More and more people are realizing the importance of health care. Given that the target of the spa market is the middle to upper class, price is not a very important consideration but what is more sought after is the quality and comfort of the services provided. Therefore, the human resource factor (HR) in the spa company must be considered in order to create satisfaction in the minds of consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work conflict, workload on the work productivity of New Refrez Spa therapists mediated by job satisfaction. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The number of samples used was 35 people using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS. The results showed that work conflict, workload had a negative and significant effect on the work productivity of New Refrez Spa Therapists. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of work conflict and workload on work productivity. Quantitative research using pre-existing measurement scales related to personal selling, fairness of price, brand image and the decision to choose a school. The sample consist of 119 parents of SMKTI Bali Global Denpasar students, with an analysis tool utilizing the SEM PLS model. The reasearch finds a direct impact of personal selling on the decision to choose school, fairness of price on the decision to choose school, brand image on the decision to choose school shows significant positive result. The impact of personal selling on brand image, the impact of fairness of price on brand image show positive and significant results. Brand image is able to mediate the indirect effect of personal selling on the decision to choose a school. Brand image is able to mediate the indirect effect of fairness of price on the decision to choose a school. Implication this research in order to schools are expected to adopt an integrated marketing approach that involves various aspects, such as fairness of price, personal selling, and brand image. By developing a comprehensive and coordinated marketing strategy, schools can achieve greater efficiency in attracting prospective students and parents. It is important for schools to provide appropriate training and development for their sales team. This will help them become more effective communicators and be able to convey information clearly and convincingly to prospective students and parents. A well-trained sales team will increase the effectiveness of personal selling and contribute to improving the decision to choose a school. The objective of this study is to examine the lecturers` leadership style influences their volunteers. The sample of this study consists of various departments of the Polytechnic of Tuanku Sultanah Bahiyah. The lecturer is made up of the Department of Commerce (JP), Civil (JKA), Electrical (JKE), Mechanical (JKM), Mathematics, Science and Computing, and General studies The findings show that the lecturers` leadership styles are democratic style rather than autocratic. The lecturers` are interested to involve in the decision-making process has led to voluntary. Pandemic-related issues, such as stay-at-home orders, lockdowns, and long-term quarantine, pose a threat to global public health. It has unquestionably devastating effects on human health. It is believed that secure, healthy, and supportive environments are necessary for humans' physical and psychological health. The research aims to investigate the role of urban parks as the mechanism for the physical and psychological health benefits of the pandemic crises. This paper reviews the significant contribution of urban parks to the physical and psychological health benefits. The literature demonstrates that the presence of a natural environment has substantial positive effects on an individual's physical and psychological health. It emphasized the role of urban parks in reducing stress and depression symptoms, promoting physiologically healthier individuals during an outbreak of a pandemic, enhancing the quality of life and life satisfaction, providing entertainment and relaxation, and fostering greater social interaction and cohesion.
