Therefore, the design of a good broadcasting protocol that performs well in all criteria in order to avoid storm problem, remains the most paramount task. The thriving chore is how to maximize reachability while minimizing saved rebroadcast and end to end delay. Most of prior work maximizes reachability or minimizes the delay, but not both. In This paper, a novel method was proposed to calculate the waiting time of the counter-based and probability-based schemes, based on the speed of the vehicle, to assess the congestion level of the network. The second is an optimal linear quadratic integral control. An observer based control is used in the case of immeasurable premise variables. We aim to enforce the output voltage to track a given reference even if the load resistance is unknown and time variable. After the system modeling, the controller is designed using the backstepping technique and it includes an estimation of the load resistance. Many simulations have been carried out under different conditions to validate the designed controller. The simulation results show that the elaborated controller allows a perfect tracking of the reference voltage and an asymptotic stability. This paper proposes a new approach for automatic segmentation and classification for skin lesion. The segmentation is based on a pre-processing using the color structure texture image decomposition. Geometrical component is used in the lesion segmentation and the texture component is used to extract the lesion texture features. Feature classification is performed using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier. The developed method (ANFIS) presents interesting features for the study of this relationship. Among them, it can be highlighted the possibility of simultaneous analysis of various features, and the generation of graphics that allow the visualization of the relation between the EMG signals and the force. The method also allows the evaluation based on different models (linear, quadratic and exponential) allowing a better understanding of the EMG-force relationship. In order to evaluate the developed method (ANFIS) and study the EMG-force correlation. Electromyographic signals (EMG) were detected on the frontarm from 9 subjects while executing 3 levels of force subjective caused by the grip hand. The results showed that statistical features related to the amplitude of the signal are more appropriate to represent the relationship between EMG and force during the execution of force. The main objective of the controller is to optimize the energy captured from the wind at below rated power, and minimize the mechanical stress in the system. In order to guarantee the wind power capture optimization without any chattering behaviour, this study proposes to combine the H∞ control with particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. The PSO technique with efficient global search is used to optimize the H∞ controller parameters simultaneously to control the system trajectories, which determines the system performance. The stability of the system using this controller is analyzed by Lyapunov theory. In present work, the simulation results of the proposed method (PSO-H∞) are compared with the conventional sliding mode control (SMC). It is used to observe more closely the potential effect of the most common pathologies affecting the middle ear on tinnitus generation. Each pathology is related to a change in the physical characteristics of the middle ear. The studied analog network is modified to take this change into consideration. Thus, the corresponding numerical values of its elements are borrowed from anatomical data, the nonlinearity due to the contraction of stapedius muscle and the stapes clipping displacement have also been taken into consideration. The simulated pathologies demonstrate, through the obtained frequency responses, the effect sound transmission. The proposed analysis allowed us to distinguish the potential alterations in the middle ear that can eventually causes tinnitus.
