摘要

研究的目的是找出乐店酒店如何在组织文化中履行其为每一位客人提供优质服务的承诺,从而使员工更有动力,在最佳授权的帮助下实现最大的工作绩效和绩效。研究对象为雪朗乐店酒店的员工,样本总数为100人。数据分析采用SEM-PLS模型。结果表明,组织文化对员工绩效和成就动机有正向影响。成就动机对员工绩效有正向影响,授权对成就动机与员工绩效的关系有正向调节作用。本研究揭示了乐店酒店的组织文化对于提高员工绩效的重要性,并通过高成就激励和员工授权加强了这一重要性。
