Rus","doi":"10.47577/eximia.v13i1.427","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47577/eximia.v13i1.427","url":null,"abstract":"Starting from the hypothesis that the formation of a different type of attachment than the secure one can generate anxiety - a disturbing phenomenon of social adaptation, manifested by excessive fear - the present study aimed to investigate this aspect in the context of adolescents with multiple disabilities. This thematic choice constituted the motivational foundation of the research. The main purpose of the study was to examine, within the selected sample, if there are significant differences in the development of disabled adolescents, depending on their origin from a single-parent family environment, either maternal or paternal. More specifically, the research looked at the relationship between anxiety level and attachment style in adolescents with multiple disabilities in the sample. The study sample was set at 50 subjects, aged between 15 and 18 years. After analyzing the data and establishing a standard, a non-random sampling method with quotas was chosen. The criteria for inclusion in the population were: female and male adolescents, aged between 15 and 18 years, coming from single-parent or nuclear (two-parent) families, the presence of multiple disabilities, with the exception of severe intellectual disability or other conditions that could limit the understanding of the questionnaire items, balancing the number of female and male participants, as well as those from single-parent and two-parent families. The research methodology included the use of interviews and questionnaires. To identify the attachment style, the Attachment Style Questionnaire (C.S.A.), developed by Collins and Read in 1990, was used. To measure the level of anxiety, two anxiety questionnaires were combined, adapting their wording to be accessible to participants with impairments associated with mild or moderate intellectual disability. While the adverse physical effects of the pandemic are apparent, the mental effects are arguably more prevalent and long lasting. The body of knowledge, especially for younger populations needs to be expanded. Using a survey instrument based on Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 and C.S Mott Children’s Hospital National Poll, 412 responses were collected between January 19, 2022, and February 7, 2022, from people between ages 18 to 25 in the Detroit Metro area. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Kruskal-Wallis and Chi-Square tests of the collected data suggest depression, anxiety, and stress manifested as specific detrimental behaviors in young people at a 95.0% confidence level. Specifically, ANOVA suggested that depression was associated with manifest behaviors of worry, sadness, changes in appetite and withdrawing from friends and family. Anxiety was associated with sleep issues. Stress was associated with worry, sadness, and aggressive behavior. These results could offer guidance on which manifest behaviors can be addressed to possibly alleviate specific dimensions of psychological distress. It is an indispensable component of quality healthcare services. Patient safety, crucial in all healthcare services, becomes even more significant during the pivotal period of pregnancy, which is a physiological process but also involves a delicate balance between health and illness. Therefore, it is expected that midwives working in the delivery room, in particular, handle patient safety with utmost care. In recent years, with the increase in studies related to the culture of patient safety, the quality, satisfaction, and safety of care provided by midwives have also become subjects of investigation. This thesis aims to assess the levels of patient safety culture perception among midwives working in the delivery room, as well as to evaluate their opinions regarding patient safety and identify the behaviors influencing these opinions. The population of the study consists of midwives working in the delivery rooms of Muş and Bitlis provinces. The sample selection was not applied; all midwives who wished to participate in the study were included. Data analysis was conducted using the computer-assisted SPSS 22.0 software package. Percentage distributions were used in statistical evaluation, and for group comparisons, the significance was determined by the \"Chi-square (X2) test\" for categorical variables, the \"t-test\" for comparing means between two groups, and the \"one-way ANOVA test\" for evaluating the significance of differences among more than two group means. The level of statistical significance was accepted as p< 0.05 for all tests. Midwives' perceptions of patient safety culture were rated as moderate with 57%, and their patient safety ratings were determined to be \"very good\" with 44.4%. Within the scope of the hospital survey, among the 12 sub-areas of patient safety culture, \"teamwork within units\" had the highest positive response rate at 79.7%, while \"non-punitive response to error\" stood out with the lowest positive response percentage at 27.4%. The highest percentage of positive responses in the hospital survey regarding patient safety culture was determined to belong to the statement 'We work together as a team when there is a lot of work that needs to be done urgently, with 85.6%. The researcher divided the research sample into two groups (experimental and control), and the proposed changes in technical performance were applied to the members of the experimental group while traditional technical performance was applied to the members of the control group.The educational program, which consists of three educational units for each week for a period of four weeks, was put into practice after the pre-tests, which included the option of (shooting from full performance), and the results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups and in favor of the experimental group in the post-test of throwing from the full movement, which came in line with the researchers' hypothesis .In order to give the shooter the most explosive power possible and to achieve the best mechanical position by managing the pause period between the rotation and propulsion phases, he attributed the reason to the significance and impact of the proposed changes on the throwing distance for this competition.The traditional technical performance, which is in the form of bending at the start of rotation, rotation, then extension, and pushing, results in difficulty controlling the stopping period between the two phases (rotation and pushing), as well as less explosive power. This article arises in response to the challenges posed by the invasion of estuaries due to informal construction practices, which have triggered a dis-parity between the urban environment and the ecosystem. We face the urgency of addressing this problem that has transcended local borders to become a glob-al phenomenon that affects developing cities. The Puerto Lisa estuary, located in the suburb of Guayaquil, has become an epicenter of these transformations, experiencing accelerated growth of settlements that challenge the sustainability and quality of life of its inhabitants. The relevance of this research lies in the search for strategies that make appropriate land use compatible, satisfying the needs of the community, and at the same time revitalizing the natural landscape of the Puerto Lisa estuary. It is a call to rethink urban planning, promoting sus-tainable development that harmonizes urban growth with environmental preser-vation. Throughout these pages, we will explore the current conditions of in-formal settlements, identify key challenges and problems, and propose a com-prehensive reorganization plan.
