However, this is a complex process that arises in a context of redefinitions of the school itself and its understanding of education, especially regarding the relationship that the student establishes with learning. Within this context, this work aims to understand the process of change in teaching practices at the school and how this change significantly impacts the indicators of large-scale assessments. From this perspective, the different elements that contribute to the construction of quality education and the measures that can be adopted by educational institutions to achieve this desired objective will be discussed. Present the need to use quality indicators in education and teaching-learning environments by analyzing the benefits that these tools can bring to society, and highlighting their importance for 21st century education. The transformations caused by quality education are essential for the human, social, economic and democratic development of a society. Through research with school data and public websites, we verified that this educational institution adopted active methodology, especially project-based pedagogy in its practices, breaking with traditional teaching methodology. It is a qualitative and quantitative investigation, using documentary research and data analysis methodology. Furthermore, we will evaluate the changes in the school’s pedagogical practices to understand the modifications made by the school to achieve a prominent position in IDEB results. Therefore, I focused on the data that were collected through questionnaires with open questions with the intention of understanding how teachers perceive themselves in this path of knowledge and experiences constructed and (re)elaborated. The data analysis showed that the students recorded the events in the notebook, demarcating their daily routines and from the perspective of a diary, immediately after the formalization of the knowledge projected in a space in the pedagogical notebook and/or notebook that depended on the school or the public sphere of activity. municipal or state. However, some carried out a detailed description of them without any “privilege” or appreciation of this route. Even so, the act of writing or doodling the praxis went beyond what was initially intended by most teachers/students or “lay” teachers, teachers considered “multipurpose” based on the distribution of the workload. The entire process of writing in class diaries or teaching plans and action plans gave us the opportunity to understand the reflection of a practice observed and aligned in one's own daily practice. It is important to mention that the entire didactic/pedagogical action was configured as a support to memory and enabled an “apparent” distance from lived experiences, allowing for a more dense analysis of these based on the formalization of knowledge in a specific research space. which we call Training Diary. This article presents a contribution to the study of intercultural teacher education, aiming to enhance knowledge through a literature review on the relevance of cultural conceptions. Furthermore, it seeks to innovate and propose new pedagogical models to address the challenges of interculturality, both in the behavior and professional practice of integrating teachers. Objective: To address the intercultural challenges present in the context of inclusive education, especially in the assistance provided to students with disabilities. This text is based on research by authors who contribute to theoretical understanding, assisting in applied classroom practice. The research primarily aims to answer the question: How does intercultural education contribute to pedagogical practice, considering public policies? Results: Through studies, projects, reflections, and research, it is evident that the debate on intercultural education is gaining prominence in Latin American societies. In this scenario, it is essential to promote interventions to ensure that government and academic community policy initiatives, in proposing degree courses, foster critical intercultural education capable of intervening in societal transformation and construction. The genesis occurs from concerns and questions as a teacher in the Municipal Networks of Rio de Janeiro (1990 to 1995) and Duque de Caxias (since 1987) in relation to learning to read and write by students and teaching by teachers. Throughout the work, the importance of orality is proposed, for two reasons: it precedes writing and is forgotten at school for the construction of a good text. Speaking and writing as different discursive practices in the same linguistic system. Writing as a point of arrival, as it is carried out in the social sphere. Thus, students are guaranteed the use of their citizenship and taught how to produce texts in the most varied situations. Writing will be given relevance because we live in a literate world where different textual genres circulate. How to teach without the main tool? The text. In this case, the literary text. Another occupation is the path to be taken between the starting point and the arrival point: the student's difficulty in elaborating, concatenating and articulating ideas to develop or transcribe what is thought. How to coordinate all this? How to understand and produce a text without other skills: listening, speaking and reading? Another relevant point is the teaching of grammar in the text, that is, the teaching of grammatical content through the handling of texts. Through playfulness in Early Childhood Education it is possible to work on the development of the field of affective, emotional, intellectual, physical and social growth, stimulating activities that focus on the intellectual and emotional development of children. The objective of this study is to build a literature review on the importance of play in the teaching-learning process in Early Childhood Education, discussing its benefits during the educational process. The present study is a bibliographical study, an integrative literature review. Articles published between 2018 and 2023, in Portuguese and English, available in full text, were included. Secondary source data from the public domain was used, that is, the research does not pose any risk, therefore, there was no need to submit it to the Ethics Committee. After careful analysis of the available literature, 07 articles were selected to compose this study. It was observed that the authors argue that it is in childhood that children have a naturally playful interpretation of the world, perceive this demand and develop auxiliary teaching strategies that contribute to the teaching-learning process. In the early years, children tend to learn intuitively, where play can be used in the most different curricular subjects to enhance the teaching-learning process. Thus, this teaching strategy has proven to be successful, as it enables the development of skills that enhance the learning process such as perception, memorization, attention and sensation. In this way, it can be concluded that play is an important strategy for developing education in a dynamic, attractive and effective way.
