The data used in this study uses secondary data, namely expenditure realization data in the PUPR Ministry's financial reports, Minister of Finance Regulations regarding regional fiscal capacity, and data on population and area according to the Central Bureau of Statistics. This study uses two stages of analysis; the first is to measure technical efficiency with the DEA approach through the assumption of input-oriented VRS (Variable Return to Scale), and the second is to analyze the determinants using the Tobit regression model. The study results show that the average infrastructure development efficiency score decreased over 2020-2022. Other results find that fiscal capacity has an effect on increasing the efficiency of infrastructure development, and population size and area have an effect on reducing the efficiency of infrastructure development.","PeriodicalId":45058,"journal":{"name":"World Journal of Science Technology and Sustainable Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":2.1,"publicationDate":"2023-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82450100","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The population in this study are all registered pharmacists in the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAI) in the Jabodetabek area, and based on the latest IAI data, as of 2022, there are 16,941 pharmacists. Using the Slovin formula, by taking an error of 5%, a sample size of 391 respondents was obtained using proportional random sampling via a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis using measurement model analysis, structural models, and verification analysis (hypothesis testing) using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach with the help of Lisrel. The research results showed that the two independent variables, either Entrepreneurial Education (EE) or Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy (ESE), had a positive and significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Attitude (EA) of Pharmacists in Jabodetabek. The higher the EE or ESE, the higher the Entrepreneurial Attitude (EA). EE was also proven to be a significant predictor of ESE. Then, Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy (ESE) significantly mediates the positive influence of Entrepreneurial Education (EE) on Entrepreneurial Attitude (EA) among Pharmacists in Jabodetabek. The results of this research can provide business input for pharmacists as well as input for policy recommendations for related parties in the pharmaceutical entrepreneurship ecosystem.","PeriodicalId":45058,"journal":{"name":"World Journal of Science Technology and Sustainable Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136241212","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Every marriage cannot be separated from the important influence of religion, belief, and culture of the community and religious leaders in the area where the community is located. The aim of this research is to explore knowledge about the perspective of Islamic religious law in interfaith marriages. This research also aims to determine the possible social impacts that can occur for those who enter into interfaith marriages in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is a normative legal research method, namely using legal material sources in the form of statutory regulations, court decisions/decisions, contracts/agreements/agreements, legal theory, and expert opinions. The results of the research obtained are that there are no loopholes, and potential interfaith marriages can be legalized according to religious law and law in Indonesia, apart from that, interfaith marriages can trigger potential conflicts between communities, family relationships, husband and wife relationships as well as the resulting negative impact on the resulting children, from interfaith marriages. This research has implications for comparisons of how other Muslim-majority countries handle interfaith marriages within the framework of Islamic law. This can provide valuable insight into alternative approaches and potential best practices for Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":45058,"journal":{"name":"World Journal of Science Technology and Sustainable Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136162417","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By utilizing data on the prevalence of stunting in districts/cities in Indonesia in 2016-2021 and data on districts/cities receiving self-help housing assistance in 2016-2021, this study uses the panel data regression method to show the correlation between the BSPS program and the reduction in stunting at the district/city level in Indonesia. Based on the regression results, it can be concluded that the 2016-2021 BSPS Program as an independent variable shows a negative and significant relationship with a decrease in stunting in 514 districts/cities in Indonesia. The percentage of women giving birth in health facilities, proper sanitation, poor population, the ability to read and write in women aged > 15 years, and district/city GDP per capita significantly reduces stunting in Indonesia. On the other hand, toddlers who receive complete basic immunization and state spending on health do not affect stunting reduction. This study recommends expanding the BSPS Program to more districts/cities in Indonesia, increasing the level of knowledge and awareness of mothers about stunting, improving proper sanitation, evaluating health spending strategies at the district/city level, and considering regional socioeconomic factors in policy planning. Moreover, the allocation of resources contributes to reducing stunting.","PeriodicalId":45058,"journal":{"name":"World Journal of Science Technology and Sustainable Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":2.1,"publicationDate":"2023-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83580001","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman technique (data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion). The results of this study indicate that the soft skills of students at SMK YASTI and SMK Terpadu 1 Yaspida have the same results; students' interpersonal and intrapersonal skills are not affected by the presence of students living, whether they are in boarding school or not. Yasti Vocational School has a very good program, which can shape student characteristics and develop student soft skills, just like students who are in Islamic boarding schools. The soft skills aspect with the highest rating is the Collaboration aspect, and the lowest rating is on the leadership aspect. This research implies that through the implementation of project-based learning models, vocational high schools (SMK) can create a more realistic learning environment that is outcome-oriented and focused on developing skills needed in the working world and daily life.","PeriodicalId":45058,"journal":{"name":"World Journal of Science Technology and Sustainable Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":2.1,"publicationDate":"2023-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75380303","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research design used in this study is qualitative. The research nature is juridical-normative, referring to legal norms present in the legislations of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei Darussalam. The research results indicate that using the CRC's concept of Child Participation in dispensations for underage marriage, it was previously shown that the concept of child protection encompasses a broad scope (O'Donnell), and the Convention on the Rights of the Child emphasizes that all actions taken concerning the child must be contextually appropriate, for the best interests of the child (Eekelaar). Therefore, this study shows to what extent the protection of children's rights regarding their participation in dispensations for underage marriage in Southeast Asian Muslim countries, is allegedly contradictory to the CRC's definitive provision on the age of the child. This research implies that it can help analyze the extent to which child marriages violate the rights of the child as guaranteed by the Convention on the Rights of the Child. It aids in understanding how cultural and religious factors influence the practice of child marriages in Muslim-majority countries in Southeast Asia. Additionally, the results of this research could stimulate further studies in the same or related domains.","PeriodicalId":45058,"journal":{"name":"World Journal of Science Technology and Sustainable Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":2.1,"publicationDate":"2023-08-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86464007","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
