Bank risk includes credit risk, market risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, capital risk and bankruptcy risk. The total sample is 36 banks. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The results showed that credit risk and operational risk had a significant negative effect on profitability. Market risk, capital risk and bankruptcy risk have a significant positive effect on profitability. Meanwhile, liquidity risk has no significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, all bank risks have a significant positive effect on profitability together. Total population and sample are 74 respondents. The data analysis technique of this research uses Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The results obtained are on the job training affects employee performance by 22.9%, on the job training affects professionalism is 72.7%., on the job training affects self-efficacy by 77.4%, professionalism affects performance employees by 44.7% and self-efficacy affects employee performance by 32.7%. The research was conducted at PT Harapan Teknik Shipyard with a total sample of 58 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the SEM-PLS model which was processed with the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that there is an influence of work conflict management on employee job satisfaction, there is an effect of job stress management on employee job satisfaction, there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and there is a mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship of work conflict management on employee performance. The data collection methods used are library research and field studies by distributing questionnaires to 190 users of the JKN mobile application for the segment of workers who receive wages for business entities in the Serang Branch of BPJS Kesehatan using proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The research was conducted on women employees at PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk with a total sample of 100 people. The data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling approach which was processed by SmartPLS program. The results showed that there was a positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance and achievement motivation. There is a positive influence of achievement motivation on employee performance and there is a positive moderation of empowerment on the relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance. This research method uses quantitative methods using causality, which is looking for explanations in the form of a cause-and-effect relationship between several concepts or variables, the researcher collects primary data using a proportional random sampling technique in which the minimum sample size is multiplied by the number of indicators in this study the minimum sample size is measured. taken are 6 x 17 = 102 respondents and data analysis techniques with software Partial Least Square (PLS). This study aims to determine the application of \"RAISE\" work culture and its effect on employee performance through two intervening variables, job satisfaction and affective commitment. The research object was the employees of PT Jasa Asuransi Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Serang, totaling 42 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis used a PLS-based SEM approach. Based on the hypothesis test at the 10% significance level, the results of work culture have a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and affective commitment. Job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance, while affective commitment has a positive effect on employee performance.
