Workplace well-being includes job satisfaction, work-life balance, social support and a healthy work environment. High work well-being can have a positive impact on employee performance. This study aimed to examine the impact of workplace well-being on job performance, with work engagement as a mediating variable. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data was collected through a literature study and a survey using a questionnaire. The population of this research is 1,800 Production Division employees at PT. Leading Garment Industries Bandung was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analysed using statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that workplace well-being did not affect job performance. At the same time, the work engagement variable had a positive and significant effect. In addition, work engagement positively and significantly affects job performance. The objective of this research is to understand and analyze the impact of non-performing loans, loan to deposit ratio, operational cost to operational income on financial performance. The method used in this research is quantitative data method with hypothesis testing, employing multiple linear regression using cross-data and time series. Data management in this research is assisted using the Statistica Program for Social Science (SPSS) Version 23. The research results show that Non-Performing Loan (NPL) has a negative impact on Return On Asset (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) negatively influences Return On Asset (ROA), Operational Cost to Operational Income (BOPO) has a positive impact on Return On Asset (ROA), and simultaneously the variables Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operational Cost to Operational Income (BOPO) affect Financial Performance (ROA) in Islamic Commercial Banks from 2018 to 2021. The topic related to the right to legally inherit the parent's inheritance or even the inheritance of someone who is not related by blood to us but made us an heir through the will is debatable and very current. Thus, subjects who are considered heirs must accept or not accept that inheritance after the death of the heir. In Indonesia, the health issues faced by the elderly require the attention and readiness of society, experts, and the government. This research aims to analyze the level of social engagement in the success of the elderly Posyandu program in Indonesia. Qualitative and library research methods are employed. The narrative method is used to analyze the literature, with secondary data collected from databases such as Scientific Direct and Scholar. Results: Initially, 2700 research studies and articles were identified from the databases. After screening for publication year, duplicate titles, and abstracts, 10 research studies were selected. The criteria for the articles or journals focused on social engagement, elderly, and healthcare services. The findings of the research highlight three main points: (1) supporting factors in implementing the elderly Posyandu program, such as community outreach and ensuring adequate facilities, (2) involvement of various services including preventive, curative, rehabilitative, and promotive programs, and (3) the importance of social engagement, which involves active participation of the elderly and receiving emotional and social support from family and the community. Social engagement programs for elderly Posyandu in major cities have shown positive outcomes. Active involvement of the elderly, support from family and the community, improved accessibility, information and education, and emotional support are key factors contributing to the program's success. The key component in creating sustainable education is this. The effectiveness of lecturers is one factor that impacts educational quality. This study examines the connection between lecturer performance and educational quality at private West Javan universities with a waqf foundation. This study is a quantitative explanatory study. At private West Javan universities with a waqf foundation, 113 lecturers were randomly chosen to participate in the survey. On a scale of 1 to 5, respondents were asked to complete an online questionnaire. The Pearson product-moment correlation test was used to examine the acquired data to determine whether there was a relationship between the variables and how strong that relationship was. The findings revealed that for the variable quality of instruction and teacher performance, the Pearson correlation (r count) was 0.680 with a significance level of 0.000. The estimated value for r, which is 0.176, is higher than the number from the r table. Variables have created a strong and favorable association with one another. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of the government's internal control system and human resource competence on the quality of financial reports with leadership commitment as a moderating variable. This research recruited 680 financial managers at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing as respondents. Research data were analysed using the SEM-PLS method by using the SmartPLS version 3.2 application as a data processing tool. The findings show that the government's internal control system and human resource capacity significantly affect the quality of financial reporting. A strong and structured internal control system provides a solid foundation for producing reliable and relevant financial reporting by applicable standards. In addition, high human resource capabilities in accounting and internal control can help improve the quality of financial reporting. This research implies providing a deeper understanding of the factors influencing the quality of financial reports within the government context, urging the government to enhance investments in the development of human resource competencies, particularly in terms of a more profound comprehension of accounting and financial reporting. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results of this study indicate that of the 28 indicators analyzed, eight factors can be formed, namely personality factors, family support, Technology, Education, Quality of Nature, Confidence, Government Support, and Gender Discrimination. At the same time, the most dominant factor in the success of women entrepreneurs in Moro District, Karimun Regency, is the Personality factor, with a variance value of 28.029%. This research has implications that emphasize encouraging and supporting women's participation in the SME sector. Identifying success factors for women entrepreneurs can help design targeted training and capacity-building programs. It is not coincidental that a particular emphasis is given to the Economic sector, as a well-developed economy correlates with a advanced nation. First and foremost, the economy is the best reflection of a nation, and through it, one can gauge the financial capacity of a country and the extent to which its workforce is developed. Considering that the economy forms the foundation of a stable and functional state, strategies are devised for its development. This involves analyzing and evaluating all efforts that can influence the country's economic growth. Therefore, the analysis of the economic situation begins at the central level, and then shifts the focus to the local level, determining which cities can contribute more to economic development. Statistical data on the economic conditions at the local level are based on the geographical area and the population of the municipalities. Data collection techniques by distributing research questionnaires in the form of Google Forms through social media. The data processing method in this study uses SmartPLS software which is used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study show that information services have a positive and significant effect on the level of understanding. Educational strategies have a positive and significant effect on the level of understanding. Social media has a positive and significant effect on the level of understanding. Social media weakens but influences and can moderate between information services at the level of understanding. Social media can reinforce and moderate educational strategies to the level of understanding. After reopening post-pandemic in early 2022, Wana Karsa Ubud Hotel is recovering gradually and is required to have a sustainable marketing strategy that is appropriate in facing competition from many competing hotels around it. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that can hinder and encourage the implementation of sustainable marketing at Wana Karsa Ubud Hotel and analyze sustainable marketing strategies that can be implemented. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a sample of 22 respondents consisting of 8 hotel employees, 4 clients who work for agents who work with the Wana Karsa Ubud Hotel, and 10 guests who stay at the Wana Karsa Ubud Hotel. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use the IE matrix (internal - external) and SWOT matrix analysis. The results of sustainable marketing strategy research at Wana Karsa Ubud Hotel as a post-pandemic local brand also found sustainable marketing strategies that can be implemented at Wana Karsa Ubud Hotel with reference to sustainable marketing theories such as: customer oriented, customer value, innovative marketing, sense of mission marketing, and social marketing.
