Criminal conduct can be reviewed and analysed from the perspective of substantive, substantive law, procedural law and formal law. With the adoption and promulgation of criminal law, a criminal legal relationship was formed. Defending social values and imposing certain behaviors, on the other hand are individuals. Laws or laws covered by the provisions of the Criminal Code. The state has the right to prosecute without observing the rules of criminal law, which is an important part of criminal proceedings. When committing a crime, the judicial department exercises its right to defend social values by promoting criminal behavior, so virtual laws have been substantially transformed and are becoming active, and criminal proceedings have begun to restore law and order. Criminal procedure is a right, from a procedural perspective, it is an abstraction and it is a lever to exercise this right. In criminal law governing criminal acts, the prosecution of conflicts caused by violations of criminal law is implicitly institutionalized to prosecute those who commit such acts. Criminal disputes, as a legal means of transmitting conflict reports to court, already exist in the legal norms of criminal law, but have become a specific means and can be used. The consequence of committing an unlawful act is the use (exercise) of the act. Until the moment when the illegal act is committed, the act conferred by the legal norms practically exists as a legal power of creation. From that moment on, the act can be exercised, that is, a power with real effect.","PeriodicalId":475299,"journal":{"name":"Eximia","volume":"216 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136342563","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, they cannot be considered as criminal offences only when the law considers them to be prohibited, punishing them with penalties. Citizens enjoy the rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution or other laws, as well as the obligations provided for therein, guaranteeing equality before the law, public authorities, without discrimination. Citizens must exercise their rights and freedoms in good faith so as not to violate the rights and freedoms of others. The conduct of criminal proceedings confers on the offender different qualities but each with different legal meanings, and depending on these procedural qualities, the active subject of the crime will have certain rights and obligations, which he will bear in the procedural activity. According to the current legislation, the criminal investigation body, in order to find out the truth, is obliged, even if the defendant admits the act, to collect evidence in his favor and against him. The defendant is considered by the entire legal literature to be the only main part of the criminal process, which cannot be disputed. At the same time, the central subject of the completion of the procedural activity, through sincere statements, the defendant contributes to the just settlement of the case, the judicial bodies having the possibility to establish the hypostasis in which the deed was committed.","PeriodicalId":475299,"journal":{"name":"Eximia","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136342547","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Utilizing data from the Financial Supervisory Commission, we employ rigorous statistical methods, such as multiple regression and Petersen regression models, to discern whether these punitive measures affect firm performance. Intriguingly, our findings indicate that firms subject to financial sanctions and penalties in Taiwan experience an improvement in their firm value, challenging the conventional belief that such penalties erode value. We propose that this unexpected outcome may be attributed to the potential gains derived from expanding business activities, even in violation of banking regulations, outweighing the associated regulatory costs. By shedding light on this under-researched aspect of the literature, our study contributes to a broader understanding of how regulatory penalties impact firm value in the banking industry, thereby providing regulatory authorities with practical insights.","PeriodicalId":475299,"journal":{"name":"Eximia","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135195121","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The criminal liability of the natural person does not remove the criminal liability of the legal person, although in the judicial practice, there is a temptation to use the criminal liability of the legal person as a form of strict liability for the act of another. The criminal liability of the legal person includes the actual analysis of the elements of guilt of the legal person.","PeriodicalId":475299,"journal":{"name":"Eximia","volume":"168 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135257750","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Singrass specializes in cultivating 27 types of fresh, pesticide-free leafy vegetables and spices, promoting sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices in urban spaces. The indoor smart ecosystem of Singrass leverages the existing indoor conditions to purify the air from harmful pollutants and acts as a carbon sink, absorbing more carbon dioxide than it releases. By creating a controlled environment indoors, Singrass optimizes the growth of leafy vegetables, ensuring they are free from pesticides and safe for consumption. This paper discusses the benefits of such a system, including reduced environmental impact, energy efficiency, improved air quality, stress relief, cost savings, and convenience in gardening. The paper also compares Singrass's air purification method with traditional air purification systems and discusses the energy-saving features and technologies incorporated in indoor smart ecosystems. The study concludes by highlighting the significant role of innovative solutions like Singrass in promoting sustainability and food security in growing urban settings.","PeriodicalId":475299,"journal":{"name":"Eximia","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135064704","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition to dominating its sector, this conglomerate of luxury goods has had a significant influence on society and culture. LVMH has a significant impact on a variety of topics, including globalization, the environment, and the world of fashion. We will examine the different ways that LVMH has influenced society and culture in this dissertation, concentrating on two important strands: cultural influence and globalization. Through an examination of LVMH's association with high culture, its collaborations with artists and celebrities, and its role in preserving cultural heritage, we will consider the company's impact on culture. We will also explore LVMH's expansion into various regions, its contribution to the globalization of culture, and the controversies it has faced, including cultural appropriation and poor labor practices. By examining LVMH's impact and influence, we hope to shed light on the complex and multifaceted role of luxury goods in society today.","PeriodicalId":475299,"journal":{"name":"Eximia","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135100976","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
