For restoration techniques, restoration of cultural heritage through 3D scanning has been the main research subject. In the case of a destroyed cultural heritage where there is no 3D scan data and there is only a simple historical record and remains, it is impossible to reconstruct it digitally. In this situation, other reconstruction methods should be studied. A lot of the cultural heritage of countries is in this type of situation due to wars, earthquakes, disasters, etc., and much of the cultural heritage designated by UNESCO is in this situation. This study is meaningful in restoring lost cultural heritage, and this study can be differentiated from existing research by its use of game techniques in a virtual environment., Precision, precision of graphics, and correspondence with historical records are important factors in restoration using game techniques in a virtual environment. After completing such reconstruction, the scope of this research was extended to experience cultural heritage like reality and to utilize it. In recent years, many scholars have researched on the changing conditions of business performance before and after listing of Initial Public Offerings (IPO) companies. But most studies so far used directly selected traditional performances and innovative performance evaluation indexes to conduct a comparative analysis between conditions and innovations before and after IPO. Different from the previous studies, this paper cites the latest data of Chinese GEM at the end of 2014 in the selection of performance evaluation indexes and finds out the most influential ones on financing capacity based on correlation analysis; next, it further screens the indexes with regression tests; at last, it analyzes a comparative analysis of the screened indexes with the most significant influence on financing capacity before and after IPO. Thus the continuous changes of indexes with real influence on financing capacity before and after IPO can be revealed more objectively. Research findings suggest that enterprises’ technological innovation input and numbers of annual patent applications increase continuously during the studied period and the research and development (R&D) intensity rises stably as well, indicating that as they develop continuously, enterprises have paid increasing attention on the enhancement of technological innovation capacity and the protection of patent and intellectual property. But each business performance indicator had obviously increased before the IPO and decreased after the IPO. This verifies that companies tried to “sugarcoat” their financial reports before the IPO which overrated the business performance. The companies were listed during the period of better business performance in order to achieve a higher issued premium price. Lei, Li Wang","doi":"10.14257/IJUNESST.2017.10.5.03","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14257/IJUNESST.2017.10.5.03","url":null,"abstract":"China Abstract In this paper, route-locking-route-releasing (RR) interlocking formulation and route-locking-sectional-releasing (RS) interlocking formulation for the train platforming problem (TPP) in busy complex stations are discussed quantitatively. Firstly, considering different operations of various train types conducted in complex passenger stations, a microscopic simulation of train movements in the interlocking area within the station layout is proposed, which aims at calculation of claiming and releasing time instants of station resources in track-circuited formulation for TPP. Then, job shop scheduling models are built on basis of train priorities, and with proposed dispatching rules and a rule-based meta-heuristic algorithm, realistic size problems can be solved in acceptable time. Finally, good quality solutions gained by the RR model and RS model within limited computation time under various dispatching rules are compared. Interest Packet forwarding relies on content name instead of IP address, the structure of packet name occur hierarchical and the length of name is unlimited, these pivotal features bring new challenges to meet high speed at large scale. In this paper, Fast Name Lookup based on Component State Transfer in Content Centric Networking(FNLCST) is proposed. Hash function and component coding are combined to construct virtual component Trie, then every component is compiled into unique code. In order to improve performance further, components in the same level in the virtual component Trie are stored to different hash tables according to their lengths, so the great number of children nodes can be dispersed by hash function. In addition, the number of memory access times can be reduced because each node in hash table can be allocated memory with specific size to avoid character pointer.
