Questionnaires were applied to 100 fish consumers. Data on socioeconomic aspects, consumer preferences, purchase, storage, processing and preparation of fish were obtained. As for consumers, 52% were female, 35% were born in Tabatinga, 51% were between 31 and 50 years old, 69% had a family income of 1 to 2 minimum wages and 47% had completed high school. Fish is part of the diet of 99% of the adult population, with 64% having it 3 times a week. At the time of purchase, there is a preference for whole fish and the preparation of 38% is roasted. The main commercialized species were Liposarcus sp., Mylossoma sp. and C. macropomum. The fish are sold in the form of bunches or kilograms, with prices ranging from 12 to 20 R$/kg. The per capita consumption of local fish is 49.6 kg/person/year. A completely randomized design was used in a scheme with six treatments, as follows: T1 - control without application of sprouting inducer; T2, T3 and T4 - concentration of 1, 2 and 3% of Budbreaker®, respectively, and T5 and T6, concentration of 4 and 6% of Dormex® (hydrogenated cyanamide), respectively; 2% mineral oil was applied to all levels of sprouting inducers. The response variables were: production per plant, bunch mass and number of bunches; sprouting index and fertility, as well as physical and chemical characteristics, the content of soluble solids, considering evaluation in sticks and spurs. There was no response to the application of sprouting inducers, considering the conditions of high sum of cold hours that occurred in the winter of 2022, which together with the low cold requirement of the cultivar BRS Cora (Vitis labrusca L.), benefits the sprouting index , both in the sticks and spurs. It is considered a multifactorial condition influenced by several factors, such as management, environment, nutrition and hygiene. The objective is to report a mixed breed sow, 80 kg, primiparous, raised in the intensive system, with balanced ration, which presented vaginal prolapse three days after birth. Dissociative anesthesia was used with ketamine at a dose of 30 mg/kg/IM and acepromazine at a dose of 1 mg/kg/IM, and local block with 3 ml of lidocaine. In this context, the study aimed to evaluate the anesthetic protocol in a dog submitted to a surgical procedure of enucleation to correct an eyeball prolapse, using pre-anesthetic medication. Dosages of propofol 3 mg/kg IV, midazolam 0.4 mg/kg IV and morphine 0.5 mg/kg IV did not cause adverse effects such as changes in heart and respiratory rates and/or vomiting. Situated southern the city of Tiaret considered as natural barrier before steppe area. Phyto-ecological surveys with 100 m2 Braun-Blanquet minimum area were conducted 75 species, belonging to 29 families and 66 genera has been established. Asteraceae (20%), Fabaceae (10.7), Poaceae (10.7), Lamiaceae (6.7%), Apiaceae (5.3%) and Asparagaceae (5.3) were the most representative families covering more than 50% of the inventoried families. Moreover, Therophytes (48%) are majorly dominant with a notable decrease of the phanerophytes (5,3%) and increase of Hemicryptophytes (22.7%). Predominance of the Mediterranean biogeographic type species with a percentage of (41.3%) followed by the Euro-Mediterranean (10.7%) and West-Mediterranean (10.7%) typical for Mediterranean semi-arid climate. 2 endemic species were present and rarity reached 9% combined of rare (4%) and quite rare (5%).
