The data was collected via the Turkish and Arabic versions of the sociodemographic questionnaire, the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. Percentage and arithmetic mean calculations, independent samples t-test, Mann–Whitney U test, paired logistic regression analysis backward elimination method and Pearson and Spearman correlation analyses were conducted to analyze the data.\u0000\u0000\u0000Findings\u0000The data revealed that the risk of PPD was twice as high in Arab immigrant mothers (56.3%) compared to Turkish mothers (29%). The EPDS mean score was 12.37 ± 6.28 for Arab immigrant mothers and 8.81 ± 5.48 for Turkish mothers. The social support mean score was found to be 50.70 ± 19.27 for Arab immigrant mothers and 61.41 ± 16.51 for Turkish mothers. The independent risk factors for Turkish mothers included mother’s age, monthly income level and infant’s age, while the independent risk factors for Arab immigrant mothers included number of children, husband’s status of employment and access to regular medical care during pregnancy. The negative correlation between EPDS and social support overall scores and subscale scores was found to be significant for both groups.\u0000\u0000\u0000Originality/value\u0000To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study on the impact of social support on PPD in Arab immigrant and Turkish women in the national and international literature. This study is on the Independent Electoral Commission in Aceh Province and the General Election Commission in North Sumatra Province with a total of 58 work units with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The data uses a questionnaire; the financial manager, the respondent, is given a questionnaire using digital assistance, namely the Google form. This study used data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and computer-assisted hypothesis testing through the IBM SPSS for Windows program. The results show that the effectiveness of internal control, budget participation, apparatus competency, and performance accountability have an impact on preventing corruption in the Independent Electoral Commission in Aceh Province and the General Election Commission in North Sumatra Province. These results indicate that the Effectiveness of Internal Control, Budget Participation, and Apparatus Competence affect accountability at the Independent Electoral Commission in Aceh Province and the Provincial Election Commission in North Sumatra. At the same time, the Effectiveness of Internal Control, Budget Participation, and Apparatus Competence influence Corruption Prevention through Performance Accountability at the Independent Electoral Commission in Aceh Province and the Provincial General Election Commission in North Sumatra.

Ageing and migration are essential socio-demographic phenomena in the 21st century for developing and developed countries to establish better public health-care policies. This study aims to focus on the status and determinants of health-care utilisation among elderly migrants who have migrated after attaining the age of 45 and above.\u0000\u0000\u0000Design/methodology/approach\u0000This study used the data from the first wave of the longitudinal ageing study in India (LASI) in 2017–2018. Stroke is not a single disease but can be caused by various risk factors, processes, and disease mechanisms. Ischemic stroke is the most common stroke, about 80-90% of all strokes. Based on the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) states that the prevalence of stroke that occurs in Indonesia is 10.9%, with the highest prevalence in the Riau Islands (12.9%) and the lowest in Papua (4.1%). This literature is written to compare the effectiveness of mono and dual antiplatelets as a non-embolic ischemic stroke therapy. The method in this study was a literature review that was searched using Pubmed, Google Scholar, Medline, Ebsco, Hindawi, Science Direct, and Cochrane, published in the last ten years. After obtaining the appropriate literature, the manuscript is written. Based on the results of the study, dual antiplatelet administration was more effective in preventing recurrent ischemic stroke and cardiovascular events in ischemic stroke patients when compared to mono antiplatelet. The recommended dual antiplatelet drugs are Clopidogrel and Aspirin. Based on the literature search, it can be concluded that dual antiplatelet administration is more effective in preventing recurrent ischemic stroke in stroke patients. However, some literature states that dual antiplatelet administration must still consider the potential increased risk of bleeding.

Food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES) is a severe non-IgE (immunoglobin E) presentation—mediated food allergy, which CMPA frequently causes. FPIES is frequently misdiagnosed initially due to its non-specific symptoms and laboratory findings. We present a case of a three-month-old male infant with allergic colitis due to CMPA. The patient was initially diagnosed with infectious colitis, which was then found to be allergic. The patient also did not tolerate extensively hydrolyzed formula and needed amino acid formula. The patient was discharged home in a stable condition. This research implies an increase in awareness and health education among parents, especially those with young infants. The findings of this study can also have an impact on changes in healthcare services and encourage the development of substitute milk products more suitable for infants with cow's milk protein intolerance.
