Philology practised as the art of unveiling images behind sounds and forms, figures and structures, communicates poetically, thus significantly the polyphonic import of the mediaeval epic tale. To defend this philological-poetics experience this paper compares the Turkic Dede Korkut Kitabı with the Armenian David of Sassoun, the poetic structures of the Tamil Periya Puranam, the iconic singularity of the Chinese Ji Bu Ma Zhen (Ji Bu Insulting the Enemy) and the Byzantine Digenis Akritas set within an Anatolian sub-koinê landscape with the Book of Dede Korkut and David of Sassoun. Homage has been rendered to three philologists whose philological training and academic works led them to the most extraordinary poetic works of art: F. Nietzsche, P.P. Pasolini and J.R.R. The hypothesis of a negative statistical relationship between the inflation rate and the values of the CWN and GMT central bank independence indices and their constituent subindices for post-Soviet, developed, and developing countries for 2001–2020 was tested. Based on the results of the econometric assessment, the paper finds that high values of the central bank independence indices and their sub-indices help to keep inflation in a certain corridor: if inflation is high, central bank independence reduces it, and if inflation is low, it helps to keep inflation at a low level. Japan, which has been developing stable and value-oriented cooperation with the region, has also been affected by the current transformations that impact the relationship with Central Asia. The paper attempts to reintroduce Japan’s vision of Central Asia by unpacking Japan’s larger matrix of foreign policy and scrutinising its humanitarian and development assistance efforts in Central Asia. The paper first focuses on the retrospective developments of Japan’s engagement with the region. Then it discloses the economic underpinnings of cooperation. Further, discuss development assistance mechanisms in Central Asia. In conclusion, the paper summarises Japan’s engagement with Central Asia in connection to previous and ongoing political and economic developments in the region. The monarchical regime in the first Yugoslav state did not stimulate political development in Bosnia and Herzegovina, because fictitious political pluralism was introduced in political practice. It was not possible to achieve enviable political development not even in a second Yugoslav state, because it was built on the principles of socialist monism. The independent and sovereign existence of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina is limited by ethnocracy and imposed stabilocracy. Through this analysis, the paper seeks to gain a better understanding of the role that Eurasianism plays in each country’s foreign policy and regional strategies. The paper also explores the impact of Eurasianism on the relationships between Russia, Türkiye, and Kazakhstan, as well as its implications for regional security and cooperation. The main argument of this paper is that while Russian, Turkish, and Kazakh Eurasianism share some commonalities in their emphasis on the importance of the Eurasian region and its unique cultural and historical identity, there are notable differences in the way that this identity is understood and articulated, as well as differences in geopolitical priorities and approaches to democracy and authoritarianism. In this process, many cooperation organizations (TURKSOY, TURKPA, TWESCO, etc.) were established among the Turkic states. The Organization of Turkic States (OTS), established in 2009 as the umbrella organization of the Turkic world cooperation organizations, became even stronger with the membership of Uzbekistan in 2019. The 2021 Istanbul Summit and 2022 Samarkand Summit of the OTS are extremely important for the future of cooperation in the Turkic world. To conduct the study, the systematic review method was adopted. By scanning the sources, six major themes were identified based on the codes extracted from the documents that establish a relationship between sociology and climate change. This is followed by a discussion of reflections on these themes among Central Asian countries. The final part of the paper presents various academic and action-oriented suggestions to Central Asian academicians about the sociological context of climate change. These expenditures have an indirect effect on the input costs of the companies that demand labor as a production factor. The change in food prices determines both the relative price structure of the economy and the inflationary trend in the economy for the future, depending on the changes in labor and goods markets. For this reason, households that make the consumption decisions of companies as a producer decision unit in the economy are highly sensitive to changes in food commodity prices. A continuous and permanent change in food commodity prices has a direct impact on consumption expenditures and investment decisions. This effect causes supply shocks that may arise as a result of food and commodity prices to turn into demand shocks at the same time. From this point of view, this study investigates the distribution of volatility in global commodity prices, food commodity prices, Baltic dry indices, and crude oil prices, which are the indicators of price trends of basic inputs in international markets.
