Although he was only 39 years old when he was elected for the first time and 44 years old for the second time, he had never previously held an elective office. However, he shares with two of his predecessors, François Mitterrand and Jacques Chirac, the fact of having held two mandates. This path is in itself atypical, not to say ‘disruptive’ compared to that of all the presidents who preceded him. This term is also the communication marker not only of his victorious 2017 presidential campaign but above all a key element of his political orientation. However, if he did, at first, ‘disrupt’ the political landscape in France, this momentum very quickly died down to such an extent that the political character he embodies has crystallized hopes, disappointments and then anger and even hatred. Such reactions lead to question the real contribution of this disruption. Until now, these questions have only been partially addressed, leaving room for the implementation of an original approach which consists in postulating that this disruption actually masks a transgression. Through the prism of transgression, this paper aims to decipher this (false) disruption as his journey from 2016 as a candidate until his second term has been illustrated by a variety of behavioral forms and lexical expressions. I approach these aspects in the form of critical narrative writing, which is based on concrete details, spoken words, speeches, interviews, and other texts.","PeriodicalId":475299,"journal":{"name":"Eximia","volume":" December","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141669767","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Computers have become an indispensable tool in life, and learning programming languages to operate computers has become a major focus of education. From low-level languages to high-level languages to visual programming languages, and finally to generative artificial intelligence to generate code. Program development tools are constantly updated as computers advance. This has the benefit of lowering barriers to learning, but also results in a weaker understanding of how the program works. This article designs a programming language learning strategy that combines the above programming development tools to lower the threshold for programming language learning and improve learning efficiency.","PeriodicalId":475299,"journal":{"name":"Eximia","volume":" 91","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141673029","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study utilized a qualitative research design employing textual analysis approach. Fifteen (15) research participants, consisting of homosexual teachers, took part in the study, selected through purposive and snowball sampling methods. The findings revealed variations in the Lavender language in the provinces of DDN, DOR, DOC, DDS, and DDO. Phonological variations included consonant clusters, phonemic changes, diphthongs, phoneme /ŋ/, and the use of accent marks on vowel phonemes. Morphological variations encompassed reduplication, coinage, and affixation, particularly prefixes, suffixes, and circumfixes. Semantic variations comprised words derived from the names of famous personalities, straight words, brands, food, places, and associated sounds. Overall, the results of the analyses shed light on how subgroups in society develop their own language to communicate with each other.","PeriodicalId":475299,"journal":{"name":"Eximia","volume":"50 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141693387","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study's goal is to create predictive equations for specific functional indicators of the nervous system in relation to the Dribbling skill performance of young basketball players in Baghdad Governorate. The researchers used a descriptive approach with a survey method on (8) youth basketball league clubs in Baghdad Governorate for the 2022-2023 sports season, totaling (96) players . Three tests were used to measure the nervous system, and one test was used to measure the basketball dribbling skill . After processing the data statistically, the researchers concluded that there was a contribution rate for the Romberg test (maintaining balance) As an indicator of the nervous system in terms of the performance of the dribble skill in basketball for young players by (3.5%), a prediction equation was developed for it. There is a contribution rate for the Yarotsk test (evaluation of the state of the vestibular system) as an indicator of the nervous system in relation to the performance of the basketball dribbling skill for young players by (5.6%), and a prediction equation was developed for it. The researchers recommended the need to direct coaches and specialists to pay attention to the results of this study in planning future programs to develop the true performance level of young basketball players. It is necessary to circulate the results of this study to sports and youth centers and sports clubs in order to rely on the tests used to judge the suitability of players to practice basketball.It is necessary to conduct similar studies on functional indicators of the nervous system and try to determine the percentage of their contribution in relation to other basketball skills that were not addressed in the current study and to establish predictive coefficients for them.It is necessary to conduct similar studies on functional indicators of the nervous system in relation to the performance of the basketball skill at other levels and for both genders. Petty actions by teenagers are expected. Researchers have found that physically detaining juveniles in detention centers for behaviors such as truancy, running away, etc., did more harm than good. The Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 was enacted to create guidelines and prevent unnecessary detainment of juveniles. An amendment to the act in 1980 allowed judges to detain juveniles regarding status offenses if specific criteria were met. What seemed to be a minor change sought to protect juveniles from their own unruly conduct, i.e., running away or violating a court order. Ultimately, discretion to detain a juvenile began to be used very often. The undermining of status offenses has gained attention from many officials. The North Dakota Governor, Doug Burgum, did not hesitate to sign House Bill 1035 when it was made available to his office. The bill addresses the loophole, though the benefit has yet to be measured. In addition, they are very hard to treat once they have been spread in the late stages. Early cancer detection and diagnosis have become crucial for providing immediate and efficient care to those who are afflicted with the disease. To predict cancer, this process needs cancer image classification which is a difficult task in the recent improvement of computer-based diagnostics. The main objective of this research is to classify Computed-Tomography (CT) images of the lungs and brain as cancerous or not. Therefore, this research shows the possibility of using a convolutional-neural-network (CNN) for lung and brain cancer detection through transfer learning (TL) without the difficulty of specifying features for image-classification. The proposed TCNN is trained and tested from scratch using two public and one private dataset using the TL technique. The suggested transfer learning-based model attained an accuracy of 92.81%, 97.21%, and 99.40% for Scratch TCNN Model, Pre-Trained TCNN Model, and Transfer Pre-Pre-Trained Model in that order. Hence, the proposed method gives high accuracy and decreases the time of diagnosis and treatment.","PeriodicalId":475299,"journal":{"name":"Eximia","volume":"2 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139958933","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research Methods: I obtained data from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the American Community Survey (ACS), representing 366,568 students attending 239 public high schools in the DFW Metroplex, which included public schools located in Colin County, Dallas County, Tarrant County, and Denton County. I measured public school performance based on graduation rate metrics and average SAT scores from graduating students. Findings: I found a significant correlation between racial and socioeconomic factors on public school performance. I found that the percent composition of socioeconomically disadvantaged students was the highest correlator to decreased academic performance. Further, I found a positive correlation between the percentage of socioeconomically disadvantaged students attending a given high school in relation to the percentage of African-American and Hispanic students attending a given high school. Notably, I found that public schools in the DFW Metroplex were highly segregated by racial and socioeconomic factors. Implications: This study highlights the necessity for policy pushes to diversify public school districts. Many public schools in the DFW Metroplex remain extensively segregated by racial and socioeconomic factors, and our findings underscore the importance of ensuring equitable resource distribution amongst public schools, specifically in school systems with large percentages of African-American, Hispanic, and socioeconomically disadvantaged students.","PeriodicalId":475299,"journal":{"name":"Eximia","volume":"46 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139961297","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
