selectively. At this instance, it will be interesting to study the willingness of consumers to adopt swadeshi and give up global brands for some chosen product and service categories like electronics, apparels, FMCG, restaurants and services apps. This study was primary in nature. EFA and regression analysis were employed for analysing the data. The results suggested that nationalism and anti-China sentiments have a significant impact on consumer inclination for swadeshi Brands.
