Partnership strategies, especially with parties that have market access and a wide network, can expand market share and increase product exposure. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the influence of each of these factors on MSME marketing performance and how these factors interact in the context of MSMEs in Bogor Regency, a survey of 176 samples of MSMEs in Bogor Regency uses a quantitative approach to prove the research hypothesis through structural equation modeling. The novelty of this research is an analysis of Internal Resources factors, Digital Marketing, and Partnership Strategies that have an impact on Marketing Performance. This study concludes that if the increase in Internal Resources has an impact on marketing performance behavior and provides competitive advantages, besides that digital marketing can also have an impact on strengthening products to be able to compete and partner relationships will have an impact on products, services, and materials produced, this conclusion confirms the importance of quality internal resource management in an effort to achieve success in the bag business. It is worth noting that these preventive measures at this time can only be ordered if there is evidence or evidence from which to result the reasonable suspicion that a person has committed a crime, being necessary to achieve the goal pursued by taking them. During criminal proceedings, the competent judicial bodies have the authority to order certain procedural measures to ensure and guarantee the normal conduct of proceedings, the execution of the sentence, compensation for damage caused by the crime and the prevention of anti-social acts. Preventive, precautionary, safety and immediate redress measures, defined by doctrine as the return of property and restoration of previous condition, are examples of procedural measures that might be required during criminal proceedings. A verification phase of preventive measures is foreseen for the preliminary chamber proceedings and for the trial phase. This happens in terms of legality but also in terms of merits, from obtaining the file to the end of each procedural stage. The stage may end by revocation, substitution, legal termination or modification of obligations in the content of the judicial review, or by maintaining the preventive measure for the suspect if the conditions provided by law are met. Criminal judicial bodies may choose the preventive measure according to the criteria of Art. 218 para. 2 Code of Criminal Procedure. This recognition of the significance of value has led to the establishment in the Constitution of general points in which one can deviate from the principle of inviolability of freedom: nature of preventive measure, duration, competent judicial body. The constitutional principle stated is known at the level of law in Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights, in order to ensure a uniform level of interpretation of the legal norms regarding any restriction of the freedom of the individual. The right to liberty – as proclaimed in Article 5 of the Convention concerns, of course, the physical freedom of the person, and the stated purpose of protection is to ensure that no human being can be deprived of this right. Despite these views, the post-December criminal procedure legislation has failed to harmonise with the European spirit nor to fully satisfy the principles resulting from the case-law of the Strasbourg Court. It took a major legislative invention to bring back to normality the provisions contained in the Criminal Procedure Code and the enforcement laws and to show that Romania respects its arrogant international obligations in the field of criminal procedure law. The legislator itself noted, in justifying the revision of the legal norms (substantive and procedural), that the amendments aimed to ensure a unitary protection of the freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution and international legal instruments, to streamline the criminal process and, at the same time, the fair conduct of judicial proceedings for all participants in the criminal process. As a method of governing state power, coercion has priority, conviction having an auxiliary role, but it is ubiquitous. According to the Romanian Constitution, the fundamental law of the country, the right to liberty is considered to be the most important right of citizens and, at the same time, it is the subject of many conventions, treaties, as well as other acts to which Romania is a party. Individual liberty and security of person may not be violated and shall enjoy special protection in accordance with the principles and norms of international and domestic law. Being part of a social formation, man is obliged to respect the norms that the state institutes. The restriction of man's freedom must not lead to its annulment, nor must the power of coercion be taken to an exterm, and therefore, in order to remove all suspicion, the intervention of law arises, adapting social relations so as to ensure the balance between coercion and freedom. However, human rights and fundamental freedoms are linked in a well-defined circumstance, which leads to the strengthening of the rule of law. Deviation from the legal order established by the state by citizens leads to the application of a sanction provided for by the law in force. The categories of preventive measures, with the exception of detention and preventive arrest, are changed, defending judicial control, judicial control on bail and house arrest compared to the old regulation which referred to the obligation not to leave the locality and the obligation not to leave the country together with detention and preventive arrest. Procedural aspects are extremely important in this preventive measure, such as the communication under signature of the detained person, of his/her rights and obligations, the duration for which he/she can be detained and, in certain special cases, informing the diplomatic representatives of the state of which the suspect or accused person is a citizen. In the case of certain persons, the law also requires certain additional requirements to be met in order to order detention, such as in the case of deputies or senators or judges, prosecutors or assistant magistrates. The measure of detention is the most used preventive measure and that it has a particular effect on the suspect as well as on the course of the trial. As it has a special status, being the only measure that can only be ordered during criminal investigations, I think it is very important to be aware of it. Just like risk, safety provokes strong emotions and licenses in the exercise of power. But. While risk threatens, safety promises. And in this power to promise what it cannot offer lies a particular danger. Recognizing this danger requires special attention. The legislation of many states assigns to this term criminal legal value that distinguishes them from punishment. Apart from punishment, protective measures are referred to in many ways around the world: \"corrective and protective measures\", security measures\", \"other criminal measures of a legal nature\", \"preventive measures. A summary of the analysis of the rules on protective measures around the world allows us to define them as a set of preventive measures established by criminal law and applied by the competent authorities, to the person considered dangerous due to his mental state or consumption of dangerous substances. When we act in the public space, we have a duty to respect others at least as much as we respect ourselves or to the same extent as we expect to be respected. The description of humanity as a basic element in order to put in rational terms the necessity of awareness of the aspect that the instrumentalization of the other in order to achieve one's own goals represents, mainly, the reduction of the other to the quality of object. Respect is part of our duties towards ourselves and others, what is important from the point of view of our exposure is not so much the respect we have in relation to ourselves, but respect for customers, for users, for other citizens, for the whole community. A review of legislation and psychiatric factors is called for to provide practical guidance and assistance in conducting assessments to defend against persons with mental illness. There is a participation of psychiatrists who routinely conduct assessments of competence and expertise in this complex area.
